Keeping low to the ground, I silently followed Midoriya around the corner. Once he rounded the corner, I saw him break into a sprint. Instinct kicked in and I quickly made a large gust of wind blow my way dragging Midoriya back to me. Once he realised that I had seen him, I jumped ahead of him while he was on the floor blocking his way to the staircase. He eyed down as he stood in a fighting position. His eyes weren't what they were before. They reflected someone else. Not the kind gentle boy that I had befriended over the past few weeks. All I saw was anger and- sadness?
"Thought I would let you get away?" I challenged him to break the silence. "You're intelligent," was all he said. Without waiting for another second, I leapt for the window before opening it. Midoriya looked at me questionably as he leapt to attack. Quickly dodging, he tripped over his own feet. As he was regaining balance, I used this moment to my advantage.
I pointed towards the cloudy sky as I closed my eyes and focused. Soon, the clumps of mist in the sky spiralled down into the room. Throwing my finger straight into the room now, the hall was full of fog making it hard to see. Midoriya had collected himself and looked super confused. I took this as a chance to run down the hall to hide. I couldn't see him anymore, but he was unsure so he didn't move. I could tell because I could hear his deep breathing in the near silent hallway. As I got ready to attack, I felt a pair of hands grip around my ankle. Shock covered my face as I was thrown to the floor and I heard a scream come from Midoriya as he let go. I felt my back smash into the ground. How?
I felt pain run through my body, but I slowly got back up as I saw Midoriya facing me. "I'm not weak L/N! I am strong too! Just you wait!" he yelled at me as my face was clouded with mist so my confused expression was unseen. Why did I hear the fear in his voice? Like he was trying to prove something. He wasn't wrong about what he said though. Not a second later, Katsuki blasted through the mist. "DEKUUU!" he screeched jumping between us. "I'M GONNA KILL YOUR ASS!" he continued to yell at the freckled boy. The realisation hit me as I ditched Midoriya and went hunting for Uraraka. Katsuki was so selfish and didn't think about his team sometimes. Correction. Most of the time.
I could hear the clicking of feet against the ground signalling that Uraraka wasn't far away. The echoing of the staircase made me flick the switches on my boots to hover mode as I glided as fast as possible to the girl's location.
When I saw her, I quickly grabbed some of the smoke that was rising through the cracks in the floor from Katsuki's explosions like I did with the clouds and quickly shoved it in her face. She stopped before waving her hand in front of her face to try fan the smoke away. I used this chance to dash past her and block up the small path left she had to the weapon. Maybe if I could just put the capture tape around her ankle now while she was idle? I took the risk and failed as she quickly dodged.
I threw myself at her ankle again in another attempt but sadly failed once more. While I was on the floor she ran for the weapon. I blasted her and myself back with a strong force of wind as I quickly got up and got in between her and the weapon.
As we both stood facing each other from across the room as she plotted her next move, I saw her tap her earpiece and said "Ready!" Confused, I heard a large boom from downstairs. Soon, a large hole formed between myself and Uraraka as all the windows smashed and the floor crumbled. She held onto a large pole as she called "Comet Home Run!" Small pieces of debris fired at me as I covered my face with my arms. She quickly jumped through the air and landed on the weapon. "I got it!" she called once more relieved. Everything went silent for a few seconds. I began to feel super dizzy and tired as I fell to the floor. Uraraka stumbled over to me and threw up but I didn't really mind. I just held her hair back with what strength I had. We then heard All Might call, "The Heroes win!"

We made our way to the basement as I saw Katsuki rejoin us. I smacked him over the head before I shook Uraraka's hand. "You guys did awesome. Nice win," I said as she did the same. Katsuki just huffed in rage as he sat down. "Where's Midoriya? I asked curiously as Tsu came over and just shook her head. "Broke his whole arm. He's gone to Recovery Girl's office." My eyes clouded with sorrow. Why did he need to put himself through that? Why did his quirk need to do that? "Can anyone go see him?" I asked Tsu. "Nope. Teacher says he needs some time by himself to recover." I wasn't gonna take that as an answer.
"If anyone asks, I've gone to the bathroom," I looked at Tsu, Uraraka and Katsuki. Hey! I remembered Uraraka's name! Why is her name important though? It's not like we are close or anything. Tsu, Katsuki and Midoriya are my closest friends here if anything.
I quickly ducked out of the room so no one would see me as I quickly ran out and used my hover function to glide across each floor and back out to the main campus. I kept low as I crossed the fields where other classes were training so no one would ask any questions.
I quickly hit the ground again as I ran down the hall to the Recovery Girl's office coming to a sudden stop. I peeked through the small window on the door and saw Midoriya with the school nurse as expected.
I slowly knocked on the door as the old lady motioned for me to come in. I quietly entered as I saw Midoriya's face slowly tilt towards me. "What could I get you, young lady?" Recovery Girl asked as I averted my gaze towards Midoriya. "Just visiting," I said as she frowned. "You know we don't usually allow visitors." I smiled before taking a seat next to Midoriya. "I know."
Izuku's Perspective >>
I wish that she had seen me. I wish she saw my powerful smash and how I bet Kacchan. Then maybe she would see that I am just as strong as him.
