A/n pov:
At evening:

Pia after completing her assignment she looked towards the clock

Pia: it's time, I should get ready
And with that she got up from her bed and combed her hair.

Pia: my dress is good..just a simple touch up was needed

She smiled and came downstairs to see harsh entering. He saw him and spoke

Harsh: oh you are here...let's go

Pia: but harsh you must be thirsty and tired...let's take a rest for sometime time or at least drink water?

Harsh: okay I'll drink water

Pia nodded and left that place to kitchen and then came back with glass of water.

Pia: take this

She gave it to him and he drank in one gulp. He put the glass and said

Harsh: let's go now

Pia nodded and both left that place.

Time skips~

Harsh was driving the car while pia was sitting besides him getting curious

Pia's thought: where he is taking me..

After some time the car pulled out in front of a well polished wooden house making pia confused

Harsh: we are here

Both removed the seat belts and came out while pia asked

Pia: why we came here harsh..

Harsh: you will know soon..

He took her hands and went inside the house and both came to see a beautiful candlelight dinner spot..

Pia: wow...

Harsh: you liked it

She turned towards harsh and spoke

Pia: yeah..

Harsh: shall we?

Pia nodded and harsh made her sit at one the chairs and himself sat at opposite side.

Harsh clapped his hands and a waiter appeared with tray containing plates covered with lid

Harsh: thank you

He placed the tray and left that place..
Harsh poured the sprite in both the glasses and harsh removed the lids

Pia: wow spring rolls and cutlets

Harsh: yeah since everything happened in hurry..I was only able to prepare this..I hope you don't mind

Pia: no harsh it's actually great..I am glad to see it...let's eat

Harsh nodded and both started eating.

Time skips~

After eating both harsh and pia were drinking and pia spoke

Pia: sprite is my favourite

Harsh: mine too

And with that no one said anything..
After 10 minutes of awkward silence finally pia spoke

Pia: so..this was the surprise..thank you I loved it..

Harsh: well uh..pia..

Pia: hmm?

He got up and kneeled down in front of her while pulling out ring box which made pia gasped in surprise

Harsh: pia..I don't know if it's earlier not but I can't delay anymore. Pia I don't know when I fall for you but eventually I did. I never ever thought of sharing my love with someone until I met you. When I first saw you in that brothel in miserable state..I got sudden urge to protect you from the world
Days passed and I didn't know when this protection turned into love for you.. I wasn't sure about my feelings until you confessed your love for me yesterday in drunken state. I got happy and confirmed that I love you too..yes pia I love you..

So will you be my life partner? Are you ready to tolerate me for rest of your life?

Pia eyes filled with tears and she vigorously nodded harsh slides down the ring in her finger.

Pia got up and so harsh. She hugged him and said

Pia: thank you so much for loving me harsh..you don't know how much happy I'm feeling rn

Harsh: me too

He broke the hug and said

Harsh: I promise that I'll be forever loyal to you. No one will be able to take your place in my heart..

Pia smiled and both started at each other. Harsh slowly leaned towards her and captured her lips....

Harsh pulled her to deepen the kiss and both shared a passionate moment..
