For a while, He couldn't able to believe whatever he heard from anika. He was stuck, The whole incident happened in his childhood came to his mind. The way, His grandmother tried to manipulate against his paternal grandmother and his uncle whom he loved to an extent. But over then, He wasn't ready to believe any words against them. Everything one by one cracked his mind. But he came out from his thought when she told that naina was missing. That's enough for him. He couldn't tolerate anything else. His tolerance reached his peak. He asked anika to take arush from the room. He didn't face anika, He didn't want to look at her. For now, He wanted his daughter back at any cost. Khanna looked at him for confirmation when he asked him to call the police.

"Call the police, Khanna. My daughter is missing." - He shouted to khanna ignoring his mother who tried to touch him and stop him. He pushed her away. Police arrived in a few minutes while then, Anika came with arush to the drawing-room. He was sleeping in her arms. Shivaay didn't even bother to look at her. 

"My daughter has been missing for the past five hours. And I am cent percent sure that she's the one behind it. Arrest them and I want to know where's my daughter is." - He said looking at the inspector who was standing in front of him. Khanna whispered about the press which will take that issue to the higher level. But shivaay wasn't ready to listen to anything. All he wanted was his daughter. They arrested his mom and grandmother. But the inspector asked them to take the seat. Both anika and shivaay weren't ready to stay calm at one place when their daughter was missing. 

"When did it happen?" - Inspector asked anika, Shivaay didn't turn his head to her. 

"This morning, Around 8.30 to 9.00. I was taking her back home from the hospital. While then, A nurse came and called me inside, I was about to take naina with me from the cab, She stopped me as naina was sleeping during that time. I just went for a minute when I came back both nurse and cab were not there at that place." - Anika said in a rush, She was impatient. Anika just wanted her child back at any cost. Shivaay couldn't stay at the place. Tears clouded his vision, His feet continuously tapped the floor in anxiety. 

"Why did you go to the hospital?" - Inspector asked her. 

"It's because... They came to my house last night." - Anika started even though her tone shivered to an extent. 

"Who? Pinky Singh Oberoi and her mom?" - Inspector asked, She nodded and gulped the lump in her throat. 

"They pushed her to the door handle when she stopped them taking Arush. She started to bleed, It was an emergency so I took her to the hospital. We stayed overnight." - Anika said without looking at shivaay. Shivaay's heart stopped beating for a while. He looked back at her shockingly.

"Why didn't you tell me anything when I called you?" - He asked her when he couldn't control his anger. His heart ached like never before. Anika left with no answers. She couldn't even raise her head. 

"That's it. I can't stay here. I have to search for my daughter." - He said looking at her. He gestured khanna and walked faster towards the door. 

"I will also come with you." - Anika said sobbing. But he didn't give his ear to her but went away leaving some of the security in the house. When he was arriving outside. He saw rudy approaching him rushing towards the house. 

"Bhaiya. Why police arresting  Choti ma and Nani?" - He asked him as soon as he entered. 

"Do you know naina was kidnapped by them before two years?" - Shivaay asked him instead. Rudy was silent but seeing his brother impatient he couldn't stay in silence for a long time. 

"Just now Gauri bhabhi said, Even I was shocked like you." - Rudy said looking at shivaay. 

"So. None of us knew about this big issue. You asked me why are the police arresting them? If they told us about it before two years, the Same would have happened then." - He said in a stressing tone. When he was about to go out, Anika's phone rang. She attended the call. 

"Nainaa..." - She called, Shivaay rushed to her and took the phone from her. 

"Baby! Naina... Where are you, baby? How are you? Please say something." - He asked her, But she continued to cry hearing his voice. She wept loudly in the phone. Anika insisted him to put the phone in the speaker. He put the phone in the speaker. 

"Papa..." - She cried. 

"Baby, Please tell us, Where are you? We will come and take you from there." - Anika asked impatiently. But she continued to cry over the phone. 

"Naina... Listen, You're a brave girl. Brave girls don't cry. Understand." - He said in a slightly rude tone.

"Hmm." - Naina responded. 

"Tell me, Where are you, baby?" - He asked her as soon as she stopped sobbing. While then, Police started to track the location of the phone call. 

"Rithik Uncle. I am in his house." - She said in a calm tone. 

"Rithik!?!" - Shivaay asked anika who was lost hearing his name. 

"Nivansh's son." - Anika spoke. 

"Whose phone you're using to talk?" - Anika asked naina. She told her that it was the househelp's phone and she gave the phone as she cried a lot. 

"Papa. Come soon. I am scared."- Naina again wept. 

"Be brave, My baby! I am on my way. Nothing will happen to you." - He said holding the phone. He doesn't want to hang up the call but naina did instead. Anika looked at shivaay shockingly as he does. He didn't expect that. 

"I am also coming with you. You can't leave me here and go there." - Anika said as soon as he got ready to leave. He didn't say anything but nodded yes. Anika gave arush to rudy. 

"Rudru. He's burning in fever. Please take him to the hospital. Call me as soon as you consult the doctor. Please." - She asked him with welled up eyes. He nodded yes and held arush in his arms. She accompanied him along with the police. She didn't talk to him throughout the journey but asked the police when they crossed the trivedi mansion. 

"They are living in the trivedi mansion. Why are we going ahead?" - Anika asked. 

"I have thrown them out of the house two days back." - Shivaay answered to her. 

"What?" - She asked him shockingly. 

"Your Grandfather transferred all of his properties to your name. And also mentioned, I have the power of attorney to it. So I threw them out of the house." - Shivaay told. Anika was perplexed she couldn't think anything. 

"Have you ever thought about discussing it with me?" - She asked him disappointed. He didn't reply. He connected the dots, Rather. Anika didn't speak anything. They reached the house in a few minutes. They entered the house without any warning. Police accompanied them. 

"Naina..." - Shivaay called her name as soon as she entered. But Ritwik and his mom came outside shockingly. 

"What did you all want?" - Ritwik asked calmly to them. But shivaay approached him and held his neck over the next second. 

"Shivaay, Stop. Leave him. What are you doing? Are you out of your mind?" - Anika pushed him aside.

"I am loosing my patience, Tell me where is my daughter. If anything happens to her, I won't spare anyone." - He told gritting his teeth in anger. 

"She's here. Sleeping. But I can't let her go with you." - Ritwik's mother argued while holding her son. 

"What the heck? I am going to take my daughter with me. Let's see who is stopping me." - He said approaching the steps to go upstairs. He went upstairs. But nobody could stop him. In the third room, He found naina sleeping in the dark room and her head bandaid, She was sleeping in the dark room which she never used to. He entered and switched on the lights. He got his breath back when she was sleeping alone holding the pillow tightly. 

"Baby! Ne-nah. Look. Papa came. Now nothing will happen to you." - He said taking her in his arms. Tears crossed uncontrollably from his eyes when he saw her in that state. She didn't wake up. He got afraid and reached the ground floor where anika and others were standing. 

"Ani. She's not opening her eyes. Let's go to hospital." - Shivaay said in panic reaching the entrance door. Anika who was standing in the middle of the drawing room reached them and proceeded their way. But they were stopped by a lawyer who came in a black suit and had documents in his hands. 

"Who are you to stop me?" - Shivaay asked him but before he could reply, Nivansh's wife approached them and snatched naina from his hand. When he was about to grab her back, He was again stopped by the lawyer.

"The court gave the full custody to her mom, Right. What are you doing here, Mr. Oberoi?" - He asked looking at him. He was shocked by the statement. Anika was also shell-shocked when they talked about it now. When the police asked for the explanation, The lawyer started to speak. 

"Anika trivedi, The granddaughter of sathyajit trivedi, Divorced her husband before 2 months, The court gave naina's full custody to Anika and Arush, Their son, Have their joint custody. And the reason behind the giving the full custody. In that case, Naina has been kidnapped by some people today morning indeed saved by her grandmother and her uncle, Ritwik. He filed the complaint in the anderi police station. If you want, You can cross check, Inspector. And while before, Shivaay singh oberoi's mom and Grandmother got arrested by the police. Which in-turn prove that they will be behind this kidnap." - Lawyer said to inspector. Shivaay and anika's face paled off listening to him.

"We can't let him take naina. It won't be a safe place for her." - Ritwik added as he concerned. 

"Ritwik, Stop." - Anika said in cold tone. 

"As a brother, I know which is good for you. Let us take our responsibility at least now. Please." - Ritwik again acted concerned.

"Shut up, Ritwik. You're not my brother." - She said looking at him.

"I know shivaay have no rights to take my daughter. But I have rights. Give my daughter back to me." - Anika asked looking at Ritwik straightly but he continued acting concerned. 

"Anika, While you taking medications for your mental balance, I don't think naina will be safe with you." - Ritwik said looking at her. Both shivaay and Anika looked at him shockingly. 

"What?" - Anika whispered to him. 

"Here is the evidence, Ms Trivedi." - Lawyer handovered the evidence to the inspector, They produced the prescription from the mental health hospitals where she had been taking therapies to her depression. 

"Taking therapies doesn't mean I am a mad person." - Anika replied to them crying. 

"Anika, Listen to me, Dear. Naina is just 4 years old." - Nivansh's wife, Nivedha argued. 

"As Mr Nivansh and Mrs Nivetha Nivansh Trivedi are anika's legal guardians. So In that case, Naina's custody going to them. It's till anika gets alright." - The lawyer said. Shivaay didn't want to listen to anything, He only wanted his daughter back. 

"Ritwik, I know you have no interest over my daughter. You're doing everything for the assets, Right. I am ready to transfer everything to your name. Please give my daughter back to me. Please." - Anika begged to nivetha and ritwik. But she acted concerned. Atlast, They left with no options other than leaving naina in that house. But they refused to go leaving naina here. When they got a call from rudy saying he admitted Arush in the hospital as his condition worsens, They had to leave.
