"What the hell? You have sent some pics to her personal chat."- She asked when she opened Cheska's personal chat in her Instagram. Francheska, Her collegemate. She always been the one who was always been jealous of her. But she got a hot boyfriend which she had been proud of over that time. Anika didn't get care about it which intended to spread the rumors about her sexuality and she's homo. Even that didn't affect her, Either.  

"Francheska, The annoyer." - Naina mimicked in a thick American accent. Shivaay chuckled having her in his lap. Anika sat next to him and glanced at the images one by one with a smile. 

"Francheska is your mom's age. So manners, Dear." - Anika said to naina in a slight warning tone. 

"Yes, Mom is right, You're not supposed to tease elders." - Shivaay said while patting her back. Naina sighed disbelief and moved towards Arush who was awake in the automatic baby holder. Anika kept her chin in his shoulder and scrolled down the images. 

"This woman called you lesbo in the personal chat and you didn't even bother to reply." - He asked her in a way it won't reach naina who was playing with Arush on the other end. 

"Come on, Don't you heard about this proverb! Empty vessels make more noise." - She said keeping her eyes on her phone. Over then, A message from Francheska popped into her phone. He peeped his head to her phone and she clicked open. 

"I thought you had gone through surrogacy or IVF to get pregnant." - Cheska replied back. 

"Uff. That's rude." - Shivaay replied as soon as he read the message. 

"Wait a minute. Soon she will go spellbound." - Anika replied to shivaay. 

"Leave me, But Shyla told me that you're visiting Reena, a Sex therapist. What happened? Anything serious." - Anika typed back, Shivaay's jaw dropped looking at her. He didn't expect her to be this much savage. 

"You can talk to me, After all, we are all friends. And yeah, My ex-husband. I mean my current boyfriend is way too hot. We didn't need any surrogacy or IVF procedure to get pregnant. My two kids happened naturally. And yeah, I know not everyone is lucky as me." -  Anika typed in a jet-speed but his eyes got widened with the reply. He gulped the lump in his throat, and still couldn't define that it was the same person that he got married to. 

"What the hell had happened?" - He asked her. She chuckled back. 

"Nainu, Can you please bring my white scarf from the suitcase, I am feeling so cold." - Anika asked naina. He could sense the excitement in her face. 

"Shall I take arush with me?" - Naina asked when rolling him in the baby walker. 

"You can, dear. He's your brother." - Shivaay permitted as soon as he saw the blink in her face. They moved inside. Both of their eyes on their kids till the door clicks shut. 

"Uff. I didn't expect you to be this much savage." - He said looking at her holding her waist. She chuckled sheepishly, opened the camera, and selected the filter. 

"Let's became more savage." - She said turning towards him while raising the camera. The moment he could realize, Her lips were above him. She dropped the phone after getting an image but they didn't stop kissing until they could hear naina's voice from the room. 

"Naina. Up there." - He broke the kiss and whispered to her. But she didn't let him leave. 

"Decide. Girlfriend or daughter?" -  She asked while suppressing the smile.

"Ahh???" - He questioned but he literally lost his patience when she slipped her palms inside his t-shirt. He stood up from the place,  Nodded disbelief. 

"Mumma, I searched everywhere. I can't find your white scarf." - Naina shouted from their room. 

"Because I didn't have a white scarf." - Anika whispered to shivaay, Who was in the hell confusion whether to blush or not. Usually, he will leave her in that condition, Expressionless. Now the tables had turned. 

"You look funny when you're expressionless. Go. Your daughter calling you for rescue." - She chuckled. Before he could leave, Naina came out taking one of shivaay's sweater shirts holding Arush's hand who was walking in the baby walker. 

"Pappa, Shall I give this to mom. She's feeling cold." - Naina asked shivaay showing his sweater shirt. That moment, He understood, None can snatch Anika's place in naina's heart. She was in top and she will be always in top. She cared for her mom and came out with a solution to her issue. He was spellbound in happiness. 

"Nainu..." - Anika called her widening her arms. Her eyes welled up when she witnessed her daughter's care over a small issue. 

"Feeling better, Mumma." - Naina asked her hugging tightly. 

"What will happen to me when my guardian angel is right in front of me." - Anika asked her back showering her with kisses. 

"Daughters are indeed angels." - Shivaay said caressing her hair. He didn't think anything about the future, But tomorrow they have to go back to their old lifestyle. Back to Mumbai and Anika couldn't come back to his house the whole time, He didn't want to hurt her again asking that. But he has to plan something really quickly. They had dinner while teasing each other like a happy family. Again shivaay and naina form a team against anika and arush. But shivaay was on his own thoughts the whole time even though he was a part of the conversation. 

"Hey, What happened?" - She asked him when he was drenched in his whole thought scrolling the newsfeeds while patting naina who was in a half-sleep in his lap. Arush was playing in the space between their place. 

"I am fine." - He said by not facing her. 

"It's not from now, I hate when you ignore my question while looking at that bloody phone. I will really break it one day." - She replied in a raging tone. he looked at her shockingly keeping the phone in the table. 

"The death of your phone is in my hands, Mark my words." - She added but his shocking reaction turned to smile. 

"I was thinking about something, Nothing else, I didn't ignore you." - He replied in an instant. 

"Then what was that?" - She asked him. 

"Tomorrow, We were leaving, Right. And I can't take you back to the Oberoi mansion. Just thinking about that." - He replied, She took arush in her arms and sat next to him closely. 

"Look, I left everything to fate when I made the plan to come here. And now, We are here. Sorted, Happy. Let's leave that to fate, And I have confidence, Nothing will affect our relationship. Let's go there and You go to London, Attend the conference, We will think about it when you come back." - She said looking at shivaay, He wondered how she come to know about his business conference happening in London. He dropped that plan before he plans something like this for her birthday. 

"I am not going anywhere. We are staying together." - He said in an instant. 

"Sir, You don't have to do that, Understand. It's just for three days, Our world didn't get upside down in these three days." - She said looking at him. 

"What kind of girlfriend you are? Just before a day, We patched up and now you're keen in sending me abroad." - He asked her. 

"Because I saw you working hard to get into this position where you're now. And I can't be the reason behind your any of your losses." - She spoke so casually but it didn't fail to hurt his heart. The days, he blamed anika for the miseries caused by her grandfather came to his mind. He didn't show in his face. And somehow, His behaviour over then haunted both of his ladies once. And it will obviously take some time to come out from that phase. 

"I am going only because you're insisting." - He said taking his arm around her shoulder. Arush buried his head on her chest and soon slept along with anika who slept watching television. Over then, He got a call from khanna whom he appointed for some work. Shivaay rested sleeping naina in the couch and moved aside, He attended the call. 

"What's the progress, Khanna?" - He asked directly. 

"No more extension, Ask them to vacate. That house belongs to Anika. Only to her. Understand. Before we get there in the morning, I want that Nivansh's family hell out of the house. I have the power of attorney to it. And I will decide." - He said in a rude tone and cut the call. He turned around and saw anika was sleeping peacefully. 

"I wish the peacefulness in your face stay with you forever." - He whispered.

They have to leave Lonavala early morning since shivaay having the flight to London that afternoon. He was so depressed to leave naina and Anika alone there when his two brothers out of town. Rudy is in Delhi and Om went to Kerala with Gauri for vacation for the next seven days. Naina was all awake and dull. He smiled at her but she didn't smile at him throughout the travel. 

"Don't depress yourself thinking about naina, She will become alright." - Anika said while resting their luggage in Chaitra's apartment. But he moved towards her where she was playing with a doll completely ignoring him. 

"Baby. I have to go. I will come back in three days. I promise." - Shivaay said kneeling to the floor. 

"How long are three days?" - She asked him in a frail tone. 

"You have to wake up three times from sleep. I promise when you open your eyes for the third time and see the sun rising, I will be there next to you." - He said caressing her cheek. She hugged him tightly in no time. 

"I will miss you, Pappa." - She said hugging him. 

"Baby, He will video call you. Now leave him. Pappa getting late." - Anika said. He left half-heartedly. Anika accompanied him till the doorstep when he carried arush in his arms. 

"Okay, Give my son, Back. Take care. Happy journey." - Anika said. 

"Can't you guys accompany me?" - He asked her, Deep in his heart he knew it's not that much easy when naina has motion sickness. She hugged him up to his surprise. 

"It's just for three days, And relax. It will go in a snap like this two days, Don't worry! We will be fine." - She said hugging him. He hugged her tightly having arush in his other hand. 

He waved bye to all the three from the parking lot. They waved back with a smiley face. His heart was heavy and he couldn't concentrate anything more than him. Every bad thought crossed him one by one when he was traveling. Felt helpless when he couldn't call or message her. But after 10 hours, He finally called her as soon as he land. But she didn't attend the call. He tried again. She took the phone in the third try. 

"Hello. Ani. Are you fine?" - He asked panickily. 

"Yeah, Fine. Shivaay. Why-why are you asking?" - She asked, Her tone was a little different than normal. He sensed the little change. 

"Where's naina? Kids are fine?" - He asked her. 

"They are good. What will happen to them?" - She said in the same tone. 

"You're hiding something from me. Give the phone to naina." - He said and this time, He was sure that something was really going wrong somewhere. 

"The time is 1 in the morning shivaay. She's sleeping, Right now." - She said in an instant. 

"Ani. Tell me what happened! I am losing my patience. What happened?" - He asked her. 

"Nothing happened, Shivaay. You're taking unwanted stress. Go and take some rest, You need that." - She replied in the same tone. Over then, He heard naina's voice from the background, She was all awake but Anika lied to him. 

"Ani. Is that naina who spoke?" - He asked her. 

"Shivaay, Everything is fine, Over here. Don't panic. We are fine." - Anika assured. 

"Give the phone to naina." - He spoke. 

"Shivaay." 

"I said to give the phone to my daughter, Anika." - He said in the rudest tone. Anika gave the phone to naina. 

"Pappa." - She called him as soon as he spoke. 

"Baby, Is everything fine? What happened to you? Are you fine?" - He asked question after question but stopped asking when he heard sobs from another hand and anika's consoling voice.

"Naina, What happened?" - He asked impatiently. 

"Arush..." - She started over then anika took the phone from her hand and spoke. 

"It's nothing, Shivaay." - Anika said. 

"Anika, What happened to my son? Where is he?" - He asked panickily. 

"Nothing happened to him. Grandmom and mom came here and took him back to the Oberoi mansion. That's what happened. That's why naina is upset." - Anika said at last. He couldn't speak anything. He can clearly understand everything. And why naina is upset.
