♢Chapter 14♢
The sounds of the horses hooves hitting against the dirt path and their heavy breathing was the only sound that could be heard, blocking out the sounds of the chirping bird's above hidden in the tree's.
Yaoyorozu looked to her right, to see the ocean between the tree, meaning they were both close to the docks that would bring them to the island.
"Almost there. We should be down my the docks at any moment" Yaoyorozu told Todoroki as she turned her attention to him. "Good" Todoroki replied.
"So what's our plan when we get to the One For All Kingdom?" Yaoyorozu asked the boy.
"We go to the castle and explain that we have a emergency and that we have to talk to the king. When we meet him, we'll explain that my father has murdered my mother, and I'm next on his hit list, and that my father may be planing attacks" Todoroki explained to Yaoyorozu, anger filled in his eyes.
Todoroki was angry with his father. Furious even. Why would he kill his mother. Why!? What was his father planing!? Was his father angry at his mother for some reason and decided to kill her? Or did he kill her out of fun?
And why was he searching for him?
Todoroki knew his father was looking for him, since his father did come into his room looking for him. What would have happened if he was caught? Would his father had acted like nothing had happened and make an excuse on where Todoroki's mother way? Would his father have thrown him into a cell or in the same one as his mother? Or would he had killed him on the spot, stabbed him in the stomach and watch as his blood covered the floor.
Todoroki shook his head. He shouldn't be thinking of things like that. It wasn't the time for it. No time to think of 'What If' scenarios.
Slowly, the docks came into view and the two teens sighed in relief. They were almost there.
Once they got closer to the docks, they hopped off their horses and tied the reins up to a wooden stand next to other horses.
Yaoyorozu and Todoroki walked over to the docks, and could see the next ship making its way over from across the water.
Yaoyorozu crossed her arms and began tapping her foot impatiently.
Todoroki noticed.
"Relax Yaoyorozu, we'll get there in no time" Todoroki tried to reassure her.
"I know that. It's just...I'm just worried about my father and my own Kingdom. If your father found out you came and left, then he wouldn't be to far behind you, meaning he would come to our castle soon to, and who knows what he would do" Yaoyorozu told the boy next to her.
"I'm sure your father and Kingdom will be fine until morning. My father wouldn't go anywhere this late at night. It's nearly 2 in the morning after all" Todoroki pointed out as he pointed to the dark sky above.
Yaoyorozu looked up at the sky and the two became silent.
"It's pretty, isn't it?" Yaoyorozu asked Todoroki. "What is?" Todoroki asked as he looked to her. "The stars. It's always nice to watch then, and try to make shapes out of them and constellations" Yaoyorozu spoke.
Todoroki also turned his attention to the sky. She was right. The stars were a beautiful thing to look at, shining brightly against the dark sky.
"I agree" was all Todoroki replied with as they waited for the ship.
They stood there watching the sky for 10 minutes until the ship finally came to land and allowed them on board. There wasn't many people, only a man and a woman together, a teen no older them Yaoyorozu and Todoroki, and a shady looking man, so the two teens kept to themselves.
They were quiet on the way to the island. There wasn't really anything to talk about amongst each other but to sit in silence. The tension was heavy and was probably driving them insane. They needed to do something. Anything to keep their minds off how bored they were.
Luckly, that didn't last long cause the ship docked on the island in no time. Todoroki and Yaoyorozu quickly got off the boat and made their way to the castle quickly. Luckily it was way easier to get there then last time, since it wasn't crowed anymore, and instead, near empty.
Todoroki and Yaoyorozu walked to the castle swiftly, wanting to get there as soon as possible. Once they got to the gates, they were locked, but the two Knights from the last time they came to the kingdom were standing by it.
"Excuse me" Yaoyorozu spoke as she walked over to them. "Who are you?" One knight asked, his hand on his swords hilt. "I'm princess Momo Yaoyorozu, I have a urgent message for the king" Yaoyorozu explained. The Knight narrowed his eye's, but withdraw his sword.
"Iida, let these two in and awake King All Might and explain that these two need to speak to him" the knight told the other one, who nodded. "Yes sir" he spoke as he turned to the two royals. "Follow me" he told them as he opened the gate a small bit to allow them in.
Todoroki and Yaoyorozu thanked the knight and followed him through the castle gates that closed behind them. As they walked through the courtyard, Todoroki decided to speak. "We're sorry to trouble you at this hour of the night". "It's no problem at all. If there is an emergency, there is no time to wast" replied the knight as they made their way into the castle.
The Knight lead them into the thrown room and stopped. "You two may wait here. I'll go get the king" he told them as he bowed his head and left the large room, shutting the doors behind him as he did.
Yet again. Silence.
The two teens stood there awkwardly as they waited for the king to come, which may be a while.
As they stood, Yaoyorozu glanced over at Todoroki who let out a yawn. "You tired?" Yaoyorozu spoke, hoping to start a conversation somehow. He nodded.
"Yeah. I haven't slept since I woke up to leave to go back home, which was around 11 was it?" Todoroki asked, trying to remember the time he woke up at.
"Yeah. We woke up at around 11, had breakfast and went into the village, remember?" Yaoyorozu told Todoroki.
"Oh yeah I remember. I've never went to at village before, and the one we went to was amazing. There were so many people, all so happy, going about their day's" Todoroki thought out-loud.
"Yeah. Remember when we went to the bakery?" Yaoyorozu asked.
"Yeah. Those muffins were probably the best in the land in my opinion" Todoroki spoke, causing both of them to chuckle.
"Yeah they probably are" Yaoyorozu replied.
Todoroki then got an idea and held out his hand, causing Yaoyorozu to give him a confused look.
"We might be waiting here for a while, so why not have a small dance while we wait?" Todoroki
suggested to the girl.
Yaoyorozu smiled.
"But how will we dance with no music?" She asked.
"We don't need music to dance. But if you want, you can hum a song?" Todoroki replied with.
"Alright then" Yaoyorozu replied with. Todoroki smiled.
"May I have this dance m'lady?".
Yaoyorozu stifled a laugh as she took his hand.
"Well of course good sir, how could I decline" Yaoyorozu replied with.
Todoroki's smile grew a bit more as Yaoyorozu wrapped her arms around his neck, and he wrapped his own arms around her waist and they just began to slow dance.
It was nice and calming.
It took their minds off of the whole Endeavor situation all together.
The two royals slowed dance together for a while, lost in their own thoughts on different thing's, and Yaoyorozu humming a song to herself quietly, but Todoroki could hear it since they were so close to one another, and he enjoyed listening to it.
Yaoyorozu heard Todoroki let out a quiet chuckle, causing her to look up at him. "What's so funny?" She questioned him. She saw him shake his head.
"This moment just feels a little romantic, that's all. Just the two of us in a large empty room, only being lighten up by the moonlight that is pouring through the large windows" Todoroki told the girl, chuckling a little again.
Yaoyorozu giggled. "Yeah it kind of is. It's like something out of a story isn't it?".
The two teens danced in silence, other then the sound of their shoes hitting against the carpet and the low humming for the girl.
"Momo".
"Yeah?"
"Thanks".
Yaoyorozu looked to Todoroki. "For what?".
"Just being there for me. That's all" Todoroki spoke quietly. Yaoyorozu smiled sweetly at him. She already knew what he meant by that.
"It's no problem Shoto" she replied with as she rested her head against his shoulder, feeling a little tired.
Todoroki smiled at the gesture and leaned his own head against hers, just enjoying the moment.
There may be a lot of things going on in both their lives. Todoroki's mother being murdered, Yaoyorozu worrying about her father and Todoroki with his own father probably going out to kill him.
Yeah. A lot of things are going on. But Todoroki enjoyed, that for even just a moment, the two could just forget about that and enjoy one single moment together.

This chapter honestly just wrote itself.
Yeah, so I rushed through this chapter, and I already know what I have planed for the next chapter. I hope you all enjoyed this chapter.
Fun facts!
•The song Yaoyorozu hums to herself is the song Tightrope from The Greatest Showman. Just wanted to add that in.
•This is the second chapter where the chapter was influenced by the music on top, like chapter 3. Usually I add the music after I'm done writing a chapter, but this is the second time I actually listened to the music at around halfway through the chapter.
