The sun is back in the sky of the troll village. The trolls are enjoying the sunlight and the warmth. There are some clouds in the sky just floating around. Somewhere in the market Toki, Supergirl, Sparkles and LJ are sitting at a table with a big yellow umbrella having Brunch. Toki has two sandwiches on her plate. Supergirl is having toast with egg and bacon. Sparkles is having waffles with chocolate source and ice cream. LJ is just eating an hotdog with tomanto source and mastard. LJ takes the first bite of her hotdog as her friends talk.

" Have anyone heard from Poppy yet? He has been on his trip for a few weeks now. I'm surprised he hadn't sent a postcard to Snack Pack or his mom yet. It's kind of off,don't you think?", Supergirl says blankly and honestly.

LJ almost chokes on her hotdog! Sparkles pauses wide eye as she was just about to cut up her waffles! Toki drops her sandwich! Sparkles,Toki and LJ are the only trolls here who know the truth about Poppy's whereabouts but,LJ and Toki didn't know that Sparkles knew. It shocked all three of them that Supergirl brought up about Poppy's big 'holiday'! The Strings' cover up story on Poppy's whereabouts was that they gave him a well deserved and big holiday for a very long time. LJ slowly swallows her food as Sparkles slowly puts her knife and fork down onto the table at left side of her plate. Toki looks down her sandwich which landed on her plate a little  nervously. They feel a little nervous about the truth being revealed.

Supergirl had noticed their three friends's sudden reactions. It seems that now LJ, Toki and Sparkles are being too quiet. Toki picks a half of her sandwich as Supergirl puts her knife and fork down on the table. Supergirl gets a feeling there is something going on that LJ, Toki and Sparkles aren't telling them.

" LJ? Sparkles? Toki? Is everything okay?", Supergirl asks.

LJ puts her hotdog back onto it's plate slowly. She starts acting chill like nothing is wrong. Sparkles on the other hand feels like she is starting to sweat a little but, it's not from the weather! Toki puts her sandwich down smiling nervously. Supergirl just look at them quietly.

" Nothing's wrong. You just reminded me of an whale i know ?",Toki lies nervously.

" I'm fine. Just the weather getting to me now...", Sparkles lies trying to sound convincing as she fans herself with her hand.

"Oh just remembered something I have to do later. It's no biggie really.", LJ lies chill and relaxed.

LJ's lie, Toki's lie and Sparkles's lie don't sound convincing enough to Supergirl. Supergirl starts acting chill as well to not seem like she is a little suspicious of something. Sparkles just picks up her knife and fork then digs into thick waffles trying not to seem nervous or weird.

" Okay then,Toki. Most things remind you of whales. Weather is getting warmer. What was it that you just happened to remember,LJ?",Supergirl says chill.

Then Supergirl uses her fork to pick a small piece of bacon and eats it. She simply looks at LJ and Sparkles without giving her position away. Sparkles slowly eats her ice cream without making eye contact. LJ pauses for a second to come up with something. Then once she has an idea she folds her arms and leans back into her chair with calm expression. Toki looks at LJ with a expression that says " Don't tell her!".

" I promised Riff that I help her learn to speak up more on her feelings to her crush today. It has been long overdue if you ask me... ", LJ lies chill and calmly.

It wasn't a complete lie. Riff does need to speak up more about her feelings but, the lie part is LJ saying that she promised Riff to help her Riff with it today. Hopefully Riff won't mind that she pulled her into the lie and even if Riff did it they wouldn't be on the topic too long fighting like cats and dogs. Supergirl doesn't believe LJ's lie but, she isn't going to her that!

" That's sweet of you,LJ.", Toki comments trying to be natural.

" I see. Is it someone who she works with? Like Barb perhaps? They are close after all...",Supergirl asks calmly.

Now LJ didn't need to lie for this. She knows who Riff's big crush is. It is in fact Barb, the leader of her Vampire Slayer team. They have been close for a very long time but, are in the friendzone. LJ is pretty sure that Barb likes Riff back too but, it doesn't that they will admit any time soon.

" Yup. It's Barb but, don't tell him or Riff or anyone else that I told you!",LJ says honestly then seriously.

Sparkles,Supergirl and Toki look at LJ and nod their heads understandingly. Toki picks up the other half of her sandwich and takes a bite. Sparkles goes back to finishing her ice cream quietly. Supergirl notices that Sparkles hadn't said a single word since she was questioned a moment ago. Toki also notices there is some sweat on Sparkles's forehead that has been just starting to go away.

" Are you doing okay,Sparks? You have been quiet...",Supergirl says blankly.

" And your sweating a little...", Toki adds honestly.

Sparkles looks at Supergirl and Toki trying to look natural. LJ looks at her too wondering why she is acting up. Sparkles just takes the last bit of her ice cream with her spoon and ears it. Cheryl was always better at playing cool than her. If Cheryl was here she would definitely get everyone's attention off her nervous behavior for her if needed to. Sparkles so wishes that her sister was here.

" It's just the weather like I said before. Good thing I had the ice cream to coop me down...",Sparkles says nervously and slowly while trying to be natural.

Then Sparkles let's out a small nervous laugh. She starts sweating a little more. Toki, Supergirl and LJ look at each other for a moment unsure that it is just the weather getting to their friend. It is getting a little hotter but, it's not that hot! Now Supergirl is sure there is something that Sparkles isn't telling her. The superhero fan silently debates in her head whether to ask or wait for Sparkles to tell her. The three trolls then look back at Sparkles and luckily for Sparkles they let her strange behaviour go.

A few moments later brunch is over and the group of friends have given their empty plates back to the waiter. Now they are walking away from their table. The conversation somehow comes back to LJ's 'promise to help' her cousin. Now LJ is really thinking of what to say but, luckily for her she sees Riff coming their way just she was about to speak. A big smile spreads across her face. This is her chance to escape the situation. Riff is now standing in front of the four women.

" There's cousin my favorite cousin. How about we get started on you know what?", LJ says happily.

Riff blinks confused at her cousin. Riff has a purple nose, dull almost purple grey skin and short wild black hair which covers up a part of her eyes. The Rock troll is wearing black fingerless gloves,black Jean skirt, brown belt with a wooden stake, black Vampire hunter hat and black tank top with a skull on it. Every Vampire Slayer can have their own style mixed in with the unofficial Vampire Slayer uniform. They can dress anyway they want as long as they keep the hat and belt. They can keep the hat off too but, they must have their weapons when they are on patrols and hunts or missions! Riff has no idea what LJ is talking about.

" What are you talking about?", Riff says confused.

" No need to act like you don't know. The sooner we the start the better. ", LJ says chill.

" Need another helping hand with that, LJ?Riff? I could be a big help.", Toki says convincingly trying to escape too.

Toki didn't want to accidentally let something slip to Supergirl and Sparkles about Poppy. Riff looks at Toki more confused. She is completely lost. LJ looks at Toki and they have a few seconds long silent conversation. LJ nods her head to Toki agreeing to letting her escape with her.

" Sure thing, Toki.", LJ says chill and convincingly.

" What is happening?",Riff says to herself confused.

Then Toki and LJ quickly exuces themselves pushing nicely as they walk away fast. Supergirl watches with a raised eyebrow and a hand on her hip. Once Toki, Riff and LJ are out of hearing range as they walk Riff asks them a question. She is still completely lost.

" What was going with you two on back there?", Riff asks confused.

" We'll tell you when I say we are far away enough.", LJ says honestly softly.

AN: Supergirl can't know the secret yet so 🤫 shh...
