Peppy is in the Bunker at on the final floor. The old woman is wearing a black dress,brown belt and her dark brown cape. She is looking at the paperwork of last night's 'incident'. Nobody is with her as she works. The head Vampire Slayer sighs heavily and puts down the report. She brings her hand to her forehead and rubs it a little. Peppy is an old troll and every now and then her job feels like it getting harder than it already is...

" This job is getting tougher...",Peppy comments honestly and stressed.

Peppy doesn't know how to deal with this case. A vampire stealing a whole art collection is completely strange and new type of case on it's own! Something about it seems so off to the leader. It makes no sense for a vampire to steal artwork from the village out of the blue but, the headhunter isn't going to dismiss a report from two Vampire Slayers before checking everything out. Peppy only dismisses investigations of cases if the encounter or event was made up or they prove to be a dead end.

The female hunter decides to take a break. She turns her head to the board with the information and materials for Poppy's mission. Peppy has a blank look on her face as she stares at the board for a long thirty seconds. Her eyes lay onto a certain picture. In that moment she decides to walks over to it so she does so slowly.

When the parent reaches the board she takes off the first picture Poppy sent. He had sent a few more with his other letters but, this one of him and the Vampire Queen is the only one with him in it. The mother looks at her smiling son and sighs with a heavy heart. Poppy may have not been gone for very long yet but, things are not the same here without him. She is starting to miss him already... Then as Peppy stares at the photo an very old,random and fond memory starts playing in her mind.

Flashback: a thirty - five year old Peppy is in her pod which she shares with her adorable toddler,Poppy. She is wearing a light green dress. Poppy is standing next to her. The toddler is wearing orange shorts that is being held up by a strap going across his chest. Peppy's hug watch goes off making Poppy giggle and hug her legs happily.

" Hug Time,Mommy!",Poppy says happily and adorably.

Peppy smiles at his adorable actions. If only his father could be here for these sweet moments... The woman picks her son up making him laugh and moving his little legs back and forth for a few seconds. His laugh sounds so pure and innocently joyful to the mother. Peppy brings him close to her then quickly kisses his cheek with unconditional love. Then Poppy hugs her again and rest his head on his mother's shoulder.

" Love you,Mommy. ",Poppy says happily and softly.

" I love you too. ",Peppy replies happily and lovingly.

The flashback ends shortly but, to Peppy it was a little longer. She smiles at the sweet and innocent memory. Poppy will always be a little boy in her eyes. Back then everything felt like they were simpler during their sweet and adorable moments. Sometimes the elder misses those days because, life could never ruin those moments of time to her.

" My baby... ",Peppy says to herself fondly and softly.

The orange skinned troll puts the picture back to where it was. She puts the tack back on it. Peppy looks at the picture a little longer for a moment. The mother wonders how Poppy is doing. She hopes he is sleeping well in the Vampdom.

Then suddenly the head of the vampire slayers hears the elevator coming! Peppy turns around to the direction of the lift. She walks closer towards it as the lift is still coming. When Peppy reaches the large table and stops the elevator reaches the final floor. It reveals Archer standing on the lift with a pink glowbug sitting on her shoulder. Archer is wearing a black leather skirt,black boots,a brown belt with her wooden stake and knife and dark purple shirt.

" Peppy?",Archer says respectfully and blankly.

"Yes,Archer? Do you need something?", Peppy asks politely and kindly.

Archer smiles at the elder happily. The lizard isn't here to get something but, she is here to bring something. The glowbug let's out a sleepy yawn as it's light starts to dim a little. Then Archer pulls out a green envelop from her back and holds out in front of her.

" This just came for you...",Archer says friendly.

Peppy's eyes light up at the letter as her mouth opens a little but, says nothing. The single parent immediately knows who the letter is from by just seeing it's envelope. It is in fact from Poppy. A small smile starts to form on Peppy's face as Archer walks over to her. The younger woman hands the green envelop to her boss happily.

Peppy looks down at Poppy's letter for a brief moment still smiling. Archer stays by the elder's side. Then Peppy opens the envelop nicely and pulls out the letter inside. Archer takes the envelop from her and quickly puts it on the behind her as Peppy turns around while opening the letter. The pink haired troll brings the letter closer to the candle light making it easier for her to read. Archer listens quietly as Peppy reads the letter.

" Dear Mom and The Strings

How is the village? How are you all doing? Is everything still good? I'm feeling really great right now.

I had went to this event with Queen Branch as friends. It was in a Art Gallery of a vampire artist named Angelina Amethyst. The whole place looked amazing! After they sold some of their art and few other things they had a after party.

It was like a dance and was a little more formal than the Hairball. The vampires weren't as social and upbeat as everyone in the village but, did seem to enjoy the party. I even danced with Queen Branch at the dance. She was really good at the waltz. She must have done lots of waltzing in her life.

After the dance when she was taking me back to the shelter I asked her about her powers and asked her your questions. The Queen needed some convincing to talk and she almost caught me out about my motives in asking her but, I managed to make her less suspicious of me luckily! Queen Branch doesn't know about me being a spy or about the mission so don't worry.

Branch's special power is lighting and it's very powerful! She rarely uses it and her reason is she believes that it should only be used if she has no choice. It's like her secret weapon. Apparently turned vampires can get their own special powers but, it's 50 - 50. I wonder if I will get one special power.

As for the rest of her powers they are like what everyone thought but, she can in fact make them become stronger if she focuses a lot or gets very emotional. Apparently Branch does her best to avoid punching someone when she's angry. Branch's powers can sometimes sort of send a energy wave that can overpower an regular vampire making them stop in their tracks during attack. It's a rare thing to happen according to her.

I don't know if I will see the vampire Queen tomorrow or any time soon but, fingers crossed that I will. She seems to be distant but,once Queen Branch started talking it was like she was starting to opening up a little. She's nice to talk to when does.
