It is the tomorrow night has already come. Branch walks over to the gates ready to go on her date. She is wearing a short and simple purple and black dress that goes down to her knees and has short sleeves. The dress is mostly black but, it has purple zigzag lining pattern on the skirt. The shoes on her feet are a pair of black high heels which are flat and are short and thin heels. Her hair is loose and a little more volume than usual. The Queen's makeup is red lipstick, light blue foundation, black eyeliner and light purple eye shadow.

Maxwell stands at the other side of the gate. The man is wearing a smart grey suit with black shoes and white dress shirt. He looks at Queen and smiles flirtatiously at her. The guards opens the gates allowing the woman to walk through. Now Maxwell has better view of his date.

"Hm...", Maxwell comments to himself sounding like he not impressed about something.

The comment makes Branch like she made a mistake. She was hoping that she looked okay at least but, it doesn't seem like Maxwell likes how she looks. The Queen's low self - esteem takes over as she starts talking.

" What's wrong? ",Branch asks softly feeling self-conscious.

" Oh,it's nothing. I was hoping for something more sexy but,you look really nice tonight. ",Maxwell replies honestly.

Branch raises an eyebrow at first and she can't believe what she just heard!
Maxwell's response then makes Branch feel unsure about herself. The woman looks down at her dress. Is it suppose to be a complement or insult or both? She wasn't aiming for sexy but, now Branch is wondering if she looks unattractive. She guesses that she looks good enough because,really nice is better than okay. Branch looks up back at Maxwell.

" Hm...thankyou,Max? ",Branch replies unsure.

Then Maxwell takes her hand and places a kiss on the back of it. He trying to be charming. It is the first date after all and the first date is when a man must be on his best foot if he is going stand a chance with the Vampire Queen. The male brings her hand back down but, doesn't let go of her hand.

" Now shall we get to our date?",Maxwell says flirty.

In that moment Branch decides to focus more on her date. She has the rest of the date to look forward to. Maxwell flashes her a flirty smile. She smiles back trying to forget how self-conscious she feels about her looks.

"Sure. ", Branch replies.

Then Maxwell and Branch walk away from the castle. Later that same night Eddie and Savannah are showing Poppy around Vampdom a little. They are slowly walking through the streets of the kingdom. Poppy's happily wonder all over the environment surrounding him as he walks ahead of his future friends. Poppy is wearing the same clothes he wore when he met Branch but, they are now fixed nicely.

"So where is this restaurant you told me about?", Poppy asks curious and excited.

" It's just around the corner. ",Savannah answers honestly.

Poppy smiles at the answer innocently. Savannah had told him about a good restaurant. According to her it is one of best restaurants around. It interests the turned vampire's curiosity.

Then along the way Poppy spots Branch. Branch and Maxwell are standing in front of an restaurant and are talking. The turned vampire smiles happily at the opportunity of talking to her again. He immediately forgets about the reason why he is out with Savannah and Eddie in the first place.

The male starts walking towards Branch slowly. He notices how the Queen is dressed. The Queen pushes some of her bangs and tucks it behind her ear. The moonlight shines perfectly on her. In Poppy's mind she is sparkling. She looks so pretty in that moment Poppy couldn't help but, unknowingly smile sweetly and in awe at her. Then suddenly he notices the male vampire with her making her blush and laugh!

Poppy immediately stops in his tracks and reality hits him like a wall! He can't take his eyes off Branch and the man with her! His smile is slowly replaced by an frown. His eyes become blank as he blinks a few times with his mind frozen. The hunter feels a small,strange and subtle pin of jealousy and uneasiness in his chest but, he doesn't know why he feels this way...

" Who's that guy with Branch? ",Poppy let's out blankly.

The man touches her shoulder with his hand. Eddie and Savannah reaches Poppy then look in the direction the pink vampire is looking. The two siblings stand next to Poppy. Savannah is wearing an dull pink dress with a black jacket and black belt. Eddie is wearing black jeans and a grey long sleeve shirt.

They notice the scene of their Queen Branch and the man with her happening before them. Maxwell seems to be whispering something in her ear. Eddie and Savannah don't recognize the male with their Queen. It seems very clear to them that they are on a date.

" I don't know but, he is probably one of her many suitors. Basically almost every single guy in Vampdom is after the Queen. It's not uncommon to see Branch with one of them on a date...",Eddie says honestly.

" Branch looks good with that dress and those heels. Plus her hair looks great. I could never make bangs pop like she does...",Savannah comments honestly.

Then Branch and Maxwell simply go into the restaurant. Poppy just stares at the closed door they opened to get in. Poppy doesn't know why but, he feels that small pin of strange and subtle jealously and uneasiness grow a little stronger. Then the Vampire Slayer shakes off the feeling and ignores it. The strange feeling is probably just nothing. A smile here's back on his face and his attitude becomes positive.

"Well,it's nice that she is looking for love. Everyone deserves to be happy and if it turns out he makes her happy then good for her. ",Poppy says honestly and positively.

The hunter really means it when he says that everyone deserves to be happy. Nobody can change his mind about that! Savannah and Eddie don't see any problem of with Poppy's opinion. They hadn't notice Poppy's subtle dismay either so they have no idea what was going on with Poppy an moment ago.

" That sounds right to me. I see our restaurant from here. Let's go while Branch enjoys her date...", Savannah says innocently and honestly.

Eddie agrees with his sister. Then the two siblings start walking again not noticing that Poppy hadn't started walking. Poppy just stares at the restaurant Branch went into for a moment not really knowing why he is. He has an confused expression on his face as he wonders about something. Then the turned vampire notices that his two future friends are walking ahead of him. Poppy quickly goes after them and catches up.
