"Big man in a suit of armor. Take that off and what are you?"

I was told that he was a threat like his father. That I had to get close to him to bring him to our side. But what I didn't expect was to fall for the man. He's egotistical and pompous, but there was a side to him that few people know about. I had to keep them away from him and there was only one person I could go to, Nick Fury.

I gave Fury all the information I had on Tony Stark. Long before The Avengers Initiative was brought to the table I put the idea of having him on the team. So, I will disappear, and look after him from the shadows. I will protect him from the enemies that want to harm him, and maybe, one day, when the time comes for me to step back into the light I just hope he can forgive me... to forgive us for leaving him.
