Everything is getting back on track. Mr. Devil's's factory issues are sorted now, he met with the families and grieve and show condolences. He promised to help their children and will provide them education and a better livelihood as well. 

Catherine turned out becoming saint  After that night we've never met and she never asked me what i was doing there but i asked Jade to keep a check on her and even he helped me to recover the windshield because i haven't  mentioned anything to Mr.Devil about it. He's already having a lots of problems to handle regarding company, I don't want to give him more stress. 

But I never trusted her, so i always remain overly conscious around her. Marcus started acting normal with Catherine which is a good sign probably she made up a story which convinced him which is good for his mental health as well. Maybe she really wants to change which is unbelievable but who knows?

Mr.Devil remain outside most of the time. I haven't seen him since last four days, It's been lonely at this big place. I asked him if i can go back to work but he just ignored my question. I don't think so he wants me to get back to MILLER'S. 

I heard footsteps and i tilted my face. " What's with that long face"? He narrowed his eyes but i ignored him this time and started scrolling something on my phone. He should knew why I'm mad? What's the point of being a boyfriend if he don't even know reason behind my behavior. 

"Hey I'm talking to you, Olivia? What happened?" He sits beside me but i sealed my mouth and planned to not utter a single world. I straighten my legs, before i  stand, he grabbed my wrist and pulled me back on the couch. 

"Olivia please. I've so much work stress. I don't want the same tension at home." He made the puppy face, which melts my heart. How could i remain angry with this guy. But he should think about me too. I'm also waiting for him at this house. He should give some hours of his day to me as well.

I hold him back without uttering a word and lay my head on his shoulder. " I want your time as well. I told you so many times it's hard to spend time here all alone".

He moves a little and holds my face with both of his hands. " You can get back to work from next week. Now train your ass a little bit because you are getting back in HR department not as an Secretary".

"Wait What? Are you serious?"

"But No! I can't accept it. I want to go through Interview and screening, Everything as a normal person. I don't want to get everything just because I'm dating you" I sighed. But he's smiling at me like he listened some joke.

"I know you my grumpy one. You have an interview with the HR team on Monday. Buckle up now". He pulled me up and start moving towards  the stairs. I plants a small kiss on his cheek and snuggle my body more into his.

Next day, Sophie insisted me to join her as she wants to buy a dress for god knows what purpose. She said it's a surprise and she wouldn't tell me. I mean what the heck is this. She's pulling me from one store to another and how I'm supposed to help her picking a dress if i don't even know the occasion. When i reached my saturation point, I just sit still on a bench and let her do her thing and she knew eventually that I'm done wth her and she gets back to me.

"Girl What's the matter?"

" You're here to help me. Not for resting". I want to kill her right at the moment when she said resting. I gave her a death glare and she raised her hands in defense.

"Woah Olly. I mean.." I stopped her in between and asked her "What's the Occasion?"

"It's kind of engagement.. Yeah my college friend's engagement. She lives in NYC but her boyfriend's family lives here.. yeah that's why. She's coming here" She said all that in one go. 

" That's great. Then why didn't you tell me before. Let's grab something for you." I grab her hand and started looking for the best dress in the store. She sighed and followed me like a pup.

we bought  a lavender dress for her that touches the floor with a halter neck, showing her curves in the best way, it's plain yet classy. She insisted me to try one dress that i like but i don't have the heart to buy because it's way too expensive. It's a emerald satin dress with a long slit touching floor and deep V neck which is definitely too revealing yet sexy. Touching my curves and made me look more sassy. I don't want to leave the dress either but how I am supposed to buy it when I haven't started working yet. I don't want to be a burden on Mr.Devil as I'm already living in his house.

I end up winning the argument with Sophie and came outside from the shop. I don't know why the Customer representative trying to convince her when i already told her it's out of our budget. Sophie came after five minutes with a poker face. 

She asked me to Join her too in the party. She's acting so weird today acting like child on every step.

"Okay fine I'll go with you. Stop eating my brain now" this time i agreed after two more heating arguments.

Fuck yeah!! She screamed and hugged me getting a hell lot of attention. I felt someone is looking at us. I turn 360 degree but see nothing just some random people. I felt this before in the store as well. Maybe my delusion.

"Why you hired her?." I managed to whisper in Sophia's ear but she just winked instead of replying much. She already did my makeup which is light yet elegant and she did a little bun while let few flicks hanging on each side of my face. I texted her again what's the purpose of doing this all because it doesn't make any sense because it's her friend's engagement. 

After few seconds, She replied back with 'I've got something for you. Go into my bedroom'. 

I  look at her "what"? 

She peeped at me with one eye while she's going through her makeup process. She said loudly. "Go and check it out yourself". 

I saw a bag on her bed, when i pulled all the papers, i saw the same dress that i ditched that day. She can't be. She can't do this. Before i rush back to her with my anger. I saw a little slip on the floor. FOR OLIVIA written on it.

I know you are angry that why this dress is here. I didn't bought it. It's your lover, the only thing i did was just told Jade what happened that day and the rest you know. So don't act much he probably dying to see you in this dress. Slay Girl.

Before wearing the dress, i sent a voice note to Mr.Devil "Thank you for the dress. I'll see you at home. Muaahh"

I managed to zip up the dress without any help and slowly make steps outta room because i don't want to fumble in heels though. Probably I'm gonna stick to Sophie all day. 

"Woah So Elegant" I heard her voice before i even stepped out completely from room. Placing her hand on her mouth , she's already dressed up and stylist is gone too, so i don't need to be more awkward. 

"Well ! I couldn't thank you more.  You are looking so pretty. " I hugged her, I don't why I'm feeling emotional, she holds me tighter. 

Let's Go. We can't be late". There's a already a person standing outside with a Black Mercedes same as Mr. Devil's Security. At least looks like. Why aren't we driving? I poked her arm and she tilts her head little while we are walking down the stairs. " What's with that car?"

"You can't drive in this lavishing dress". Guy already holding the door for us and we jumped quickly not taking much longer time.  It takes around half an hour to reach there.  Meanwhile Sophie is texting someone back and forth and checking her phone. I asked her why she seems so nervous but she said nothing more than that she's excited to meet her old friends. You seem nervous i assure her that she's worrying for nothing. I holds her hand that it's gonna be fine , when i look outside, we came countryside, just few dispersed  houses with big farms. Probably they want it to be discreet and away from all the city chaos. Afar we can see number of cars in front of a big farmhouse. Probably hundreds of them. When we reached there, hydrangeas came into my vision and my lips rolled into Woahhh. Hydrangeas make everything looks so extraordinary beautiful that i can't express in words. Probably Sophie's friend loves them that's why they are all over the place. We slips slowly and she grabs my arm while I'm overwhelmed with the embellishments. 

There are way more security on every door, and most of the people are wearing something lavender in there dresses and I'm feeling left out now. "Hey, You should at least tell me that Lavender is the color theme".

" Like i Knew it" She waves someone and start gossiping with them. There are number of white color chairs in the lawn with hydrangeas flowers hanging on one side. While i stand on one side as some random people gives me smile which makes me feel more awkward. Stage with lavender cloth decorated with multiple number of flowers. Everyone tilts their faces when they heard the sound of helicopter and there's a cloth hanging with something written on it. 

I moved forward with the other guests to read it. When i look back i haven't found Sophie, helicopter comes more near and there are two or three cars also coming towards us from the woods. What's happening? Is it some type of movie shoot?

"Will Y-ou ? Wait " Is it ? Where's the girl who should read it? I  mean isn't that for her ,all of this ? I scanned the place. "WILL YOU MARRY ME"? " Written with the red ink. Meanwhile cars just stopped in front of us and a guy with the black suit  slowly came out one of the car  looking at me with blue dazzling eyes with a admiration. While my mouth dropped an inch. He curved his lips in a smirking smile whilst Marcus jumped from other side and ran towards me. Wait?

Oh my god!!!?

 " Are you ready girl?" Sophie whispered in my ears which gives me chills. I don't know where she came now.  She's also involved in this.  When did they planned?

Slowly, they moves towards me, It feels like everything slows down for a bit while my eyes filled with tears and i felt goosebumps all over my body. I have never thought  that someone would surprise me with this extraordinary plan. He is standing just in front of me but i'm too scared to actually  believe it, It feels like a dream. He holds my hand and kissed it gently and lean his knees on the ground. " Will you be my Grumpy lady Forever.?" My eyes filled with tears and people started singing YES YES over and over again. Where i laughed with teary eyes and moves my head up and down. Everybody starts cheering and clapping. He kissed me softly and holds my hand squeezing it a little, hugged me tightly.

 We move to the stage where everyone is looking at us with their warm eyes, now I'm having a better view and I realize there are so many people i knew i didn't noticed earlier. Kyra tose her glass towards me while Nic nodded. Even my mom standing next to them leaning her head on a man's shoulder same age as her but a little bit taller than her whose wearing a cowboy hat. She pointed with fingers that she's with him. She looks so happy and i couldn't been more happier for her. Marcus pulled my dress a little and grab my attention. Holding a tray with the two boxes of rings on it. 

"You can't even imagine how amazing you are looking but you'll look more hotter without it" He whispered and my face started burning with his explanatory wanting. I clear my throat while Marcus jumped again. What's with the security , they are not leaving us on the stage either. Ugh!! 

Suddenly a sharp thing touched my ear and hit a guy whose standing behind me.
