After ice cream they all headed home, except for Harry, Louis, and Nick. They had decided to stay behind and just walk around. All sorts of new emotions were running wild through Harry and he wasn’t sure what to do. Nick was walking ahead of them going on about Uni stuff that Louis asked about. Although Louis had a little more interest in Harry as he kept grabbing his butt, hand, just anything he could get his hands on.

    Louis jumped though when Nick stopped suddenly as his phone rang. “It’s my Mum, I have to take this.”

    “That’s alright. Harry and I will just be over there,” Louis motioned to around the corner. Nick just nodded answering his phone.

    Louis smirked and grabbed Harry’s wrist quickly bring them out of eye sight before putting Harry up against a wall. “L-louis,” Harry gasped shocked.

    “I’m not quite sure what it is, whether it be that you have the softest lips ever, or the fact that you’re now my step brother, but I just don’t think I can keep my hands off you,” He growled gripping onto Harry’s sides waiting for some kind of permission.

    Harry’s breathing became rapid and his brain felt like it was going to explode. On one hand he wanted to beg Louis to do something, but on the other hand Louis’ fingers were digging into his sides in a way that had memories of Aiden flashing in and out of his head. “Fuck,” Was all he could seem to muster out.

    Louis stepped closer to Harry until they were flush up against each other. “So, what are you thinking right now?”

    “H-hands,” Harry whimpered looking down.

    Louis was confused for a moment before he caught on. “I’m so sorry, I just forgot. Are you okay?”

    Harry thought for a moment, he was fine. “I’m, I’m okay actually.”

    “So, what are you thinking?”

    “You’d really break things off with Zayn?”

    “Yes.”

    “Do you actually care about me, or is this just for sex?”

    “That, is a difficult question. I’m not used to an actual relationship and I don’t usually care about people, but there’s something different with you. I’m willing to try if that’s what you want though.”

    “Okay.”

    “Really?” Louis asked beaming.

    “Yeah. It has to be a secret though and we can’t rush things because accepting a lot of this is still really tough for me. You have to promise to be careful though because I don’t want things to blow up and you lost it because I don’t think I can handle someone losing it with me again.”

    “I promise,” Louis smiled before connecting their lips. It wasn’t heated or rough, it was soft and slow.

    Louis pulled away after a moment and stepped back just as Nick rounded the corner. “My Mum needs me home to help her with a few things before I go back to Uni on Monday. I’m sorry Haz,” he said looking sad.

    “It’s alright. I think I’ll be fine.”

    “Are you sure?” Harry nodded. “Then promise to call me if anything happens again okay? I worry about you.”

    “I know you do,” Harry smiled before hugging his friend. “Thank you,” He whispered softly.

    “Anytime. Come on, we should probably head back.”

    The boys got back and Nick gathered his things telling Harry he’d text him as Thanksgiving break came around. After he left Harry and Louis stayed in their room kissing and laughing for quite some time until dinner came around. “Boys, let’s go!” Anne called up the stairs.

    Harry sadly pulled his lips away from Louis’ and stood up. “We better get down there before she calls again.”

    Louis whined, “No, we have at least 10 more minutes before my Mum will butt in and drag us down.”

    Harry just laughed, “I think you’ll live. Come on,” Harry said before leaving the room knowing Louis would follow him. Harry was halfway down the stairs when Louis came running by him smacking his ass on his way through. “Louis!” Harry yelled running after him.

    Louis and Harry ran around through the kitchen. “What? I didn’t do anything,” Louis smirked.

    “Yes you did!” Harry said trying to contain his laughter. Harry and Louis ran in circles the girls laughing at them and Jay dodging them with dishes of food. “Get back here Louis!”

    “You’re so slow Styles,” Louis mocked running into the living room.

    “What’s going on boys?” Anne asked.

    “Yeah Harry, what’s wrong?” Louis asked in a teasing tone.

    “You know what’s wrong Louis.”

    “Boys!” Anne laughed.

    “Louis’ just being a dork,” Harry said simply. “So I have to get him.”

    “But he’s too slow!” Louis squealed as Harry dove over the couch for him. They were rounding the corner to the dining room when Harry’s feet slid out from underneath him and he fell face first into the tiled floor.

    “Harry!” Jay called crouching down next to him.

    “I’m good!” Harry said pushing himself up. “But my nose isn’t,” He mumbled covering it. Blood was on the floor and trickling down his hand.

    “Ewww! Harry’s nose is bleeding!” Fizz said in disgust.

    “Louis dear go get me a wash cloth please,” Jay instructed.

    “Harry, let me see,” Anne said sitting down with them.

    “I need something to catch the blood first.”

    “Nick was right, you are clumsy,” Lottie laughed.

    “Lottie, keep it to yourself,” Jay said.

    Louis came back in with the cloth handing it to his Mum. “Is he going to be alright?” He asked concerned.

    “He’ll be fine. Alright Harry, move your hand,” She said. Harry moved his hand and it was instantly replaced with the cloth. “Come on, let’s get you up so you an wash your hands.” Jay helped Harry to his feet and they went to the bathroom while Anne cleaned up the floor and got the girls settled.

    “Harry, I’m sorry,” Louis said poking his head in the doorway.

    Harry just smiled and said, “It’s fine. You didn’t do anything.”

    “I think you may have broken your nose. We need to bring you to the hospital.”

    Harry froze. No. No, no, no, no, no. He hasn’t been to the hospital other than check ups since Aiden and even then it took a lot of dragging and crying. “I’ll be fine. I don’t want to go.”

    “Sweetie we need to have to get an xray done.”

    “No!” Harry cried pulling away. He put his hand back under his nose and the blood kept dripping.

    “Harry,” Louis said gently putting a hand on his shoulder. “It’s fine. It’s just a quick trip.”

    Harry turned burying his face in Louis’ shoulder. “I can’t. Aiden-”

    “Nothing. Harry it’s been a long time. It’s going to be alright. I’ll be right there with you too,” Louis said soothingly rubbing circles into his back.

    “P-promise?”

    “Yeah.”

    Harry nodded standing up straight again. “Alright, let’s go.”

    Jay nodded rinsing the towel and telling Harry to wash his hands while she got some ice and gauze. Harry put the gauze up his nose for the bleeding and had ice inside the cloth that he held to his nose. “Call me as soon as you’re done,” Anne said to Jay.

    “I will, he’ll be fine, don’t worry,” She smiled kissing Anne quickly. “I’ll be back later girls. Be good for Mama Anne! Come on boys,” She said ushering Harry and Louis out of the house and into the car.

    “Harry Styles?” A short blonde girl called. Harry, Louis, and Jay all stood up walking along. “My name is Alexis. So, what happened?” She asked bringing them into a small room where she pulled the ice away from Harry’s face and the gauze out putting a bucket underneath him.

    Harry gagged slightly as long strips of blood followed the gauze before it was running again. “We wee chasing each other around and he fell face first into the floor,” Louis provided.

    “Ouch. Well, it sounds like you two need to be more careful then,” She said. “Has his nose been running since he fell?”

    “Yes,” Jay answered.

    Alexis poked at his nose making him wince before she got out more gauze putting it up his nose. “I’ll go get Doctor Clover so we can get the xray’s going.”

    The three waited their patiently. Louis noticed Harry shaking and tapping his foot, but knew he couldn’t comfort him with his Mum in the room. It didn’t take long before Alexis and the Doctor came in. “Hello Harry. What do you say we go take a close look at that nose?”

    “O-o-okay,” He said standing up.

    They all took the short trip through a few hallways. “If I could just have you two go wait on that side I’ll get him set up.” Jay and Louis nodded going to the side of the glass.

    It took only a few moments and the pictures were quick. They all went back to the room where Doctor Clover cleaned Harry’s nose until it was no longer bleeding other than the occasional drip. “Here you go,” Alexis said popping her head in and handing the paperwork to Doctor Clover.

    “So, I guess you took quite the nasty fall there Harry. You’re nose is indeed broken, however it’s not going to be a simple fix. We’re going to have to surgically reconstruct your nose to fix it up.”

    “Wh-what?” Harry asked now terrified.

    “It’s alright. It’s a simple process and will hurt a little bit, but after you’ll be good as new,” He smiled. “Alexis will be back in a moment to set it up. I’ll be seeing you soon. Until then keep it iced and upright. Avoid blowing your nose as well or the bleeding might start again and if it does just come back in and we will take care of it. Any questions?”

    “No. Thank you so much,” Jay smiled.

    Louis just watched Harry closely and could tell he was closing in on himself and his eye’s were fading. This wasn’t going to be fun.
