"Hey okay so I know you probably won't wanna talk about it but how do you know Tony Stark and Bucky Barnes?" Oliver asked. He seemed so excited.

"Well I used to be an Avenger. I know all of them. Captain America, Black Widow, Hulk, Spider-Man. They aren't awful either. All of them are pretty nice." I replied.

"Why did you leave? You obviously miss them. I can tell."

"I didn't want to. They told me I would be safer here than at the maximum security mansion type thing we lived in but now that I'm actually here it's not that bad."

He was right. I did miss them. Especially Nat and Wanda. They were like the sisters I never had.

"Do you ever think about going back?"

"I did when I first got here. But since you moved in I haven't thought about it once."

"Maybe you should go back. See your family for a week or two. It might be a nice change of setting."

I just shook my head and laughed.

"What?" Oliver asked, obviously confused.

"I'm never going back to New York. It was always too crowded for me anyways. Besides everything I need is here in Texas. I'm going to go to sleep, it's getting late."

"Okay, good night Y/n" He kissed me on the cheek and I went to my room and fell asleep almost instantly.

~Morning~

I woke up and decided to try to go back to sleep but Oliver came in with a tray of food. I looked at him in confusion.

"Good morning Y/n! I made you breakfast." 

He seemed very cheerful today and I didn't know why.

"Why are you in such a good mood?"

"No reason..."

"Oliver. Tell me. Oh god, what did you do?"

"Nothing! Except buy you a plane ticket to New York so you can see your friends again."

"You did what now?"

"Got you a plane ticket so you can see everyone again. I know it must be hard for you to be away from them so I figured I would get you a ticket so you can visit for a bit."

He was so sweet and it broke my heart that I would have to tell him I was never going back. 

"Oliver I appreciate the gesture but I don't want to go back."

"Why not?"

"New York just isn't my style, and besides they are the ones who sent me away. I didn't choose to leave."

"I could come with you. I don't really know what they would think about that but if you wanted me to I could come."

"Okay fine, I'll go but you are coming with. I want to make them upset for shipping me to Texas without my consent."

He looked so happy to be going with me. I think he offered because he wanted to meet the Avengers but he was going to be going whether he offered or not. They had to meet my boyfriend eventually, and tomorrow happened to be that day.
