The next day Levi was dragging his ass all day, you could tell he was hanging pretty bad. All day I kept wondering what he meant about what he had said about a confession to make. It was making me nervous but wasn't sure if I should ask him yet or wait to see if he would come out and tell me.

After work he took me out for dinner at a fine restaurant in Chicago. He had reserved a spot in the private dining area, and the ambiance was just beautiful. I look at the menu and was wowed by the prices. "You need to quit spending money like this on food, it's too much." I say quietly leaning towards him.

"The prices aren't that bad, and the food here is excellent, as long as you're with me you'll get the best of everything from me." He says quietly with a handsome grin, making me melt. He knows how to do it everytime.

The waiter asks to take our order, I decided on the chicken and sausage. He then suggested some wine with the meal, to which Levi commented on how I was pregnant and that there would be no wine at the table. "My apologies." The waiter says. "You didn't know." Levi says with a smile.

He takes me hand holding it tight and just sat there smiling at me. "How's your hangover today?" I asked taking my thumb and rubbing the top of his hand.

"Better now. It was pretty bad earlier, how did you let me drink like that?" I chuckled at him. "You were having fun, it was actually pretty funny to see you like that, you were all smiles. I couldn't take that away from you."

I took a deep breath and sighed still thinking about his words last night. I was just going to ask him what he had meant by that, and they came with our food. I laid my napkin across my lap and stared at the food. It looked and smelled amazing.

"Something wrong?" He asks as I stare at the food.

"No... looks and smells good, but thought I was going to get sick for a moment." Grabbing my fork and knife I take a few bites before excusing myself. Hurrying myself to the bathroom, I made it in there luckily, it was coming fast, and would have been extremely embarrassing.

"The fun begins now." I mumble to myself running cold water and splashing the back of my neck. I rinsed my mouth out and headed back to sit down.

Levi looks at me worried as I sit back down at the table, "Are you going to be OK?" He asks as I take a drink of my water. I shook my head, "I'll be fine." The rest of the meal I remained quiet, and thinking that Levi was awfully quiet as well.

We headed home and I started to fidget which Levi noticed right away, by placing his hand on mine. "Something is wrong, or on your mind. What is it?" He asked concerned trying to look at me. I looked out the passenger window and back over to him. "Why do you say that?"

"Everytime you get nervous about something, or want to say something, you start fidgeting. So I know there's something going on in that pretty little mind of yours, what is it?"

"Last night you said something to me, and I have been trying to figure out all day what you meant by it."

"What did I say?" He asks worried.

"You don't remember?"

"No... it wasn't bad was it?" He says looking over at me again, placing his hand on my thigh using his thumb to rub.

"No, but you said you had a confession to make and then you passed out. What did you mean by that?"

"Hmm." He says taking his hand off my thigh running his hand through his hair. He stayed quiet until we pulled in his driveway. "Sorry about last night. I was out of line, I shouldn't have gotten like that."

He gets out of the car and helps me out. He pulls me in for a kiss, and gives me a hug. "Hope you enjoyed dinner, even though you got sick for a moment."

"I did, thank you."

"Feel like a movie? Or are you ready for bed." He asks flipping his keys around his finger as we walk to the front door.

"I don't know." I sigh "Maybe a movie, I am tired but not ready for bed yet."

We go to the movie room, he gets it all set up and places a movie in. We chose the couch to watch it on figuring it would be more comfortable than sitting in the chairs. I Snuggled in between his legs and laid my head back on his chest. Feeling a little too comfortable, about twenty minutes into the movie I started to doze off as I laid on him. He must have felt me falling asleep, because next thing I know he's carrying me to bed.

I lay my head on his chest, "I think between the pregnancy and being out late last night caught up with me tonight." He rests his chin on top of my head and caresses my arms making me feel relaxed.

"Alexis."he whispers. "I'm sorry you have been feeling sick lately."

"Well it's because of the baby." I say to him quietly.

"I know, but it's my fault. If it weren't for me, you wouldn't be pregnant."

I look up at him confused by his talk, he leans down kissing my nose. "What are you trying to say Levi?" I ask confused, he then pulls me on top of him wrapping his arms around me.

Looking in his eyes I see he has something on his mind. I feel him take a deep heavy breath. "I guess I do have something to say." He says quietly sounding nervous.

"You didn't cheat on me did you?"

"Oh God no. I would never do that." He says as I roll off of him. Laying on my back I stare at the ceiling. "Do I really want to know?" I sigh.

"I really need to get it off of my chest, remember when I told you that everything would be ok after you had asked if I had used protection?"

"Yes." I say quietly, he starts pinching the bridge of his nose, and I can feel his heart starting to beat faster. "What is it Levi?" I demand.

"I meant what I said, and what I'm trying to say is that I had hoped you would become pregnant." He stutters trying to find the right words.

I sit up starting to panic, "So you purposely tried to get me pregnant? Why?" I snap.

"I-I don't know, I just wanted to make sure that I would never lose you, there was something about you that drew you to me, I was afraid to lose you, I knew you were the one right away-"

"YOU TRICKED ME!" I snapped loudly getting out of bed. "That's why you had that test waiting for me back in Venice. You had been waiting the whole time for the results. How could you?"

He gets out of bed and starts walking towards me. " Don't you even come near me. You're not the person I thought you were."

"Alexis, this was not my intent to hurt you in any way, I knew from the beginning that I would be spending the rest of my life with you. I know it was stupid to do and I should have discussed it with you, but that is why I said you didn't have to worry, I knew I would be there for you for everything.

"You're damn right you should have discussed it with me! Did you even think about if I was even ready to have a child? You took it upon yourself to make a decision for me-"

"A decision that I thought was right, I love you Alexis, and I mean that. You and that child of ours will be set for life." He says cutting me off inching closer to me. "Stop... please, I cannot even look at you right now."

He stops "Look at me Alexis." He demands quietly. He walk towards me wrapping his arms around me. Hesitantly I wrap my arms around his waist "Don't you ever go and make a decision for me ever again, if we are going to be together for life, all decisions from now on will be made together." I hear him make a sigh of relief. He pulls back still clinging to me "I promise I'll never do that again." He says placing a kiss on my lips.

I pull back and look at him "Don't you even think you're in the clear yet, I'm still upset with you." I start saying when he picks me up carrying me over to the bed and lays me down softly laying on top of me. Brushing some hair strands away from my face.

He plants a kiss on my lips, a deep passionate hungry kiss. Taking my breath away I had to stop to breathe. "Is there anything else you need to tell me?"

"No, just that I really want to make passionate love to you right now, if you'll let me." I wrap my fingers through his hair pulling him to my lips. Moaning I let it slip "I actually had hoped myself." I say as he starts kissing my neck. He stopped to look at me nodding his head "Hoped what?"

"That you had gotten me pregnant."
