I went hiding out in the bathroom stall trying to stop myself from being an emotional wreck. My eyes and nose were red and puffy from crying, and I didn't want anyone to see me like this.

Jin had been texting me like crazy, I ignored him, I didn't know what to say to him yet. He hadn't seen me all morning and was starting to get worried.

I should not have ever fallen for Jin, but I did and I fell hard. I needed to end things now, before Sue exposes us. I needed to ask Heather to take me back, and go back to work for her again. I have to lie to Jin, tell him the alcohol made me kiss him, and that I don't actually care for him.

Yes, that's what I must do, it's the right thing to do.

I can do this!

I got up and washed my face in the sink. I took deep breaths, and tried to reassure myself that everything would be ok.

I stepped out of the bathroom and headed up to Heather's office.

"She's busy right now Cora. Do you want me to leave her a message?" Said Heather's secretary, Denise.

"Denise, please tell her I would like to talk to her when she gets a chance."

"Ok Cora, by the way, how is it working with Jin and Taehyung?" She asked me curiously.

"It's ok." I tried not to show my emotions.

I quickly departed before she could ask me anything else, and went back to the third floor.

I walked to my cubicle, and found Sue was standing there looking smug, waiting for me.

"Jin is looking for you." She said casually with a grin on her face.

"I'll go see him now." I ignored her dirty looks she gave me, I felt anger rise up in me. I wished I could slap that smirk off her smug little face.

Jin's office door was open, and when I went in, he was busily typing on his computer. His eyes left the computer screen and slowly met mine. At first his eyes lit up and he had a huge smile, but when he saw the distraught look on my face, his smile quickly faded.

"Cora what's wrong? Were you crying?" Jin almost jumped up from his desk, rushing over me to try to comfort me.

I pulled away from him, making him furrow his eyebrows.

"I'm sorry Jin, I'm not feeling good." I avoided his inquisitive glance. "You were looking for me?" I tried not to let my voice crack.

"Yes, do you need medicine or anything?" He asked, looking concerned.

"I'll manage." I said shortly.

"Ok I hope you feel better." He said as his eyes softened.

My heart felt like it would break into a thousand pieces, because of what I had to do. Jin leaned in closer again and tried to hold my hands, but I pulled away again.

"Sorry Jin, but we need to talk about us." I almost whispered, barely able to get the words out.

Jin looked alarmed, this was not what he was expecting, "Ok I wanted to talk  to you about that too."

"I'm sorry, but..." I paused as I forced myself to speak. "I don't want things to continue with us. I wasn't thinking last night, I drank too much and besides I already said I don't want to date a celebrity."

Jin's eyes widened as he seemed to process what I had just said.

"Whoa Cora, is that how you really feel? Because I felt something with you I haven't felt with anyone. I know you feel it too, I can see it in your eyes." He grabbed my shoulders and searched my face.

I nudged his hands off of me, the pained expression on his face was nearly killing me. "Jin you're my boss, and I'm a nobody how is this gonna work?"

"Wow Cora, you just like to break guys hearts then. First you hurt Taehyung and now me?" His voice wavered, he stared at me incredulously.

"I didn't know you liked me, you kept pushing me away!"

"Cora, I'm sorry. I know I was wrong, but I've liked you since the first night I saved you! You looked like an innocent naive girl that needed to be protected. I found myself thinking about you constantly, and enjoyed your shyness around me. Most girls try to get my attention, but you're different."  Jin leaned in closer as if he was tempting me again. His eyes roamed over my lips. "Let's try to make this work, I don't care if people find out. I'm allowed to date, you know."

His words made me weak, but I had to be strong, "Your fans will kill me and I'm not ready for that kind of attention!"

"Cora I like my privacy, and I promise I won't let anyone know about you. I know you like privacy too, so we can make this work. Let's just try please. Have faith in me, that's all I ask." His face looked hopeful as he pleaded.

Hearing what he had to say, was starting to give me a bit of confidence, maybe we could make this work... "I'll think about it, until then, let's pretend last night didn't happen."

"If that's what you really want, then fine. I'm just your boss." Jin said giving up.

"Yes, thank you, also I think Taehyung might know about us."

"What makes you think that? I haven't told him yet." Jin asked confused.

"You didn't tell him?"

"No, I was going to wait for the right moment with him to tell him."

"He's being so cold towards me, I think he knows."

I knew Sue must have told him.

"Don't worry, I'll talk to him." Jin reassured.

We stood awkwardly glancing at one another, until someone knocked on the door.

"Hold on a minute," Jin said as he went to open the door.

"Yes Mr. Kim, I have papers for you to sign" Said Sue, stepping into the office.

She had a triumphant look on her face, while handing the papers to Jin.

"Thank you Sue." He took them from her and she glared at me again.

"Ok Jin, I'll be back to talk later." I approached the door to leave.

"Ok, we'll talk later." he looked disappointed I was leaving before we could finish talking.

"Mr. Kim you look great in your suit today!" Sue cooed in admiration.

"Thank you Sue, if that's all you need, I'll be getting back to work then."

She left after me and followed me to my cubicle. I braced myself for her.

"Cora what you doing?" Sue huffed.

"I'm working." I said nonchalantly.

"Don't forget what I said earlier."

"I haven't forgotten, but I think that you don't really know much about me." I said snidely.

After talking to Jin, I realized I didn't want to give him up, and this girl doesn't know who she's messing with.

Sue looked around to see if anyone was listening.

"I know that you are a nobody intern that needs to go back to Ms. Skye's office, and leave Jin alone."

Ah, so she didn't even know that I was friends with Heather, I began thinking of what I could do with Heather's help.
