After a long shift from work, all you wanted to do was go home, have a hot shower and hit the sack.

You didn't bother with dinner because you just didn't feel like eating. Nor did you feel like doing anything.

After seeing Jacob today at work it just drained you. As if I could escape him..

Your phone buzzed just as you turned on the engine to your (car/truck). You rolled your (e/c) eyes before answering it.

"Hello?" You asked as the person instantly replied. (Y/n)! About time you answered!"

It was Bella of course. Note to self: check the fucking ID! You sighed as you leaned back against your seat.

"Actually I just forgot to check the ID. If I known it was you I wouldn't have answered." You replied plainly as your sister sighed.

"Are you mad at me?" She asked as you felt tears form in your eyes. "No..I just..I don't know anymore Bells. I just need time." You managed out as there as silence that hung between you.

"Jacob never noticed me. Never. I knew I shouldn't thought of something when he first started to take notice in me." You grumbled out as Bella sighed.

"I can kill him if you'd like?" She suggested as you started to laugh. An actual laugh. In a way it felt nice..

To laugh again. Or at least smile. "I can kill him if you'd like!" You hear Emmett shout in the background as you chuckled.

"Nah, that would be too easy for that mutt." You replied as Bella snorted. "Yeah, you have a point there (Y/n)."

"Look, I gotta go. Just finished my shift and I need to head home." You said as Bella hummed. "How about you come over? Nessie misses you."

A pang of guilt struck your heart. Damn it..I completely forgot about her.. You worked down the lump at the back of your throat and sighed.

"Tell her a I miss her too but..not to tonight. I had a long shift and I need rest." You replied as Bella took in a deep breath.

"Ok. I will. Maybe next time then?" She replied as you forced a small smile. "Yeah. Of course." You replied as you activated your turning signal.

"I love you (Y/n)." Bella said as you smiled. "I love you too Sis." You replied as you hung up, placing your phone in your purse before driving out of your parking spot and down the road; heading home.

:Back at home:

Once you have arrive home, you parked your (car/truck) in your driveway; taking notice that your father's vehicle wasn't there. Again.

You switched off the engine and pulled the key out of it's ignition before leaning back against your seat and staring up at the ceiling of your vehicle.

You hated drama, family fights and everything else smushed together. You hated of how much you had pushed Jake away but then again it could just be the imprint.

You sighed as you slowly stepped out and walked up your porch. You unlocked the front door and entered your home. "Home sweet, home." You grumbled under your breath as you went up the stairs to your room.

You slowly stripped your work clothing and tossed them in a pile at one corner of your room. I'll wash that stuff later.. You walked over to your dresser and grabbed a new set of (colour) underwear, a pair of floral pyjama shorts which were comfy and perfect to wear for the rest of the night.

Lastly you pulled out a loose baggy (colour) t-shirt. You gathered your new clothes and walked into your bathroom to have a quick but hot shower.

Throughout your shower all you could think about was Jacob. Yes you had-you still have this insane crush on him no matter how hard you tried to deny it you really did love him.

The fact that really hit you was the reasoning why he became so attached to you. All for a stupid imprint.

Now Jacob was very attractive. His creamy caramel skin. His beautiful eyes and his dark hair. He'd be every teenage girl heart throb.

Anyone would be so lucky to have him. Any girl who knew him would kill to be his girl let alone his imprint.

And yet, out of everyone that this could've happen to, it just had to be you. Yes, an imprint happens without no control and can happen at anytime in the wolf's life.

But why me? You thought to yourself as you bit down on your lower lip. You remembered of how Jacob had tried to force an imprint on your sister. The times he chased after her and left you in the dark.

You remembered all the times Jake had pursued her, even when she was dating Edward, he even was attached to her when she was pregnant and yet he never laid an eye on you.

You furrowed your brows as you felt your cheeks flush and your blood boiled. Just thinking about your sister and Jake threw you off the rocker. And he still doesn't get it of why I'm pissed!

You clenched your jaw and made your hands into fists. The reply of when you snapped at him back at the Cullen's made your stomach form into knots once again.

"You know how long I had this stupid insane crush on you? It was always Bella this, Bella that! I've also been invisible to you! Always!" You cried out as you pressed your index finger against his chest as you glared up at him.

"Then suddenly, this stupid dog imprint bullshit happens and it just happened to me and suddenly you're interested in me?!" You shrieked as you waved your arms around in the air.

"Tell me Jacob, did I ever even in the slightest attract you even before all this bullshit happened with this imprint?" You asked him as you felt Bella gently grab your arm.

"Ok (Y/n), take a breath let's just-" You yanked your arm free of her hold and continued to glare at him. "No Bella, let the Mutt answer my questions." You spat as you hear both Emmett and Jasper snort a laugh.

Jake narrowed his eyes out as he clenched his jaw. "Answer me damn question!" You spat as he fired right back at you. "No! I didn't! I was chasing after Bella remember that!"

"Exactly! So now that you have this fucking imprint on me you think you can swoop on in?!" You shrieked as he growled, adverting his gaze from yours and clenched his hands into fists.

You let out a dry laugh as you shake your head in dismay. "I thought we had a good friendship. I mean I actually thought you finally saw me. That you wanted to hang out with me and finally notice me." You began as Jacob shook his head.

"(Y/n), it's not like that I-" before he could finish you cut him off. "I really thought that all this time we hung out was because you wanted to, but I guess a stupid imprint was the one thing that made me non-invisible to you."

Your eyes began to water just as the memory faded away. You scoffed, rolling your eyes before switched off the water and squeezed out your (colour) hair.

You sucked in a deep breath, letting the steam vaporize before getting out of the shower to dry yourself off with a towel and got yourself dressed.

You brushed, blow dried and styled your hair before cleaning up the bathroom and stepping out of the bathroom.

By the time you had finished your shower it was already dark outside which left your room pitch black and also meant it was way past dinner time.

"Great...just great.." You mumbled to yourself as you blindly walked to find your light switch when you hear a movement in your room.

Your heart beat skipped a few notches faster as you quickly reached for the first object that you could grab in the dark which was your damn light lamp.

"Who's there? I'm armed and not afraid to use a damn lamp!" You spat out as you were beyond from being brave. In fact you were scared like hell.

Just as you could make out the large figure in your room, you raised your arms above your head; just about to swing when the stranger called out to you.

"Wait! (Y/n)! It's me!"

You other light lamp that rested on your other nightstand switched on and your eyes widened, your heart nearly stopped while you still wanted to smack them across the head.

"What you doing here?"
