The scene starts from Sai's cabin.

Sai was attending her patients. She being a successful cardiologist was busy all day with her patients and surgeries.

In the evening..

Sai sighs and leans back on her chair.

Sai - Finally 😌

Her appointments for the day got over and she was smiling. Her phone started ringing.

Sai - Aniket! 😁

Sai picks up the call. It was a video call.

Sai (on call) - Hello Aniket..

Aniket (on call) - Ha sai meine tujhe isliye call kiya tha kyuki humne ek plan banaya hai..

Sai - Humne matlab kinhone? 🤨

Aniket - Arey meine, diya aur megha ne plan banaya hai ki hum paancho kal lunch karne bahar jaayenge (sadly) kitne din hogaye hume sabko mile ☹️

Sai (sadly) - Ha bohot din hogaye hume mile (sarcasm) last week toh humare bhoot mile the na 😤

Aniket - Woh toh tu chali gayi thi bich mein se kyuki tere appointments the 😑

Sai - Ab aise muh mat bana, thik hai hum sab kal lunch ke liye jaayenge 😒

Aniket - Thik hai 😇

Sai shook her head and cuts the call. Again her phone started ringing and it was Ashwini's call.

Sai (on call) - Ha Aai..

Ashwini - Hello Sai, bada tu kab ghar aa rahi hai?

Sai - Aai mein bass apna bag le kar nikal hi rahi hu 😅

Ashwini - Thik hai lekin jaldi se aana

Sai - Waise aai aaj aapne dinner mein kya banaya hai? 😋

Ashwini - Saari ki saari teri favorite cheeze banai hai 😄

Sai - Phir toh aaj khaane mein maza aa jaayega 😌

Ashwini - Bye, jaldi aa jana aur ha dhyaan se aana, jaldi mat karna 😇

Ashwini cuts the call and Sai confusedly looks at her phone.

Sai - Ek taraf kehti hai ki jaldi aana phir kehti hai ki jaldi mat karna (chuckles) aai bhi na 😝

A knock landed on her door.

Sai - Come in.

A person enters her cabin with a huge smile and a bouquet of flowers.

Sai got happy and she ran towards the person and hugs the person tightly.

Person - Arey mujhe nhi patah tha ki tum itni khush ho jaaogi 🤨

Sai broke the hug and kissed his cheek.

Sai - Virat sir 😍

(Zinda hai Viru 😂)

Virat - Dr. Sai Chavan mujhe laga mujhe aapse milne ke liye appointment leni padegi ☹️

Sai - Kyu aap toh mere pati hai aap kabhi bhi mujhse milne aa sakte hai 😌

Virat (cutely) - Aaj kal tum apne iss handsome se pati pe dhyaan kahan deti ho 🥺 tum toh bass apne patients pe hi dhyaan deti ho ☹️

Sai - Aww aapko meri attention chahiye 😍

Virat - Ha 😚

Sai - Chaliye aaj mein aapko bohot saari attention dungi 😅

Virat forwards a bouquet of flowers to her and smiles.

Virat - Ye tumhare liye 😌

Sai - Kyu? Aaj koi khaas din hai kya? 🧐

Virat - Kyu aise hi nhi de sakta 😒

Sai - Nhi.. De sakte hai, thank you bohot achhe hai ye flowers 😍

Virat - Aur mein? 🤨

Sai - Aap? 🧐

Virat - Mujhe bhi toh dekho achhe se, mein achha nhi dikh raha? 😏

Sai took a step back and looked at Virat who was wearing a black shirt and pants. A small part of his chest was visible, his sleeves were rolled up upto the elbows giving a clear view of his strong arms. 🥵

Sai gulps seeing her Greek god in front of her and looks at his smirk.

Sai - Aap.. bohot hi.. ha.. handsome lag rahe hai 😍

Virat - Celebrity handsome ya normal handsome? 😏

Sai - C.. Celebrity handsome 😍

He started moving towards her and she was moving back.

Virat - Pichhe kyu jaa rahi ho? 🤨

Sai - Aap aage kyu aa rahe hai? 😧

Virat smirks and pulled her towards him by holding her hand. Sai widens her eyes at him.

Sai - Virat sir koi dekh lega, ye hospital hai 😯

Virat - Toh dekhne do, kahin likha hai kya ki hospital mein romance nhi kar sakte? 😚

Sai was trying to get out of his grip but he tightly held her waist and pulled her close.

He leans and rested his forehead on hers.

Virat - Sai.. I missed you 😌

Sai smiles and looked into his eyes.

Sai - I missed you too 😇

Virat - My lips missed you too 😏

Sai - But my lips didn't (Virat 😯) hatiye ab 😤

Virat captured her lower lip between his and gave a hard suck making her close her eyes and lean more.

Her hands found her way to his hairs, ruffling them to encourage him to kiss her more passionately.

He was dominating the kiss and Sai got little weak in the knees as shivers ran down her spine.

He broke the kiss sensing she was out of breath and looked at her who was breathing heavily with closed eyes.

Virat - Sai

Sai hums opening her eyes.

Virat - Hum bahar dinner karne jaa rahe hai 😍

Sai - Lekin aai ne toh kaha ki unhone mera favourite khana banaya hai 😯

Virat - Meine hi unse kaha tha ki woh jhooth bole 🤪

Sai - Kyu? 🤨

Virat - Kyuki tumhari favorite dishes sunn kar tumhari bhookh badh jaaye aur phir tum bhookh ke maare mujhe khaa jao 🤭

Sai hits his shoulder as he chuckles.

Sai - Mein apna bag le leti hu

Virat - Let me help you 😌

He helped Sai in packing her bag and took her phone and purse.

Sai - Aap kyu pakad rahe hai, mujhe dijiye na 😧

Virat - Nhi ye sab mein pakad lunga tum bass mere saath chalo 😇

Sai - Aapke saath hi toh chalna hai virat sir 🥰

Virat held her hand and walked out of hospital. He made her sit inside the car and then settled himself besides her.

He started driving and stopped in front of a restaurant. They had their dinner with Sai speaking about her patients and Virat discussing his cases.

They had gone for a long drive after their dinner. Sai's mind went to the event when Virat was shot in Mahabaleshwar.

Sai looked at him and sighs.

Sai (in mind) - Uss din bappa ki wajah se aap bach gaye the virat sir, mein woh din kabhi nhi bhul sakti woh din meri zindagi ka sabse bura din tha 🥺

Flashback starts.

Sai was pacing here and there in front of emergency ward.

Doctor comes out of the ward and all started bombarding questions at him about Virat's condition.

Ninad - Mera beta thik hai na?

Ashwini - Ha boliye doctor, mera godu thik hai na? 😭

Doctor looked down and nodded in no.

Sai - Is.. Iska kya matlab hai? 🥺

Doctor - Khoon bohot beh chuka hai aur unki body treatment ko respond nhi kar rahi, unhe khoon diya jaa raha hai lekin unki pulse rate mein koi sudhar nhi..

Sai waited for him to continue.

Doctor - Unke liye agle 2 ghante mushkil ho sakte hai, bhagwaan se prarthana kijiye ki woh thik ho jaaye

Ashwini was crying badly and Sonali and Karishma were consoling her.

Ninad - Kya hum Virat ko dekh sakte hai

Doctor - Ha aap mil sakte hai lekin ek ek karke jaaiyega

Doctor excused himself and Pakhi kept her hand on Sai's shoulder gesturing her to go inside.

Sai nodded and went inside the ward.

She saw Virat lying on his back and a huge bandage on his chest. Her heart clenched at the sight and she went to him. Holding his hand in hers she sobbed like a baby.

She wanted him to get up and wipe her tears. She wanted him to scold her for crying.

Sai - Virat sir hum toh yahan achhi achhi yaadein banane aaye the na? Aapne kaha tha ki sab buri yaadon ko bhula kar hum achhi shuruaat karenge 🥺

Sai wipes her tears and cups his face from one side.

Sai - Aise akele chhod denge apni mirchi ko? Phir mein kisko tang karungi, phir aapko aniket se jealous kaise karvaungi? Virat sir please thik ho jaaiye 😭

Seeing no movement from his side, she kept her head on his bed and cries her heart out.

Firstly she lost her aaba and it broke her heart in pieces now she knows that she can't afford to lose her Virat sir. Her love for him was growing day by day.

Sai moved out of ward and goes to Ganpati idol.

Sai - Aapne mere aaba ko mujhse chhin liya lekin ab mere Virat sir ko mujhse mat chhin lijiye, unke sivaay mere paas mera apna iss duniya mein koi nhi hai 💔

Ashwini came from behind and kept her hand on her shoulder giving it a light squeeze. Sai turned to see her and hugs her while crying.

Ashwini - Kuch nhi hoga godu ko, pehle bhi toh use goli lagi thi tab kuch nhi hua toh ab kya hi hoga hain na? 🥺

Sai nodded in yes and wipes her tears.

After 2 long hours of waiting, doctor announced that Virat's condition was getting better than before.

Flashback ends.

Sai kept her hand on his which made him looked at her. He smiles and focuses on road.

They both reached CN and was welcomed by a cute little girl.

Sai picks her up and that girl giggles in joy.

Pakhi - Ani tum dono ko miss kar rahi thi 😌

Virat took Ani aka Anisha in his hands and smiles at her while she hugs him.

Virat - Miss kiya tumne apne Viru kaka ko? 😅

Anisha, a 5 year old kid of Samrakhi, says.

Ani - Meine Sai kaki ko miss kiya🤪

Virat pouts and Sai laughs. She took her in her arms and showed her tongue to Virat which made him smile. 😛

Sai - Pakhi didi baaki sab kahan hai?

Pakhi - Sab toh so gaye hai lekin Ani khud nhi soyi aur na hi mujhe aur Samrat ko sone diya 😥

Ani - Aai 😌

She opens her cute hands towards Pakhi and she took Ani in her arms.

Sai - Aur dhruv bhi so gaya? 😪

Ani got jealous as Sai asked about his little brother Dhruv who was Mohirishma's 2 year old son.

Pakhi - Ha woh so gaya, tum dono bhi so jao 😇

Virat - Nhi aaj raat mein aur Sai nhi sone wale 😏

Sai widens her eyes and Pakhi chuckles.

Pakhi - Ok bye enjoy your night 😉

Ani who was confused, cutely stares at all of them. 😂

Pakhi took her to their room and Sai glares Virat.

Sai - Virat! Aise kon bolta hai? 😤

Virat - Virat Sai Chavan 😎

Sai rolls her eyes and Virat picks her up making her gasp in shock. He took her upstairs and kicks their room door and closes it by his leg.
