The very next day, it was planned that everyone will go hiking but in pairs. So Jungkook went with Lisa, Jimin was with Y/N, Jhope with Momo, Namjoon with Dahyun, Jin with Jisoo, Suga with Mina and Taehyung with Jeongyeon.

They packed everything and went out for hiking in different ways. Y/N had a height phobia aka acrophobia. Everyone was excited except Y/N as she was scared of heights but Jimin told her that he'll protect her no matter what the circumstances are or how dangerous it is.

Y/N agreed and they went on to hike. When they were at extreme height Y/N felt a little dizzy and was scared. Jimin held her tight and kept on moving forward but worst was to come when it started raining. It was raining heavily while lightning striked so hard that it felt like they were going to get struck by the lightning.

Jimin and Y/N saw a cave and Jimin got Y/N on his back and started running towards the cave. They reached there in time and waited for the weather to calm down. Jimin hugged Y/N tightly and tried to calm her down.

Y/N'S P.O.V

"I am so scared. I don't want to go. Really! Do I have to go?" I mumbled to myself. Jimin was so excited so I had to go. I was paired up with Jimin and he said, "I'll protect you no matter what the circumstances are or how dangerous it is." I felt a bit relieved but was still agitated. We were walking and kept on walking and walking until we reached the top.

That was the time I felt dizzy and was frightened as I had acrophobia. I noticed something- the sky was as black as the devil's soul. The world became cellar-dark and the buckling, heaving sky looked fit to collapse down on top of me. Then there was an explosion like a sonic boom and I feared for my safety.

Doom-black clouds, pregnant with malice, churned and roiled. They looked as vaporous as mist and as fleecy as black wool. Jimin and I saw a cave. He took me on his back to the cave and we made it there just in time.

A clanking sound could be heard from the sky. It was if a huge anvil was being dragged across the vault of heaven against its will. Branched lightning lit up the sky. Buzzing and hissing, they trembled with the anger of being shackled to the sky since time began.Then it hit the tree. Lightning is the megawatt smile of nature, but there was nothing friendly about the terrawatts of violence it unleashed. It hit the shaggy head of the tree with an explosion of branched lightning.

My own heart wasn't doing too well either. But suddenly Jimin hugged me tightly and said, "Close your eyes. Nothing's going to happen as I'm with you. I closed my eyes and hugged him back. I could feel his muscles and the warmth of his chest. He was breathing heavily and puffily. I just felt like if my dad was with me at that time. I just loved the hug.

JIMIN'S P.O.V

I wanted to spend time with Y/N and so we decided to go hiking by being in pairs. I could see that she was afraid of the heights and so I told her that everything's going to be okay. She was still scared but agreed anyways.

Everything was ready and all of us started hiking going in different directions. We kept on walking and walking until we reached the top. I noticed that Y/N felt a little dizzy so I held her tight and kept on moving. All of a sudden the sky became dark and low with ominous black clouds and the wind picked up, howling, crying, warning, baying like a wolf into the night.

The first crack of lightening rent the air and within seconds the rolling boom of the thunder reverberated overhead. Soon the rain fell, slow to start, splattering the sidewalks haphazardly. Then it fell as if from buckets, cascading like a waterfall from the heavens.

Upon seeing this I got Y/N on my back as she was feeling dizzy and ran towards the cave that Y/N and I saw a little earlier. We reached there just in time. I saw Y/N shivering badly and she was so scared. I hugged her firmly and told her to close her eyes. She did what I said. She was trembling as if she was an earthquake of magnitude 8. I told her that everything's going to be all right and to not worry as I'm with her. We'll wait until the weather calms down a bit.
