"Brie! Hey, wait up!" I shout.
"Hey Dria, what's up?" Brie says.
"Oh my gosh, you won't believe it! My friends and I may a bet, that if we don't get a boyfriend by Valentine's Day....*pauses for a brief moment* ..we have to dress up as a bunny, you know kinda like on Mean Girls, and you have to hold up a sign that says, I am a Loner, ALL WEEK." I say.
"...Oh my god....you have a boyfriend...right?" Brie asks.
"No..." I say looking down.
"Well, I'll help you find a boyfriend by Valentine's Day." Brie says. "Really? You would seriously do that for me?" I ask in a low soft voice. "Of course. You are like a cousin to me." Brie says in a reassuring tone. "Thank you Brie!" I say hugging her. "Well, I have to go, my grandma is making me give her a bath." Brie says in a quiet voice. "Eewwww..." I say in a discusted tone. "Well, she is kinda hurt Dria, last night she came home from the hospital and found out she has cancer in her right leg..." Says Brie in a slow and serious
voice. "Oh my god...Brie!" I say jumping in her arms to embrase her. "I am so sorry Brie..." I say in a sad and concerned voice. "Its fine...its not your fault and the cancer is not fatal." Says in a calm voice. "Oh, OK...that's good, that's actually great! Really..." I say. "OK I really have to go..." Brie says. "Ok...bye Brie, take care." I say and hug her bye. After Brie hugged me back I started to walk back home from school.

~the next day~

As I walk away from my house in the briskful morning of January, I see Brie. We both make eye contact and start running towards each other. We suddenly embrase. "Hey!!!" Brie screams. "Hey!!!" I scream back. We start to walk to the bustop. "So...you find someone yet..?" Brie asks. "No..." I say with my head down. "Ah...don't worry Dria, you'll find someone." Brie says in a reassuring voice. "I hope." I say while the bus approaches. We both get on the bus.

~After school~

"Hey, Dria!!! Wait up!" Brie says while running toward Dria. "Oh, hey..." I say in a soft voice. "Hey, I wanted to show you something...." Brie says showing Dria her phone. I look at her phone. "I met this guy on..." Brie says. "No need...I already know.." I say. "Oh, well, anyways, we were texting in class and look..." Brie says showing her the messeges between them. "Omg! He's so funny!" I say. "Hahaha! Yes, he can be so dumb though.." Brie says in a jokingly way. "Haha...yah, he seems cool." I say. "Here, I'll give you his kik." Brie says. "Thank you, really, thank you so much for doing this for me, Brie." I say in a sentimental voice. "Your welcome, now, I gotta go ok?" Brie says. "Ok, bye! Love you!!!" I say while running home.

When I got home, the first thing I did was text him. After a few moments, he messeged back. After that, me and him would not stop. We learned so much about each other and come to share alot of similarities. Man...he's such a wonderful guy...and his name is Taylor.
