Chapter One

[ December 1222 ]

A little girl walks and follows the white road through the dark woods happily as she skips with a wicker basket in hand, her gold earrings glinting because of light from the sun.

She was heading home after such a long day of selling bread. Her mother and father were bakers you see, and she helped them with their deliveries (if she could handle them, of course)

As the little girl continues to go down the white road, she overhears screams of agony from deep in the woods. The little girl, curious and daring, leaves the white road in search of where the screams came from.

She trudges through the dark woods, not noticing at all the setting sun. The screaming continues, which helps the little girl greatly. After going further and further into the dark woods, the screaming gradually becomes louder.

'Almost there,' she thought as the screaming filled her ears, hurting them in the process.

But as she pushed away branches from a tree, the screaming suddenly stops. The little girl whips her head around, searching for any sign of where the screaming came from. When nothing happens, the little girl sighs, sad and defeated. She turns around, biting her lower lip in the process.

The little girl was about to leave from where she stood until she heard a voice grunt in pain. She whips her head to where she thought she heard the grunting, which was somewhere in the right.

She begins to run, getting a few cuts from the shrubs and bushes she passes by. She runs and runs until she enters a clearing. The light from the now risen moon beams at her and the branches from the trees flutter around as the night air blows through them.

The sight before the little girl makes her choke. Dead bodies, blood and human body parts were sprawled across the once green grass.

The girl takes a step back. 'I shouldn't have come here. Mother and Father must be worried sick.' she thought to herself.

The little girl was about to turn and leave, but movement from one of the bodies on the clearing catches her eyes.

A man, probably twenty or so rises from the ground grunting. He was covered in blood and cuts, but other than that he looked fine.

The little girl examines this man curiously. The man was skinny and lean. He had blonde hair with a dark undercut and he wore a yellow suit. Well, it's not really yellow anymore since he was covered in blood.

His left eye was covered with his hair, but that didn't stop the little girl from seeing what color his eyes had. His right eye gleams in the darkness. It's beautiful gold color enchanting the little girl.

The man limps through the pile of dead bodies, he was walking to the left of the little girl. He was walking so sturdily that the little girl gasps when he fell. From instinct, the little girl runs towards him.

Arriving beside the fallen man, the little girl kneels down to see if he was still alive. His eyes looked dead and soul less and his breathing was shallow, but he was still alive. The little girl reached out to touch his face but stopped when she noticed him staring at her.

"W-wha.....You...." the man mutters out as he continues to stare at the little girl. The little girl looks around the clearing to see if anyone else was still alive. When no one moved or said anything, the little girl takes one of the man's arms and placed it around her shoulders. She hoists herself up, along with the man. "We're going to get you help mister. Just hang on," The little girl says as she takes a step forward, panting and tired because of the man's heavy weight.

She walks towards the forest, and with one last look at the clearing, she disappears into the dark woods with the man.

[ You ]

You were just walking down the streets of Gravity Falls, completely awed with everything in sight as the summer sun shone down at you. You were wearing a (f/c) button up blouse, a black pair of leggings, your (f/c) converse, and gold earrings which had weird stones on them (On your left earring, there's a black stone. On the right, there is a white one) . You were so happy when you're parents decided to move here. You heard there were weird things and events occurring in this quaint little town, and you loved those kinds of stuff!

Anyways, as you walked down the street you accidentally bump into a brown haired boy with a book in his hands. You fall to the ground with a loud thump.

"Oh! I'm sorry miss," the boy says as he offers you his hand. You look up and stare at his beautiful brown eyes, accidentally drowning in them. "Um...." you said, as you take his hand.

He pulls you up with ease. He smiles at you, it was a relieved smile.

'Goddamn he's hot' you thought to yourself as you examined him from head to toe. He was probably the same age as you or older. He wore a cap, with blue accents and a blue pine tree in the middle. He also had a vest over a reddish brown shirt, and he wore a pair of jeans and sneakers.

"You alright?" he asks you, a look of concern plastered on his face. You perk up and redden as you realize him staring at you. "I-I'm fine! Everything's good!" you said as you waved your hands in the air (A/N: You know, what those anime girls do when they say they're alright?), giggling like a maniac.

The boy chuckles at you and pats your head. "Alright then, be careful next time, okay?" he says as he gives you one last smile and leaves.

You watch him leave, smiling softly. 'Not only was he hot, but he was also very nice' you thought as you see him disappear into the crowds of people.

'Didn't even get his name' you mentally hit yourself in the head. You sighed sadly, realizing your error and continued to walk along the street.

After a few steps, you trip on something. You let out a few curses before looking to see what you tripped on. It was a book.

'Wasn't this the book the boy earlier was holding' you wondered as you took the book into your hands and stood up. 'Hmmm, I'll return this to him tomorrow!' you thought happily as you placed it under your armpit and continued to trudge on.

After a long day of wandering around the town, you eventually went home. Your house was located near a weird looking tent that was blue, but it didn't really mind you that much.

When you went inside your house, you were immediately greeted by your mother.

"(y/n)! How was the neighborhood?" your mother asked, her head was peeping through the kitchen counter. You sniffed the air and smiled a little when you smelled (f/f) (A/N: That's favorite food for all those who are wondering) from the kitchen.

"It was good, mom." you said to her as you took off your shoes and entered the house.

"Did you meet anyone today (y/n)? Any new friends?" your mother asked. You pondered for a moment before saying, "Nope!" with a loud pop.

'Well, I did bump into this good looking brunette' you thought, but you didn't want to tell your mom about it.

"I see, well get dressed (y/n). It's almost dinner," she says to you and you obliged.

You ran up to your room, which was filled with lots and lots of books. You loved books a lot (A/N: If you don't just pretend ;D), and you currently had 348 of them. Some were down in your private library (your mom gave you the extra room, so you made it into a private library :3).

When you finished changing into a tank top and shorts, you walked over to your bed and lied there. You wanted to rest first before going down.

You suddenly raised that book the boy dropped earlier into the air. You raised your right hand into the air and placed it at the books' cover. At the cover was a hand print with six fingers with the number 3 on it.

'What a weird book' you thought to yourself as you sat up and crossed you legs. You flipped open the book, cringing slightly at the pages. 'What cute and disturbing pictures and writings' you thought as you saw a page about gnomes.

You continued to flip through the pages until one caught you eye.

In the page was a triangle with one eye and a top hat. There were weird letters around it, and you couldn't help but wonder what they were.

"Such weird words..." you muttered as you slowly read them aloud. "Ectum-Vishu-Laia-Feilum-Deux-Trois-Un-Kabu-Henu? Wait that's wrong. Helu-Raizen-," The lights in the room suddenly began to flicker, and the window opened and let in wind that blew your hair up. 'Wow! That's so cool!' you thought to yourself as you continued to chant the words. "Waysa-Herne-Confo-Gelo-," Now papers and everything light in your room began to fly.

You smiled and continued on. "Senbu-Watas-Kana-Espium-Espirita!" You screamed the last word loudly. After that, your stuff stopped flying and lied lifelessly on the ground. The lights were no longer flickering, and the wind went back to normal.

You sighed, disappointed. You threw the book onto the ground and went down to eat dinner.

Little did you know, blue flames appeared from your floor. A hand suddenly went out of it.

Did you enjoy chapter one? This was honestly a story I didn't really plan, but let's see what's happen next chap! :) Tell me if there were any problems with the chapter. Was it too short? Should I be more fun? What should be (y/n)'s attitude? Should she be the way I made her to be (A weird girl who likes to fawn over guys?) or should I change her? Let me know in the comments!
