This next chapter is gonna be not as long as the previous two chapters.

And I'm not going to update as much after this!

Natsume's POV

"Achoo! Man, I'm bored."

"Whatever. It's not like we have anything to do anyway."

"Yeah..."

I sighed at the sight of Haku. He was sitting on the table. And just as expected, he took out his console.

"You act exactly like Colourless Fox. Are you guys sure that you're not twins?"

"Yeah. Anyway, shut up. I'm going to defeat the final boss."

After a few minutes of silence, a victory sound came from the console and he put it back into his pocket.

He jumped off the table and yawned, he waved back to me and went out the classroom.

Then he yawned really loudly again before saying,

"I have a mission in an hour. So see ya."

I gritted my teeth at this. I know that I told him to tell me when he has a mission, but he doesn't need to say it so casually. It's as if he doesn't care at all.

As if my day couldn't get any worse, after a few minutes, people started scrambling in, talking about someone called Reo.

I went out the door.

Haku's POV

As I went to do my mission, I could hear mutters and fangirling all over the school about someone called Reo.

Seems like he's famous and used to attend Alice Academy. All I hope is that he doesn't do anything suspicious.

I went out the gates and into a limousine. Some drivers drove me to a department building and dropped me off. Obviously, I had my mask on. As I went in, guns were pointed at me as a plump man sneered at me.

Then he demanded,

"You're supposed to destroy our files about your school and every student there. But ya know, you don't have to.
If you bring some of your friends, I will free you! Ain't it a good deal?! Huh?!"

With no change in expression, I raised my hand and he screamed in pain. With that he fell onto the floor. Limp.

I had tuned an extremely high-pitched sound in his eardrums. He won't be able to hear again.

The people who had pointed their guns at me started shooting. I dodged all of them, not in insane speed. All I did was make the slightest movement and they were so terrified stiff, they couldn't even aim properly.

However, after a few minutes of nonstop gunfire, I got sick of dodging and used my alice again.

This time, I used sound vibrations to stop the bullet and hit the bullets back to them at the speed of sound. By then, they were all dead.

I calmly walked up the stairs and there was a man in front of me with a terrified expression.

"Monster! You are a monster! Hideous! The academy's loyal dogs! You murd-"

"Bam."

I shot a bullet at him from a gun that I had picked up. I took off my mask and gave him a look of bloodlust before putting it back on and continuing up the stairs.

I had a strong aura of bloodlust by then. (Refer to the picture above)

I looked at the map Persona had given me, and arrived at a iron door. Using my alice, I distorted the door and walked in.

Using my alice again, I shattered all the windows and went out the room. With a flick of my hand, all the glass were sent to every corner of the room, destroying everything.

I walked out the department building and went into the limousine.

"Good work."

Persona said as we drove back to the academy.

I went back to my room and changed out of my clothes. I sat on my bed before trembling. I started coughing in huge fits and before I knew it, there was blood.

I slammed my hand onto the bottle of pills next to me and stuffed the pills into my mouth.

Ruka's POV

Natsume had went into hospital because of overwork. I quickly scurried to Haku's room to tell him of this news, he should be back from his mission already. As I was at his door and was about to knock, I heard loud coughing fits.

Panicking I hit the door loudly.

"Haku! Haku! Are you ok?! Open the door!"

Only more coughs answered. As a last resort, I used my alice and called a bull over and it rammed the door open.

I was shocked at the sight.

Haku was writhing in pain on the bed with an opened bottle of pills next to him.

They were the same one as Natsume's.

His hand was bloody as it covered his mouth.

In a hurry, I called the fastest horse I could find and put him on. I was about to bring his pills with me when I saw Colourless Fox's mask on the floor.

'Why is the mask here?'

I pieced the pieces together when I had realised,

'Haku's Colourless Fox! That means that no one has been replacing him for any missions at all!'

I took the mask and the pills before sitting behind. I put his mask on him before commanding the horse to hurry to the hospital.

When we arrived, the horse galloped through the hallways before stopping right in front of Narumi-sensei.

"Ruka-pyon! Animals are no-"

"Shut up! Haku's sick! He's having the same symptons as Natsume!"

Then realisation struck me.

'He doesn't know Haku's real name! Damn!'

However, unexpectedly, he nodded and quickly guided us to a room and quickly laid him down.

The doctors quickly gave him emrrgency treatment before he calmed down.

Narumi-sensei smiled and comforted me saying that he's going to be alright. Seems like he already knows about his name.

As I went with him to the waiting room, I sat down and he smiled before saying that he has to check up on Natsume.

I gave him a weak nod before clenching my fist and jaw.

'Both of them are suffering because of this school.

I hate this.

Natsume says that he's fine with a the missions and he turned out like this. This has been going for years and he keeps using the same excuses.

And all Haku said was that he was fine and the missions weren't bad. And that he would sometimes swap with Colourless Fox so he doesn't have to do as much missions.

Now it turns out that he was Colourless Fox the whole time. He had no rest at all.

Why is it always the people who are most precious to me?

Why is it never me?'

I actually wrote this chapter pretty fast!
