Dasia POV

So I am out with Orophin again and now he is trying to explain strategies to me. Good luck dude.

"OK so you are telling me the enemy is that way?'' I ask pointing forwards.

"Yes, now what would you do?'' He ask me.

I look at him completely serious. OK I am going to be completely honest with him.

"Run like hell that way!" I say pointing behind me.

Orophin shakes his head. He's kinda cute when he is frustrated. I can't help but smile at him.

"Dasia they would still catch up with you. Be serious. What would you really do?" He asks me crossing his arms.

I roll my eyes as I turn to grab my bow and me being super clumsy I start to trip and brace myself for hitting the ground but it doesn't happen. Instead I feel arms around me. Opening my eyes I look up and see him looking down at me.

"Heh, sorry I guess I am just clumsy." I tell him as I nervously tuck a stray hair behind my ear.

After I do that he pulls me straight up and looks at me confused. I look around to see what's wrong.

"What? Did something happen?" I ask him utterly confused.

"You, your an elleth." He tells me as he shocks me again by putting his hand on my cheek.

''A what now?" I ask him as I look up into his eyes.

"A female elf." He answers me and this time I do see a smile.

Wait a female elf?! How is that possible? How can he tell I'm a whatever he called me?

"How can you tell?"

He smiles at me as he takes my hand and leads me to a small stream.

"Look at your ears in the stream." He tells me.

OK, I do as he tells me and look down into the steam. He was right my ears were like pointed! What the heck does that mean?

"You are an elleth Dasia." He tells me as he helps me stand up.

He seems a bit excited about this while I am on the verge of a panic attack!

"What does that mean? Am I immortal? " I ask him the first thing that comes to my mind.

"You are, it means you are one of us. You are not human. Do you wish to speak to the lady? She will know more."  He asks me as I nod.

We walk back to the village and Orophin sees Haldir and Rumil and quickly calls them over and explains what happened in their language. Haldir and Rumil stare as me as Orophin moves my hair to show my ears.

'' You are an elleth." Haldir confirms.

''That's what he said.'' I say looking at Orophin.

"You have figured out you are one of us Dasia. Come I have news for you." The lady tells me as she begins to walk and I follow her.

Once we get to her chambers she turns and looks at me with a kind smile on her face.

'' I am going to ease your mind Dasia. Your sisters are in middle earth as well. Luna is in Mirkwood while Julianna is in Rivendell.'' She tells me and I want to burst with joy.

"Can I go see them?" I ask her.

"In due time you three will meet again however you each have tasks of your own and you must complete them separately.'' She tells me.

" Are they safe?" I ask her in a bit of a panic.

"Yes they are well, as are you. Now I am sure you are wondering why you are an elleth a question I unfortunately do not have an answer to. All I can tell you young one is enjoy your life here." She tells me and I take that as my cue to leave.

I walk out if her chambers and onto one if the many balconies. Looking out over the city I manage to spot Orophin talking to Haldir with an elleth between them. I roll my eyes men and still men no matter what race. Walking down I make it to the last step with Haldir calls out for me. Great, just great. I walk over and join them.

"Who is she?" The elleth asks the men about me.

I roll my eyes as I lean against Haldirs side wondering if this will make Orophin jealous. Wait I am falling for him aren't I? Oh for the love of all that's holy!

Haldir notices my leaning but doesn't move nor say anything.

"Dasia is a new elleth. She was found near the border."Orophin says looking right at me not very happy about me leaning on his brother.

"She is a strange looking elleth." She says looking me over.

"Well all of us can't look like Barbie." I retort knowing perfectly well she won't understand the insult.

Orophin is still staring at me and I really wanna laugh until the elleth gets closer to him.

''Orophin could I have a private word with you?" She asks him.

I feel my body tense up and this makes Haldir look at me as well as Orophin.

"I think not, I have many things to teach the new elleth." Orophin says as he walks forward taking my hand and pulling me along with him.

Oh wow, he chose me over her? Was he crazy? Finally we stop and I see we are by the same stream. I look to Orophin and it looks like he is arguing with himself.

''Orophin? What is wrong?" I ask him as he stops and looks at me.

"You have not been here a long time Dasia so do tell me how you have bewitched me?" He asks me as he corners me into a tree.

"Bewitched? I don't know how to do any magic." I tell him as I look at him scared to death.

"You need not fear me, I would never harm you." He tells me and I relax a bit.

"Tell me what troubles you?" I say as I put my hand on his arm.

He looks at me and our eyes make contact and I know u can't deny it. I barely know him but when I look at him I can't look away and everytime we touch its electric. Oh crud um I'm in love with an elf.

"Dasia would you give me a chance to know you without training you?" He asks me taking his hand in mine.

I can't say anything so I just smile and nod at him. Wow I am acting like the little mermaid you know with the whole not talking thing.

"No other ellons will go near you as long as you are around me." He tells me and I look at him confused. "Male elves."

''I like the ellon before me. Why would I care for others?" My lips say before my head has a chance to stop them.

My hands go right over my mouth. Did I just admit that I liked him to his face?! Way to go Dasia watch him run away now! Surprisingly he doesn't instead he grabs me and pulls me into his embrace.

"I like you too Dasia." He says as I feel him kiss my head.

Whew at least I didn't say I love him. That would be way too much...right?
