After dinner Luna and Dasia went for a walk in the garden. Luna was so ecstatic that Dasia was alive and well. But was worried about their other sister. Luna walked near a small stream that quietly flowed through the gardens and turned to ask Dasia where she was. After hearing that their other sister had found a way home Luna found herself crying. She told Dasia she really liked it here and the king was very kind when you give him a chance. He had helped her once she got over being scared and lonely and a little too rude to a king. He showed her respect.

Lunas POV

Dasia will you stay here at least till the end of the week. King Thranduil is having a feast and I know you will just love it! I will think about going back to Lorien with you. Please stay. Besides I want to get to know this ellon you seem to care for. If he hurts you I promise to beat him to a pulp ! About that time king Thranduil glides ( well it always seems he glides instead of walking lol) and he asks Luna if she would like to take a walk with her. Luna looks at her sister and is thinking of saying something smart to him before Luna puts her hand on her shoulder to stop her. Thranduil looks at Dasia and ask if she would like Legolas to escort her to her room or wherever she would like to go. Dasia stands up with a smirk on her face and Legolas appears at that time. Thranduil and Luna walk off towards the kings garden. As they walk he takes her hand and gently leads her to a beautiful stone carved bench near the prettiest roses she has ever seen. He reaches down and picks one and removes the thorns then gently places it in her hair behind her pointed ear. He then takes her hand and kisses it. Luna felt her heart racing just with his touch.

Thranduil POV

I saw Luna and her sister leave the dinning hall and walk to the common gardens. I had also noticed that Legolas likes this girl Dasia. If they were together it would be easy to keep Luna here. And for a reason I cannot understand I don't want Luna to leave. I feel like my heart is in pain just thinking about it. So I am going to get Luna to go to my garden with me and spend some time with her. Make it to where she doesn't want to leave. As we walked to the garden I saw her eyes go wide at my beautiful prize winning roses that no one other than staff and myself can touch. I pick one and placed it gently in her hair after taking the thorns off. I kissed her hand ( a bold move I know) and pulled her chin up gently to look at me she had tear in her eyes so I quickly asked her what was wrong. She told me that nothing was wrong. Melleth then why cry? She said she loved her sisters very much but 1 had gone home and the other wants to stay in Lorien. And that she had asked Dasia to stay for the festival at the end of the week. That is a wonderful idea I told her. Luna said that part of her wants to stay with her sister but part of her wants to stay here. That made my heart soar! I told her it is her choice to go or stay. I just hope she stays.
