Deciding I wouldn't listen to anyone's reasoning the elven brothers decided to follow me but not the young elleth Haldir had just met. I mean after all they did just meet. Still I hated that we had to ride horses or walk everywhere. Oh what I would do for a car about now! I had no idea where Mirkwood was and Haldir nor Orophin or even Rumil would give me a hint. All they did was ride ahead of me. Well actually Orophin never really left my side not that I would complain about that.

"How far are we from Mirkwood and don't any of your dare tell me that you don't want to tell me." I warn them getting annoyed with them either ignoring my question or dodging and trust me they have done both.

"We are near the edge of the Mirkwood Forest, be warned though large spiders are said to dwell here." Rumil tells me as he looks around the forest.

Spiders! Seriously my number one fear and of course they had to be just outside the place Luna was. Oh she better be happy that I am on my way to save her from...oh what's his name? I never saw the Hobbit so give me a break!

"I'm sure the Prince and other scouts will be out." Orophin tells Haldir.

"Have you ever known them to be kind about others coming to their land without permission?" Haldir asks and from the tone in his voice is makes me tremble.

Orophin guides his horse closer to mine as we continue to go forward. The trees here just seemed creepy like they were purposely hiding something. Big nasty spider somethings! I literally gulped as we kept riding. All three of the brothers kept a close eye out for those nasty creatures but before we had a chance to do anything one attacked us and went straight for me. Just my freaking luck.

The spider knocked me down off of my horse but I managed to pull myself up and start running into the forest. I swear it felt like the trees were against me and trying to claw me closer to them if that made any sense at all. I could hear the brothers calling out to me but there was only one thought in my mind. Run for my freaking life! Elves were immortal and I still wasn't 100% sure I was one. So my human instincts kicked in. I could hear something ganging up on me and I didn't have a good feeling about it either.

I felt something pull onto my leg and I fall straight to the ground. I turn around and look at the nasty beast and scream at the top of my lung.

"OROPHIN GET YOUR BUTT OVER HERE!" I yell as loud as I can.

Wow, this is really bad. My worst fear is about to kill me. The nasty thing opens its mouth and it about to bite me when an arrow comes out of nowhere and pierce the beast making it start to retreat from me. The arrows didn't stop and the creature did turn to run from me. I saw others run past me. Great more elves I am guessing. I turn to stand up when I see someone offering me their hand. I look up and see another blonde elf who I haven't met yet staring down at me.

"Are you alright?" blondie asks me as I accept his hand.

"Yeah, I get attacked by spiders like that everyday. No I'm not alright! Jees ya'll need a good exterminator." I say as I release his hand and dust myself off.

"I do not understand what you mean." he tells me in a stern voice now.

I look up and him and scan him over, he looks like Orlando Bloom. Great I don't remember his name in this either. Before I say anything else Orophin comes up and embraces me then he starts to look me over for any injuries. I smile as I look at him and just lean into him. Thank goodness he was alright.

"Marchwarden, care to explain what you are doing here?" blondie asks Haldir.

"Besides getting chased by spiders?" I mumble as Orophin holds me closer like he is making it clear to the other elf that I am his.

"This is Dasia, a sister to your guest I believe and she has come to see her." Haldir inform him as Legolas looks back to me.

"Fine, I am sure my father will want to meet you as well Dasia." he says as he turns around and starts walking expecting us to follow him.

Shrugging we follow Mr. Moody into the palace. Wow this place is really big and if my sister is here I hope she hasn't been bite by one of those horrible spiders. We stop in I am guessing a foyer or something as the other elf walks into another room.

"Who is Mr. Moody?" I ask as Haldir looks at me shocked while Rumil can't help but laugh at my statement.

"That is Legolas, Prince of Mirkwood. Be careful what you say around him." Orophin tells me.

"Ah, right he is a prince so he can treat everyone else like commoners. Royals are alike no matter what huh?" I say with as sigh as the doors open and Legolas motions for us to go in.

To my surprise there was Luna smiling at me. All I wanted to do was run to her and hug her but something told me that wasn't a good idea. Then there was another elf on his uh throne? I have no idea what to call it other then that. Is he wearing a dress? Wow I mean I knew people dressed different but still and is everyone here freaking blonde?!  Walking forward the King addresses Haldir to explain to him why we are here. After that the King just stares at me.

"You two are kin?" the king asks me.

"Hard to believe I know but yes Luna is my sister." I tell him as Luna looks between the King and I.

"You dress odd for an elleth, Marchwarden did you not provide her with proper clothing?" The king asks.

Haldir looks at me like I just got him in a lot of trouble. Truth was I liked my pants and shirt I didn't want to wear a dress but something told me I was about to be forced to. Already I don't like this guy and his eye brows are too big. I sigh as I look to Luna who just rolls her eyes at me.

"Your sister can help you dress properly. Then we shall discuss this at dinner. Until then you are dismissed." he tells me with a wave of his hand.

I turn to Orophin and quickly kiss his cheek and run to Luna. I notice the King watching the both of us. Luna pulls me out of the room and already I have a bad feeling about this place. Following my sister she leads us into another room.

"Ok so what is up with Legolas and his son? They both got twigs up their butts?" I ask her as she puts her hand over my mouth.

"Shh, you can't say stuff like that here." she tells me.

I bite her finger lightly and she releases me. Luna turns and grabs a dark green dress out of her wardrobe and shows it to me. I raise my eye brow at her. Uh huh she thinks I'm not gonna put up a fight? Then again she does look like she's been a little upset. Fine just this once.

Luna explains to me what has happened since she was here as she helps me into the dress. I admit it the dress wasn't that bad but I still didn't have to like wearing it. I really wanted to get back to Lorien too I really felt like I didn't belong here at all.

"The King can be kind." Luna tells me as she starts to brush my hair. "You just need to be patient with him."

"Luna, the man elf or whatever he is wears a dress. That is still weird not matter where you come from." I tell her as she stops and looks at me dead serious in the mirror.

"It's not a dress, think of it as robes. He has pants on under it." she tells me as she turns to the door.

"I don't want to know how you know that info." I tell her as I stand up and walk to her.

"You are in love with Orophin." she states to me and my jaw can't help but drop. "It's obvious, especially the kiss on the cheek. Careful though I saw Legolas making eyes at you as well."

I can't help but just shake my head. Legolas is hot but he's just not Orophin and I am pretty sure I wouldn't want to be a princess. We start to walk out of the room and now to find where dinner was in this place.

Sorry took so long to update, the new elleth will be in more but this is actually and old draft that I brought back to life. Hope you enjoyed it!
