"Why can't you Tyler?! Why can't you love me?!" Josh yelled, tears building up in his eyes.

"Josh, I just can't!" Tyler walks faster towards the truck, raindrops and tears running down his face.

The rain was only getting stronger, pouring down on the two boys.

"Please. Just tell me!" Josh catches up to him, hair wet and dripping down his face.

"Just leave me alone!" Tyler sobs.

"You can't just not tell me! There has to be a reason-"

"I'm scared, okay!?" He screams. "I'm scared. Why do you think I have these flings. Love is a bunch of bullshit!" Tyler turns to josh, looking him strait in the eyes.

"Love is not bullshit." Josh says behind tears.

"I-I don't know what to say, Josh. When I met you, I felt something. I didn't want to feel it, but it just kept getting stronger. Everytime I look at you I-I get butterflies in my stomach. Every time we kiss I feel my heart flutter. I used jenna and all those other people for distractions. I'm a fuckboy Josh. That's my label. I break hearts, I have flings. I'm not loyal. I've had girlfriends and boyfriends and I've cheated on every single one of them. I'm scared Josh.." Tyler finishes up, his clothes completely soaked.

"Baby, why are you scared?" Josh questions, the rain not holding back.

"Because Josh. I don't want to hurt you. You don't deserve me. Nobody does." Tyler sniffs.

"So whatever we had going was fake. All those nights we've spent together, all those times I skipped class just to give you head in the storage closet. THIS WHOLE FUCKING WEEK WE SPENT TOGETHER?! You were just faking it. Using me for sex. Leading me on and causing me to fall in love with you. I hated you at first. A-and I felt something and I didn't want to. I knew I would just end up getting my heart broken I just wanna know why you can't fucking love me Tyler?!" Josh cries, thunder rumbling in the distance.

"You just don't understand." Tyler says.

"I understand you're scared. I'm scared too. I'm still figuring everything out. But I love you Tyler. I love you...." Josh whispers the last part.

"Stop saying that!" Tyler breaks down, tears pouring down his face much as the rain was.

"I'm just...confused." Tyler whispers just loud enough, calming down from his sudden outburst.

"I know you are." Josh says, trying to keep contained.

The parking lot is silent, nothing being said between the two.

The rain pours down onto the asphalt. The two boys completely soaked (their phones are in the truck, they didn't bring them into the cafe)

Tyler looks at Josh, their eyes locking together.

"I think I love you too." Tyler says, looking back down to the ground.

Josh runs up to him, wrapping his arms around him and crying into his shoulder.

"I-I fucking l-love you." Tyler cries, bringing the dark haired boy in for a long, passionate kiss.

They stand there in the parking lot of the café, rain pouring down on them but they didn't care.
