After school, Josh walked home and was greeted by his mother.

"Hello Josh, how was school today?" The shorter women asked.

"It was fine momma, I made some friends and they're really nice." He says walking towards the cabinet to grab a snack.

"Ooh what are their names?" Momma dun asks while doing something on a laptop.

"Well there's Brendon, Ryan, Dallon, Hayley, and Ashley. Oh, and this boy named Tyler." The blue headed boy says, decided on some potato chips for a snack.

"Are any of 'em cute." The women says, winking at Josh.

"Brendon and Ryan are dating. Dallons pretty cute and Tyler's okay I guess" Joshua said, rolling his eyes.

He didn't want to admit it but he may have a little crush on the tall brunette boy.

"Alright, whatever you say. Well anyways me and your father are going out on a date tonight so you will have the house to yourself. Is that okay?" Laura asks, standing up and grabbing her coat.

"That's fine Momma, have fun."

"I will sweetheart, see you later."

"Bye." Josh waves at his mother. He loves that women with all of his heart and he has no idea what he would do without her.

He turns and goes to walk up the stairs when his phone buzzes.

Is this joshua?

Josh: yes, who is this.

Tyler: it's me, tyler.

Josh remembers giving tyler his number in English.

Josh: oh, hi

Tyler: what are you doing?

Josh: I'm home alone rn, wbu

Tyler: well, I wish I was doing you😏

Josh: bYe

Tyler: no babyboy! I was joking.

Josh: calm down its fine

Tyler: do you want to hang out after school tommorow?

Josh: sure

Tyler: alright! Meet me outside the building afterschool

Josh: okay

Josh sets his phone down, smiling. After he realizes he's smiling he quickly wipes his smile away, knowing that he shouldn't be falling for this boy. It can only get him hurt, but for some reason he just seems irresistible.

Going up to his room he decides to take a nap.

He slowly starts drifting off to sleep, thinking about one boy with brown hair and chocolate eyes.

"Hey Josh, wanna come with me and the gang to a movie?" Brendon asks Josh as they are sitting at the lunch table.

"Oh, um, sorry. I'm busy." The blue headed boy said, scratching the back of his head.

He knew the boys didn't like Tyler so he didn't want them to know that he would be hanging out with him.

"Maybe another time, yeah?" The dark headed boy says, finishing his grilled cheese.

"Sure. I think i'm free this weekend." He says.

"Alright, I'll invite everyone over and we can eat pizza and play video games." Brendon says, bringing out his phone and texting his parents.

"Sounds good."

The rest of the day went by a blur for Josh. All he could think about is hanging out with Tyler

After the bell rings for the end of the day, he gets up and heads outside to where he is supposed to meet Tyler.

"Boo" He feels a hand wrap around his eyes.

He screams and jumps, turning around to see Tyler dying of laughter.

"Holy shit Tyler! You scared me!" Josh says trying to catch his breath.

"You should have seen you face, oh my God!" He wipes away a few tears from laughing so much and then he motions for Josh to follow him to his truck.

"Do you drive here or walk?" Tyler asks.

"I walk. I feel like it's a good time for me to clear my head." Josh replys, getting into the black truck.

"Oh, makes sense. Well anyways, how about we go catch a movie?"

"O-okay." Josh didn't know if Tyler considered this to be a date or not but either way he was nervous.

"What movie?" He starts to list off the different movies.

"Um, split sounds good." Josh didn't really want to watch a scary movie, but he wanted to show Tyler that he can be tough.

"Okay, it starts at 6 and it's only 4 so do you want to come to my house?" Tyler asks, starting his truck up and driving down the road.

"Okay."

Tyler plugged in the aux cord to his phone and gave it to Josh, telling him to pick a song.

As Josh was scrolling through, Tyler got notifications from snapchat from like 4 different girls.

"Oh, sorry about that. What can I say, I'm really good at sex." Tyler laughs out and winks.

Josh awkwardly laughs and picks out a fall out boy song.

The rest of the drive is quite besides the music blaring through the speakers.

After around 6 minutes they arrive at a fairly large house.

Tyler leads Josh inside and into the living room.

"Mom, this is Josh. He's new at school."

"Hi Josh, just make yourself at home here, honey." Mrs.Joseph said.

"Will do, Mrs.Joseph."

"Please, call me Kelley." She says.

"Okay, Kelley." Josh giggles.

"Me and Josh are gonna go see a movie at six if that's alright." Tyler says, leading Josh upstairs.

"Okay honey have fun." She says.

"We will. We are gonna be in my room until then." The two boys head upstairs into Tyler's room.

The room has a soft black color on the walls and a few posters here and there. Tyler's bedspread is a plain black and grey striped comforter and grey sheets. It is surprisingly clean.

"I'm gonna get some drinks. Make yourself comfy." Tyler says, heading downstairs.

When he gets down he is met by his mother.

"Tyler Robert Joseph you better not break this boys heart." She says to him.

"I won't mamma. He's just a friend."

"Well you better keep him because he is a cutie." She winks. "But seriously Tyler. I know how you are and you better not hurt him. He seems sweet."

"I won't. I promise." He pulls out two Redbulls and a bag of potato chips.

Meanwhile, Josh is upstairs, freaking out because he realizes he's is in Tyler fucking Joseph's house.
