This chapter contains violence and some strong curse words.

BUT

This chapter is important for the story so in the end, I will give you a really short breakdown of this chapter.

Los Angeles

"And who do we have here? Linkus the little."

Zelda looked at the tall figure that entered the room, he was very muscular and twice the size of Link. He didn't seem to be very friendly, and what he said did definitely not relax Link, it made things worse.

"Demise."

That was all that Link was able to mumble under his breath.

"You have been gone for quite some time, I was sure you wouldn't come back but now that you are here I see that you are instantly causing trouble again. Did he bother you, darling?"

Demise looked at Medli.

"Yes, he has."

"I guess I have to take care of you then."

Link looked confused.

Medli with him? There is no way, he is the worst I have ever met.

Zelda saw Link was furious and she was just wondering what is happening.

"Link what is going on?"

"Ah, the little girl is confused. Don't worry if Link will be able to talk, later on, I'm sure he will explain everything. I'm also sure he won't be to talk so I will be glad to explain everything."

He winked at Zelda.

Link didn't say anything he just stared at Demise anger in his eyes.

"Don't look at me like this Linkus, it's not like you could harm me. What are you 4foot5? You aren't dangerous to anyone."

Demise grinned devilishly at Link and went... outside?

Link wanted to join him but Zelda held him back.

"Link don't do this, you have no reason. Please don't do it."

"You can watch or leave. I'm going to fight him."

He didn't even look at her, he was too focused on his opponent.

Link left, following the tall figure.

Zelda looked at the other people in the restaurant, they all seemed to go in the same direction, they seemed excited. Zelda was told to follow them and so she did. They went into some sort of balcony from where you had a perfect view of the backyard. The backyard where Link and Demise were standing.

Both had their shirt taken off which made Zelda blush a little bit, but she didn't focus on that. She might just have to watch Link get beat the hell out of him.

She was scared.

Link on the other hand just looked focused not the slightest bit of fear was in his eyes.

"It was a mistake to come here, you should have never returned and to be honest fighting you would be too boring I will others do the work for me, but don't worry. I will be the one to execute you."

Demise left and some guys a bit taller than Link entered the yard. They all had swords.

Why use swords? No one uses swords anymore. Does Link know how to use a sword? I do hope he does.

Someone threw Link a sword which he instantly threw away again. showing anyone that he didn't need it.

The people-watching was wondering what Link was doing. Link was attacked by at least five of Demise's people.

Link wasn't bothered tho he was easily able to dodge all the attacks and take out all of the attackers with ease.

"Come get me yourself. Show how brave you are."

Demise was annoyed at his now heavily injured people. He shoved them away and walked towards Link.

"So you think you can take me on? Alright, you get 2 minutes to rest then you will die through my hands, call all of your friends to say goodbye."

Link just turned away and sat on a bench.

Zelda was shaking, she was so scared for Link and she didn't even fully understand what was happening. She turned to the woman next to her.

"Can you tell me what is happening here?"

"So Link never told you?"

Zelda shook her head.

"No, should he have?"

"Well, this is how his time that he lived here went."

"Link fought this guy often?"

"All the time."

"Why."

"So you for sure figured out that Link is a mentalist and can read people's minds right?"

"I did know that yes even though he doesn't call it "reading minds" himself."

"Exactly, so he was reading people's minds here, he was of course just doing tricks but telling people things nobody else knew made him quite famous around here. Much to the dislike of Demise. It got even worse when Demise made fun of Link and Link told everyone a very, very embarrassing secret about Demise. Since that day they fought almost every week, I don't think Link ever won, Demise was always older, bigger, and stronger."

"Link never won?"

"Look at Link, of course he never did."

That really didn't help Zelda, she did understand what was happening but the fact that Link never won frightened her.

"And what will happen now?"

"Well the return of Link didn't make him very happy, he might just kill him."

"And you won't do anything?"

"We can't, he and his men are too strong and fast no way anyone could beat even one of them. Except for Link."

Zelda wanted to leave, she had to help Link, but before she could get out two of Demise's men held her back, she was fighting but the two were strong, they just sat Zelda back down onto her seat and stood next to the door again.

The two minutes were over and Link was staying on the opposite side of Demise looking into the eyes of each other.

"Remember this place Link, this will be your grave."

Demise pulled out a huge sword it was red and had the triforce on it.

Link saw the sword but didn't let that face him, he wasn't scared.

"Hand me the worst sword you have!"

Link exclaimed, and the men of Demise just laughed and handed Link a sword, which wasn't even a sword, the grip was missing. Wherever he hold the sword he would cut him and the sword was sharp. It was basically unable to fight anyone with that sword.

"We can give you another sword if you like."

"Oh no, this will make this win much sweeter."

Zelda was shocked, no way he could fight with that sword, and since when does Link taunt his opponents before a fight?

The two men were still just looking at each other, Link didn't pick up his "sword" yet.

"Oh, Linkus. I hope you greet your father for me, soon you will be with him. How ashamed he must be."

That's when Link picked up his words instantly making his whole hand bleed.

"I'm sure he is laughing at you right now, let's hope he is able to avoid ever having to see you again."

Link's grip on the sword tightened making his right hand bleed even more.

"Oh and your sister as well, poor girl. Where were you when she needed you the most? You are a pathetic fool who deserves to die, especially because you let your family die. You son of a bitch should have never returned."

Link was furious, his whole body was shaking with anger.

"You don't know anything Demise. I am not here to listen to you speak up. I am here to beat the living hell out of you bitch of a man. You talk down to me like that? I will bury you for cracking jokes disrespecting me and my family like this."

"Little man angry now."

Demise was happy he thought with his talking he would be able to get Link to not be focused anymore. But this was Link.

"You damn right I am angry."

"Oh does your girl know about this side of you? Don't worry, later on, I will make sure she knows everything about you, I wish you be alive to see what I will do to her little body."

"Don't talk like this. Especially not about her."

Zelda heard every word she knew that if Link lost, Demise will do everything he promised.

"I'm sorry for being so mean to you Link. I'm sure your family has enough bad words for you as soon as you see them."

Link had enough, he threw the sword into the ground. And held up his fists as if he wanted to beat a guy with a sword, just with his fists.

Demise laughed and swung his sword at Link with all his might. Link just stood there not moving. Zelda screamed out his name, scared for his life that will probably end at any moment.

But Link just stood there. Waiting for the sword of Demise to be close enough to his face so he can...

Catch it with his hand.

Link caught demise's sword in the air and looked him right into his eyes. Demise was shocked, this was impossible. It should have cut off his hand. Link should be dead now.

But Link still stood there looking into his eyes. This alone was unbelievable but this wasn't even it. Link started to bend the sword he twisted it so long until the sword completely broke.

Link broke a metal sword with just one hand. Everyone was in complete shock. Especially Demise.

He started to back away in disbelieve at what just happened.

Link walked towards him, throwing the sword at the guards that tried to hold back Link from killing Demise.

"You should have known I was coming!"

Link screamed releasing all his anger.

"You talk like that about my family?"

Link took the sword he threw onto the ground earlier and made a huge cut into Demise's right arm.

"You disrespect my family's name?"

Link did the same thing to his left arm.

"You disrespect me?"

Link completely cut off Demise's right arm.

"You talk like this about Zelda?"

He now cut off his left arm.

Link stood over Demise, that laid on the ground, in his own blood, wincing with pain.

"Do you regret talking about my family like this?"

Link was still shouting.

Demise merely nodded.

"This is for everyone that I deeply cared about and you disrespected in a couple of seconds!"

"For my father!"

Link stabbed Demise into his stomach.

"For my mother!"

He did it again just in a different spot.

"For Aryll!"

He put his heart to his chest, next to his heart so Demise will die slowly.

"For Zelda!"

Link now put the whole sword into his chest and finished Demise off. The whole area was covered in blood, and parts of Link's opponent's body.

Link didn't have enough.

He released one more scream, which was hearable everywhere and send shivers through everyone's spine, as he stuck his sword into Demise's face, with the sword being brought down a bolt of big lightning followed by loud thunder.

He was more than dead and Link fell to the ground.

Zelda wasn't able to be contained anymore she rushed through the guards, they couldn't stop her this time. She ran to Link and when she arrived she flung her arms around him, crying.

She wasn't alone, Link was crying as well.

They just sat there for a while, until all of the people got up and started cheering. Link was their hero, they all loved him, they were more than happy to see him defeat Demise.

But no one was as happy to see Link alive as Zelda, not even close.

Zelda cried into Link's chest.

"Don't do that again Link! Never, promise me Link. I... I can't lose you! I need you Link please don't do that ever again."

"It's okay Zelda. I am here I am alive and well. We are safe."

Link was the first to stop crying, all the build-up anger against Demise and his words. Link wasn't like this, he never lets his emotions take control but Demise talked down on everyone he cares about. Everyone he loved.

Link got up and helped Zelda up as well. When they stood there he saw something reflecting sunlight into his eyes, he wanted to figure out what it was and when he knew what it was it was too late. Link tackled Zelda to the ground but he saw blood coming out of her chest.

Zelda couldn't say anything she just looked at Link who was above her.

"Zelda talk to me. You are going to be fine, please stay awake stay with me. Don't leave me. I need you as well. I love you Zel, I love you. Please stay with me. No please stay awake I love you, Zelda."

Zelda's eyes closed and she passed out.

AUTHOR'S NOTE:

alright so, basically what happened for everyone that skipped the chapter, Zelda got shot and Link beat the living hell out of Demise. While Zelda was shot and laid on the ground, (already shot) Link told her that he loves her.
