so i went into this one room in my house to go get my drawing stuff, and all the lights were turned off, aside from the television, which was just a blue screen. so apparently, in that light, the highlighter ink that i used glows. :O

it's especially noticeable with papyrus lol. if you look really closely at the bottom of sans's eye, you'll see it. :P

idk just thought it was cool.
