Taehyung had gotten into the backseat of Birdie's car to be filled in on what they knew of the situation. He was still having a hard time coming to terms with it all, but the talking cardboard cutout of his best friend was something that he definitely couldn't deny.
"So, we think the identical necklaces had something to do with it?" Taehyung asked.
"Yes, which is why we wanted you to meet us at the shop you bought it from," Jimin said.
"Did you buy yours here as well?" Taehyung asked as Birdie shrugged.
"I don't know where mine was bought. My mother gave it to me before she passed away."
Awkwardness filled the air of the car then as the weight of Birdie's words sunk in. Nodding his head, Taehyung moved to get out of the car.
"Well lets go then. Jimin, you stay here."
"That's a joke...right?" Jimin asked, Taehyung smirking as Birdie got out of the front.
Taehyung looked over at Birdie as she exited the car, noticing that she was looking down at the sidewalk instead of at him. Wondering if it was because she was in her pajamas, he quickly took off his tan jacket and offered it to her. He had a non-descript white t-shirt on so it wasn't like he needed it. Seeing the offered jacket, she nodded her head in thanks, entering the antique shop with him.
Having left the window of the car down so that Jimin could have some air, he watched the two of them enter the shop before letting out a sigh. He had no idea that — just down the street — his stalker Sasayne had her eyes on him.

The moment the two of them entered the shop, they were immediately suffocated by shelves with various antiques lying on them. They practically had to shimmy down the aisle as they made their way up front to where the counter was. A woman sat behind it dusting off some lifelike looking dolls that sat there. Her black hair was tied back in a bun, showing off the large golden hoop ear rings dangling off her ears. They helped the weird maroon and purple shirt dress she was wearing look just a touch more eccentric. Hearing their approach, she lifted her head and fixed them with a smile.
"Hello there! What can I do for you two today?"
"Hi...um...I had a question about a necklace that I bought here a week or so ago," Taehyung said.
"Sorry sonny. You're gonna have to be more specific than that."
"It was a necklace with a glittery purple heart charm..."
"Oh that necklace! That one is special! A one of a kind...well technically, two of a kind since it has a twin. I sold the first one a year or so before I sold the second. They are magical and are meant to grant the user the desire of their heart."
"Well...um...is it possible that, because they are two of a kind, they are linked somehow?" Taehyung asked. "And like capable of making someone switch places?"
"You mean, like a body swap?" mused the woman. "I suppose so...why?"
"It kind of happened," Birdie spoke up, "and we're wondering if there is a way to switch them back."
"The only way to reverse what happened is for the desires of the heart to fully be granted," the woman said.
"But...I think that may be a problem," Taehyung said.
"And why's that?"
"Well, one part of the body switch is a cardboard cutout," he said.
