Hello, Spook lovers!

Down the road as we go towards the Fiesta, a new stop welcomes you all. The Reading Challenge where two positive outcomes are bound to occur:

🍂 New stories for you to read,
🍂 Extending support to emerging, underrated writers.

We, at Esthetíque, always try to come up with ideas where fun and intrigue is blended with support and motivation. In this reading challenge, we invite the readers to scout this vast ocean of books across Wattpad and pick three horror / spooky books that they will enter into this challenge. Here's a brief of how challenge operates:

1. The participants are encouraged to search for such books that are well-written, and deserve more spotlight than they currently have. Such stories can be found through various hashtags or if you scroll down the genre list in search page. Some tags that the readers can use: supernatural / paranormal / mythological / folklore / fantasy (epic, high) / horror / horror-thriller, etc. This is to celebrate the spirit of this month. Only stories under 10k views will be considered for this stage.

2. Participants are required to search for three stories in total. They needn't be marked complete, but they must contain 15 chapters, minimum. The stories that are incomplete and have not been updated in over a year are not eligible for this challenge. Further on, the readers are to create a new reading list on their profile, titled as Reading Challenge| Fall Fiesta and add the three stories to the list. One is free to remove the list after the challenge is over.

3. Post a link to the RL (list) in the comment section here, in order to enter into the challenge. Duration of the Reading Challenge is 12th October to 15th November. During the month's time, the participants will be reading these three books and write critical reviews about each of the stories. The reviews need to be of at least 300 words and be balanced with postive aspects, the points for improvement, and personal reader's experience. This activity is aimed towards pushing the readers to try their hands at reviewing and polish this skill! The reviews can be published in the same book that they plan to post the Writing Challenge (pen-a-tale) entry into, or they can publish in any already existing book / create a new book - entirely upon the participants. All three reviews can be written in one single chapter.

The reviews will be monitored by the end of challenge, quality of the chosen books will also be judged.

Submission of written reviews for the challenge will be done via Google Form, it will be made available on 1st November. Feel free to reach out to each other in the comment section and find new reads!
