"I should've saved her."

Falkner was looking at the tombstone that was on the ground looking towards the hand written stone. He always came for her as if he was a night to protect her. She was like a special friend to him she always  cared for him and loved him. She always made him smile with her smile at the worst times.

But today was different that changed his life and his actions and emotions towards others. He felt heartless and cruel to his other friends. Seeing Janine die was so bearable to watch and see her as if she was 'Sleeping Beauty' as if she was cursed by touching the tip of the spinning wheel and sleep but her prince is going to break the spell to wake her up. Well she is not cursed or anything she was totally dead she isn't going to come back to him.

Janine never knew that he loved her and she left this world without him telling her his true feelings. Now it's too late she won't know a thing about his feelings against her and he was depressed everyday. Falkner was just looking at her grave until he remembers how it happened.

*Flashback*

"Hey Falkner we have to get rid of team rocket once and for all!" Screamed Janine avoiding the team rocket grunts using her ninja skills.

It was at the gym leader battle tournament. After what happened in the previous battle they all won against team rocket but this time was different they had stronger pokemon then they thought.

"Janine I know we can win since we are together going through this chaos!" Falkner was yelling at her back happily not noticing that an Ursering was aiming it's sharp claws at him.

"FALKNER LOOK OUT!" She screamed as she pushed him taking the hit. Which caused her to get scratched on her stomach and pushed back of the floor causing her to knock out. "JANINE!" Yelled for her name until he was thrown by the Ursering against the wall causing him to knock out.

*Later then in the hospital*

Falkner woke up finding himself at a hospital bed his head feeling in pain. The Johto leaders were surrounding or sitting beside him him worried. "What happened?" He asked. "You were knocked out during the fight and you suddenly got hit in the head." Morty explained. "Along with Janine of course but her injuries are too severe." Pryce said trying not to worry his fellow gym leader. "What happened to her is she okay!?" Falkner got up freaking out until Jasmine had to calm him down. "Falkner calm down she is in real pain then she is her own gym leaders are with her." Whitney calmed the bluebird. "Don't worry I am sure she will be fine." Chuck was trying out calm him down to.

A nurse came in and told the Johto leaders that he will be fine and he can go. The Johto leaders were going to visit the Kanto leaders to see how they were doing only to find that 7 are outside some were crying and some her down. "What did they say about her?" Questioned Clair looking concerned about them. "J-janine she *sniff* is not going to make it." Misty said through her cries.  All of the Johto leaders were beat down and felt heartbreak. "No please she can't be!" Falkner yelled and went in her room. He was shocked looking at the bandages she was covered in mostly on her stomach since the wound is worse and due to blood loss she won't make it. "Janine please wake up." Falkner said gently no wanting to hurt his friend. "F-f-falkner?" She asked looking up at him feeling week. "Janine I am sorry I didn't know where I ran into and for my mistake you are injured." Falkner said beginning to cry. "No Falkner I had to save you because I love you needed to live and you still have a life to go through." Janine said until she coughs and gasps for air. "Janine no don't go!" Falkner yelled as Janine gave her last words. "Falkner I will always be with you know matter what . . ." Janine slowly closes her eyes and her soul left her body. "Janine?" Falkner called but no response. "No no no no no no this can't be happening!" Falkner was freaking out but then hears a long sound and not beeps that means. "She is gone." Yep what Falkner said gone as the wind.

*End of Flashback*

"Janine I am sorry!" Falkner yelled and cried on his knees as tears fall on the ground. Then he heard a voice.

"Don't cry Falkner I am here for you. He recognize that voice and he looked up see Janine. Janine was l wearing  a white dress that was strapless.
She was an angel.
Wait of course she is an angel!
"Janine please come back I miss you!" Falkner begged as Janine couldn't do that. "I can't Falkner I am gone and you must move on.

She said to Falkner as he looked up at her. "I see but there is something I want to tell you." Janine was listening to him carefully. "You see I loved you alot and I wanted to express my feelings to you but I was afraid that you won't except me I never really had the guts to do it and every time I see you my heart thumps alot." Janine was looking at him with wide eyes she thought that he will reject her but he did have a thing for her.

"I am glad I got to see you again but I have to go." Just as she was about to leave he called her. "Wait!" She turned back just to see him. "What is it?" She questioned. "Can I kiss you?" Janine and Falkner blushed then she gave him an answer. "I don't see why not." She then approached Falkner and cupped his cheeks she gave him a kiss on the lips ashe kissed her back.

"Your wish has been granted." A voice was heard between them as Janine starts to glow making Falkner shield his eyes.

As he looked at what happened he couldn't believe his eyes saw Janine in her own outfit. "Janine are you-" She cutted him off. "Yes I am back to this world." She finished his sentence and kissed him once more.
