I got ready for my date and then headed out to the car. Once we I arrived at the restaurant I saw Jake waiting out front. "Wow, you look gorgeous." He said to me and he hugged me before kissing my cheek.

"Thank you, you told me to dress nicely. So, voila." I said with a smile on my face and he took my hand and gave me a twirl.

"You do look really beautiful." He said to me with a smile on his face and I looked at him.

"Stop it. Although you do look handsome." I said to him and he took my hand.

"Thank you. Now, I think we've got a meal to eat." He said to me and I looked at him with a smile. That's when interlocked our fingers.

"I guess we do." I said to him and that's when we headed inside.

"I have a table for two booked under Sim." He said to the lady working the counter. I saw her check the plan.

"Yeah, I've got it here. If you want to follow me." She said and walked us to a table this place was really nice. "Is here alright?" She asked us and that's when I looked at Jake.

"It's all up to you." He said to me and I could see the view of the river from the window.

"Here's perfect. Thank you." I said to her and she looked at her and nodded placing the menus down on the table.

"Your server will be over shortly to take drink orders." She said and the two of us sat down. That's when he looked at me.

"So, how was your day?" He asked me and I looked at him.

"A nightmare. We had another day of just dance." I said to him and he looked at me.

"Hopefully, you won't have many more days to go." He said to me and I looked at him.

"I hope so too, how was your day?" I asked him and he looked at me.

"The same in a way. We're prepping for another tour." He said to me and I looked at him. Taking his hand.

"You guys really need a break. I wish they'd give you one." I said to him and he looked at me. I could see in his eyes that he wanted that same thing.

"I know but you know how it is." He said to me and I looked at him.

"We've got to work until we drop." I said to him and he looked at me.

"But onto other topics. What did Yui say about us going on an actual date?" He asked me and I looked at him with a smile on my face before letting out a laugh.

"Well, she cried a little. Said I was cheating and now we're getting a divorce." I said to him and he looked at me and let out a laugh.

"That's a lot. I'm sorry for everything. I don't know what to say." He said to me and he was laughing. I couldn't help but sigh as well.

"She'll come around. Especially when she was the one who pushed me to say how I really felt." I said to him and he looked at me and I could see the smile on his face.

"You and Yui have a really sweet friendship. I'll have to talk to her at some point. See how she feels about sharing." He said to me and I looked at him confusedly.

"What do you mean?" I asked him and he looked at me.

"Well. I was thinking that you could be my actual girlfriend. Only if you want to be." He said to me and I looked at him with a smile on my face.

"I thought we already were." I said to him with a smile on my face and that's when he kissed my hand. That's when our waiter came over and took our drinks order.

"So, girlfriend. What are you excited for most this year?" He asked me and I could see the goofy smile on his face as he said that.

"Well, I think I'm most looking forward to award season. Even if we don't win, I'll still be happy that I'm attending." I said with a smile on my face. "What about you?" I asked him and he looked at me with a smile.

"I'm most looking forward to seeing what's next for us. For dance challenges together, to anything." He said to me with a smile on his. I looked at him.

"Boyfriend, that sounds good to me. I'll have to teach you the Wait choreography. I think you'd like it." I said to him and he looked at me with a smile on his face.

"I can't wait for you to teach me." He said to me and I looked at him with a smile on my face.

"Oh, trust me. I will be teaching you." I said to him and the two of us kept talking. The rest of the date went on and it was great. I was glad that we were doing this.
