2 Years Later...

Its been 2 years since we came back to what we called the promised land, I'm 26 years old now, time sure flies now, I'm an engineer now, working in our government here, still living with the goons, well I'm used to it, my dad flew to Japan to be with my mom, yeah!! I living alone here with the goons of course, no choice!!  when..

Ring..... Kris is calling....

Me: Kris?

Kris: bro!! hows life?

Me: well, getting used  of my life as an engineer of our LGU as well as the leader of this goons. How about you? Hows you and Joy?

Kris:  Well, stronger as ever bro!!

Me: Are you two not planning to settle down?

Kris: Not yet bro, we need to invest more for our future, I think you must settle down bro!! your work is stable and your girlfriend have a stable work in the US why don't you go there?

Me:  Bro!! do you think Michiyo will allow me to leave my work  here just to go there and be with her..?

Kris: jeez! bro just a vacation, what do you think? 

Me: well that was I'm planning for my big surprise for her..

Kris: weeeeeh!! I think I know that bro!!! yihhhhhhhhh!

Me: tsk!!! About that, Michiyo will be having her vacation here starting tomorrow..

Kris: What!!! Seriously???

Me: do you think I'm joking!!

Kris: Joke!!!! Well bro goodluck on your so called surprise for her bye!!! Joy is calling me!!! *call end*

Haysst! Kris really don't change, well gonna prepare for tomorrows big surprise for her....

Michiyo's POV

Hay!!! After 2 years in the US, I will finally going back home, well about my love life, finally going strong with Mr. Engineer Shou Kurosawa a.k.a RJ, he is now currently working as an engineer in our government and also he is now the leader of the yakuza faction but not in war but for good deeds now, his father flew to Japan to be with his mom, about my friends, Michiro now is in France, she is a fashion model now, still single but she got so many suitors, Miharu, my best friend, she is currently holding her parents hotel business in Tagaytay, while Joy and Kris, going strong in their relationship but still not planning to settle down, more investment before settle down as they both said...

*All passenger flight to Manila Philippines, will take are landing area in 10 minutes..Thank you!*

Here I am, back home, well I'm got my luggage and ready to meet everyone again...

Back to Shou's POV

She is finally back, I can see that she is about to exit the airport, I'm with Miharu, Joy and Kris no doubt and here she comes...

"Mich!!!!" Miharu gave her best friend a huge hug

"I miss you best!!!" Michiyo response

"Me too" Miharu reply

"Welcome back Mich!!" Joy greeted her former young miss now she is one of Michiyo's confidante 

"Thanks Joy!!" Michiyo happily said

"Hi Michie long time no look!!" Kris jokingly greet Michiyo

"Long time, no look also to you Mr. Easy-go-lucky.." Michiyo fight back

"Eeehem.." I cough a little to catch their attention

"Oh!! Mich, I'll put your luggage to the car because someone wants a privacy with you, If you excuse us!!!" Kris said and he get Mich luggage to put in the car along with Joy and Miharu which leave me and her

"So?" she break the silence

"Welcome home..I miss you!" I finally said

"Thanks!!" she reply

"How's America?" I ask 

"Well, its amazing especially Hollywood and about my work, getting used of being a Forensic Analyst.. How about you? being an engineer and a leader of the yakuza faction?" she said, her work is a Forensic Analyst

"As what you felt, getting used to it and about the leader of the Yakuza, its okay, the goons are up for good deeds now unlike this past years.." I said

"Okay.."she simply said, I suddenly pull her for a tight hug

"RJ.." she asked

"Let me do this, 'cause I miss you so much.." at that, she hugs back

"I miss you too, Beansprout!!!" jeeez she still call me  that but its okay I'm used to it just for her

"Miss you much, Violent Girl!!" I fight back, she let go and suddenly pinch my ears hard

"OUCH!!!! Mich!!!! It hurts!!! Stop it!!! You never change!!" I almost cry for help, this girl really never change

"Hahahah!!! Fine!!! I missed doing this to you!! Like old times.." she let go of my ear, this girl tsk!! But instead of fighting back I just gave her a quick kiss on her left cheek

She was shock on my sudden action, I can see she blushing...

"Hey!! Lovebirds, lets go!!!" Kris said ruining our moment

"Mich.." she is still in shock when..

*Toink*

"What is that suppose to mean?" she said after I did that gesture to her

"I said let's go!!" I just grab her hand and walk all the way to our carpool because that next thing will happen is my big surprise..

Fast Forward....(Tagaytay Vista Hotel)

"We're here!!" Kris said, he is in charge of driving

"Wait!!! I thought we will go to my house?" Mich react

"Well Mich, we have nothing to do with this, right bebe girl?" Kris asked Joy

"Yup!!! and you will know it later, okay just chill?" Joy defends her boyfriend 

"Engr. Shou Kurosawa!!! What is this all about?" okay I see her dagger looks at me

"*Gulp* Well, as they said, you will know it later, just chill and bye!!! see you later.." I step out of the car and hurriedly run inside the Hotel to prepare for the big surprise

Back to Michiyo's POV

"What just happen?" I asked as my beansprout boyfriend just run inside the hotel and left us

"This is our Hotel Mich, and something very special is going to happen.." Miharu said

"I don't get it!!!" I have no idea what they are up to, especially RJ

"If you don't get it, well you just to find it now!!!" Joy said she push to go inside the hotel

"Go straight ahead to the pool side Mich where is the view point of the Taal Lake.." I heard Miharu shouted as I enter the Hotel lobby

"Good Evening Mam, welcome to Tagaytay Vista Hotel, may we help you?" a front desk lady approach me

"Uhm, may I ask where is the pool side where you can view the Taal Lake?" I asked her

"Mam, the direction is straight ahead mam, that glass door over there, you will see the view point of the Taal Lake as well as the famous Taal volcano" the front desk lady pointed the direction

"Thank you!!" I follow what the front desk lady said

Upon reaching the view point..I saw him standing there with a bouquet of flowers..

"Hey.." he speak up, I'm still in shock of all this happenings

"Hey, what is this all about?" I said because this is unexpected

"For you.." he gave me the bouquet of flowers, so beautiful

"Thank you!!" I said

"Mich...?" he suddenly hold my hand, shems!!! my cheeks are getting hotter

"Yes?" I said nervously

" I know this is sudden, but I can't wait for this to happen.." he started

"What do you mean?" I had no idea on what he is pointing to..

"We started as fake lovers, we hate each others guts, you always beat me up, our fake dates always gone chaos, we always run away when we see our gangs spying on us, we always argued about little things, I know you get jealous when Michiro was always been clingy to me, and the worst thing you did is that when Miharu confess to you about her feelings for me, you runaway, because you its hard to hear that your best friend likes the same boy you like for real, You gave me hard time on finding you in the States, I already met your mom that made me realize that, I have to choose where I will be happy to be with, I know that you already met my mom also and that was the same thing she told you what your mom told me also, now memories arise from the past when we got back to the promised land, I was almost killed by your bodyguard but gladly I was safe, and continued until I finally get the glimpse of you at the lighthouse, you confess everything to me, your weakness in every way, how you treat me and all, but that doesn't change my mine, I already felt the same way as you did, I love you for real and forever!!" he ends his novel story about our relationship which goes like a roller coaster ride, but this novel of him made me cry

"Your are so emo and idiot, you know that!!!" I gave him a soft slap, not that hard

"What? that is how I felt for you this past years!!" he happily said and wipe my tears

"You just made me cry again!!" I said, tears of joy

"But that's not all.." he and he kneel down in one knee, I covered my mouth in shock

"RJ..." Shems this could be

"Michiyo Kurokawa, I confess all our adventures together as a fake couple and real couple, now would you accept me to be your knight and shining armor that will protect you to best I can do, to be by your side forever? Will you marry me?" he brought a box with a diamond ring inside..

My tears are falling once more..I know myself that he is the only one I want to spent my whole life with..

"I know we both got this far, so its a.." I paused

"As a.." he feels hopeful now

"Of Course..YES!!!" I finally said the magic word

"YESSSS!!!!!" RJ shout out loud, he worn the ring to my ring finger, the moron is so happy, he stand up and give his extra gift, he gave me a soft kiss

"CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!" the entire barkada is there, the gang and even mom and dad is there, even RJ's parents are there..

Well it surely ends with an happy ending, but our story is way to dizzy but ends up with the true feelings unfold..
