Chapter name is the pov unless stated clearly otherwise. Alec is bi in the this story and so is my character Aurora. They are a unlike pair of parabatai like Jace and Alec are in the book. Aurora is Jace's sister that is known and a given. Well here goes nothing

"Alec do I really have to wear a dress." Aurora whined looking at me. She was not like Isabelle went it came down to clothes in fact she looked pissed.

"Princess it is for the mission." I said trying to reassure my parabatai. She sighed and pouted more. I had use the name everyone knew her as being people passing our open door.

"Then I don't see how you get out of wearing something fancy. You are allow to wear your gear and I am stuck in a fucking ass dress." She groaned fluffy out the messy curls Izzy put in her blonde locks.

"I am supposed to slay the demon while you lower it in." I said for the 100th time before continuing " you know the deal". Her eyes snap to meet mine and her lips formed a thin line.

"Why is this 'business' so fucking sexist. The girls can do anything guys can if they really want too." She protested like every time we going though this. I throw my hands up giving completely up with this argument.

"Fine go change then and do the mission yourself. I am not wanting to put up Jace for not getting the mission done because of a stupid dress." I said clearly upset and mad. I was not having a good day. I was being questioned by everyone today and I did not need my parabatai questioning me too. She moved closer to me and hugged me. It felt good to have her hug me honestly. I felt my anger melting away. I look at her golden eyes melting into them like I did when we first met.

"I am sorry for making you pissed off Alec. I truly am. I just can NOT handle being judged because of my gender in this life. Women have rights too." She stated still hugging me. I nodded understanding her stand point. 

She looked in the mirror at us. I was a tower over her at least one and a half heads taller then her and my muscles could crush her so easily if I tried. She was small and petite. She had muscles and the beauty too but it was different for her being a girl. As for our personality I was a more shy type and she was the one to go into a mission or something  without thinking like her brother. They act on instinct rather then reason. I found that cute about Aurora, she was open and a impulsive thinker. 'Action before reason' was her motto when we when 14. "Alec? You there?" She asked breaking me from my trance. I nodded at her telling her I was there. She sighed and walks to the door grabbing her bow and arrows plus a serpah blade. The bow was our weapon of choice. She seemed to have no real trouble walking barefoot in her gold floor length dress. I hurried after her seeing her put on Isabelle's knee high black boots sliding the blade inside the boot and strapping the arrow pack to her thigh. The bow was swung over her shoulder and it rested on her back nicely. I grab my bow and blade before running to her side. She was smirking seeing I broke a small sweat running to her.

"Do not say it Aurora" I said firmly.

"Yes sir" she said giggling to herself. 

Her eyes light up some. She pulled out her nerdy glasses and puts them on.

She gave me a half way smile before giving me a full smile. She decided to start running ahead of me so I would run after her it was her favorite game to play. I run after her and she stopped which we reach our place of our mission. She walks in first and I take the time to glamour myself then I head in hiding out.

Aurora was easily hit on by many guys and girls. She forget to glamour herself. I heard her squeak when some guy gets touchy with her. She gets to the point when she pulled out an arrow and pointed it at the guy throat and he is on the ground. Everyone's eyes were on her. Aurora did good in this situations. She helped the guy up whispering some mean things in the air as she put the arrow away. The demon we were supposed to kill was the man that was bothering Aurora. She knew it. She danced with him acting normal until she led him to a do not enter door. It led them outside so I follow smiling because this was a lot easier then planned. Aurora had her bow drawn when I got outside. She whispered some thing in Latin and the demon's hands became bound. I watched her talk to the demon in another language before her arrow was released into the demon's chest. Aurora watched him fall and disappear with tears in her eyes.

"What is wrong Baby Girl?" I asked my parabatai sensing and seeing her sadness.

"He had a daughter and a wife. He was just avenging their deaths. Maryse and Robert got the child and wife killed trying to kill that demon." She whispered out to me. I felt the sadness she did just then. "I have never felt bad for killing a demon until now. I know I would want you or Jace to avenge my death like that." She continued before wiping  the tears away. She looked up at me.

"How did you bind the demon's hands together like that" I asked her

"Like how" she asked playing dumb

"With that phrase" I said.

"Oh that. It was a spell Magnus Bane taught me when I was young." She said with her eyes shining.

"You know magic?" I asked

"Yes but not a lot just the useful stuff for demon catching" she said quietly.

"Magic as in warlock magic?" I asked

"Yes as in warlock magic. Now please let's go home " she said walking up to me hugging me. I nodded and we begin to walk home hand in hand. Without realizing in it I pressed our lips together softly. Aurora and I both were clearly taken aback by my action but we continued the kiss anyways before pulling away saying "I love you" at the same time to one other.
