Taehyung was still staring at Anna and the oblivious girl was so into her gummies bear to even notice the awkward and cold atmosphere

Taehyung sighed right after he fell flat on his bed. He threw his backpack across the room. It has been two days and he still didn't know what to do about the mess he just created.

Taehyung searched for his phone in his jeans pocket as he took it out and read some random messages from Hoseok and others as they were asking him to join them on basketball game this evening which he immediately rejected.

His mind was full with things as he didn't had any energy left in him to even enjoy himself.

"Taehyung-ah!", Ms.Kim called out for her son from downstairs.

Taehyung who heard this, unintentionally let out a deep sigh as he felt that his nap didn't even lasted for few minutes.

"Taehyung-ah!", The older woman called again.

Taehyung slowly got up from his bed as he walked out from his room and went downstairs. He greeted his mother with a gloomy face as he asked, "Yes, Mom.."

Ms.Kim was confused with her son extra tired figure while asked, "You look tired.."

Taehyung awkwardly scratched the back of his neck as he granted the older woman a small smiled, felt thankful that she noticed it as he said, "Yes, indeedㅡ"

"I am so sorry but! Can you do me a favour, Taehyung-ah?", Ms.Kim interrupted Taehyung's words as she clasped her hands together while closed her eyes, was pleading her son to help her with whatever it was.

Taehyung's smile fell at his mother words as the boy unbelievably looked at his mother. He then let out a deep sigh again.

Taehyung lazily scanned the list on his hand. He walked around the market as his eyes kept searching for the things that his mother asked to buy.

He then found it as he walked to the rack and grabbed a packet of baking powder.

"I don't even understand why on earth did she want to make a pancake in the middle of night..", Taehyung mumbled as he turned around and shook his head in disbelief.

Taehyung then took a drastic turn towards the corner and was surprised when he bumped onto someone.

"Owㅡ", Taehyung whined as his eyes trailed down and was again surprised by the person he just bumped onto.

"Oh, sorry.", Anna simply said as she bent down and picked up a packet of gummies bear from the floor that fell after the small incident.

"A-Anna..?", Taehyung uttered as he surprisingly looked at the girl before him.

Anna was wearing a light grey hoodie with a blue ripped short-jean as she matched it with a red converse. To be truth said, Taehyung was captivated by her outshined beauty.

Anna blankly looked up at Taehyung as she tightly hugged the packet of gummies bear.

"Oh, I remember you.", Anna blankly said while stared at Taehyung flustered face.

"A-Ah, yes..", Taehyung mumbled as he awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck while took a glance at Anna. A light blush appeared on his cheeks.

Both of them just stood there for a few seconds. Taehyung got more flustered as he did before. He wasn't prepared himself and was not expected to meet Anna today, at the mall.

"Then, excuse me.", Anna said as she bowed towards Taehyung. She turned around and was about to walk away but stopped when Taehyung suddenly tugged the top of her hoodie.

Anna was stumbled a bit because of the boy's action. She looked over her shoulder as she gave Taehyung an expressionless face.

Taehyung at the moment was surprised with his action. His hand moved by it owns and now he didn't know what to say in this situation.

"Ah! I'm s-sorry!", Taehyung apologised as he immediately released his grip on the girl's hoodie. He averted his eyes from the girl's.

Anna turned around so that she could face Taehyung. She blankly looked up at Taehyung without letting out any words. Hands were still on chest, hugging the pack of gummies bear dearly.

Taehyung glanced at Anna and immediately averted his eyes again when Anna was still staring at him. His cheeks were getting redder than before.

"U-Um.. have you eaten dinner?", Taehyung awkwardly asked as he let out an awkward laugh at the end of his sentence. He mentally cursed himself after.

Anna tilted her head to the side, was confused with Taehyung's weird behaviour but she looked down at the packet of gummies bear while politely replied, "Not yet. I am about to eat it after done purchase it."

Taehyung furrowed his eyebrows towards Anna as his eyes looked down at the packet of gummies bear while said, "Is that for your dinner?"

Anna silently nodded.

Taehyung eyes went wide as he couldn't believe and couldn't understand on how a girl survived with only eating a packet of gummies bear for dinner.

"Then, excuse me.", Anna bowed again, was about to walk away to purchase her favourite gummies bear only got interrupted again when Taehyung gripped her wrist this time.

Anna looked down at the hands' contact as she again, blankly looked up back at Taehyung.

"U-Um.. my mom is going to make a pancake tonight for dinner and um i-if youre not busy, then you can join us..", Taehyung uttered while eyes were looking somewhere else other than the girl.

His cheeks were getting brighter as time passed by and Anna was still silent.

"Pancake?", Anna asked, eyes were still blankly staring at Taehyung hand that was holding onto her wrist.

"U-Uh, yeah.. B-But! If you don't like it, its alright. Its yourㅡ"

Anna suddenly nodded and looked into Taehyung's eyes as she softly mumbled, "I will but can you please let me buy my gummies bear first..?"

Anna trailed her eyes back at her wrist afterwards which finally flipped the switch within Taehyung as the boy just realised that he has been holding onto the girl's wrist till now.

"A-Ah! I see! I-I'm sorry.", Taehyung stuttered pretty bad which made him mentally scolded himself in the inside again.

Taehyung immediately let Anna's wrist go as he then quickly took a step backward, reminding himself to be careful from now on. He didn't know why but he kept getting majorly flustered around the girl a lot, which scared him too.
