I woke up to the smell of pancakes and bacon, and no girlfriend beside me.

But hey it's Christmas.

I pull out my phone to record as Snapchat video when Piper yells at us to get up through the megaphone.

"Wake up you fuckers it's Christmas and I want to open presents" you hear in the background of the video.

Omg this is amazing

I caption it "when you go to record a snap video and get this gem instead" and post it to my story.

We all gather downstairs and eat before we head over to the Christmas tree.

"Wait a minute" Piper says as she goes off somewhere and comes back with a not a puppy but definitely a younger dog on a leash pulling and sniffing everything.

"You didn't" Mac says as Piper smiles. "It's one of the recommended breeds for what I wanted to do."

"I may or many not have snuck out last night to the breeder I know to get her" Piper says as she laughs. "I also remember us talking about it so yeah surprise, merry Chrysler"

"Anyone wanna fill us in on what we are missing" Bryce asks.

Of course it was Bryce.

"I have seizures, sometimes and I don't know why" she replies "I wanna train a dog to detect them and be my best friend"

"Did your parents take you to the doctor" Griffin asks.

"They started after my mom died, and my dad would only take me to the hospital to get it to stop when it did happen" Mac says "Can we drop this conversation and enjoy Christmas though"

"I want to go first" Charli squeals running over to the tree to hand out the gifts she got for everyone, before everybody else starts passing theirs out too

Soon enough it's Kendall's turn.

"So P, I know you have an obsession with handmade ceramic stuff so just open it" Kendall says as I open the big box.

"You didn't" I squeal as I unwrap the many ceramic items.

"The Squang helped pick them out" Kendall says as I start to cry.

"My turn" Mac says as she grabs little boxes and passes them out.

"These are so cute omg" everyone says as they open the boxes with braclets in them. 

"Do you sell them" Avani asks as she puts hers on.

"I was working on a website and stuff before Piper helped me, and I only took what I really needed and left everything else" Mac explains.

"Welp I guess in a few days we are raiding the craft store" I say as everyone agrees with me.

Of course he shakes it.

"You dumb fuck just broke it" I say laughing.

"I sorry" he says as he unties the bow.

"I was just playing with ya" I laugh as he opens the box and holds up the set of key rings.

"I love you with all my butt, I would say heart but my butt is bigger" Jaden reads laughing then noticing the key, tears coming to his eyes "Piper"

"I want you to move in with me. I love you and you spend 80 % of your time here anyway just saying" I say as he gives me the biggest hug ever.

"I'd love to move in with you" He says as he kisses me passionately.

"Gross" Kendall groans.

"You wanna do that with Kenna and you've only known her for like a week so shut your pie hole" I say laughing my ass of as both Kendall and Kenna go red in the cheeks.

"I would like to say I ship this hardcore" Anthony says from his seat on the couch.

We had had a great day together and everyone was headed out to their own homes.

"I wanna watch a movie" Jaden whines.

"I've said it before and I'll say it again, your such a baby" I laugh as we head to the movie room.

"What do you wanna watch" Jaden asks as we sit on a recliner together.

"I know what I wanna watch" I say as I run over to the DVD shelf and pull it out and put it in to the DVD player.

We were watching another movie when my phone goes off.

"Hello" I say as I pause the movie.

"Is this Piper Meyers" the man on the other end asks.

"Yes who's this" I ask, I swear if my number got leaked again I'm gonna quit social media.

"You were put as the next of kin for one David Dermot Kennedy" He says as I feel a tear run down my cheek.

"What happened" I ask as Jaden pulls me into his arms.

"IED was run over by their Humber, he's alive and doing ok and asking for you and won't tell us what happened until he sees you" the man says.

"Where is he" I ask my voice cracking.

"We have him at a hospital on the base in Norfolk Virginia" he says as I nod my head on understanding, even though he can't see it.

"I'm on my way in the next hour, I'm bringing my boyfriend, see ya in a bit" I say hanging up the phone and just crying it all out.

1 month later

"Welcome home D" I say as he walks into the house where Jaden is sat at the table on his computer.

"Hey babe" Jaden says taking off his headset and coming over to help with the bags. "Glad to have you home D"

Jaden and David has become good friends during the two weeks we spent with him in Norfolk before leaving for two weeks before I returned alone to bring him home.

"Where's Kendall" David asks as we walk into the living room.

"He's out with Mac" Jaden says with a small grin.

"Honeys we are home" I hear Avani screech walking in with the boys.

"David these are more of my friends, and since you live here now you'll be seeing them a lot" I say laughing as Jaden and Bryce hug before Bryce picks him up and heads for the pool.

"I'll take that" I say grabbing Jadens phone out of his pocket.l before Bryce throws him into the pool.

"I hate you all" Jaden says when he surfaces.

"Is this a normal thing in the friend group" David asks.

"Ohh Yeah, it's a very frequent thing" Avani says as she laughs from a lawn chair.

"Noted" David says. 

A/N go read my new story, transplant love, it's another Jaden hossler one I came up with lol. Anyway sorry for the wait I had absolutely no ideas and am thinking some over for the next few chapters.
