JJ's POV:

We've been in Florida two days and Kie and I have followed Mike's rules about staying out of each other's rooms. Today was Christmas Eve and Kie's family was coming over, Anna's side. Her side was pretty nice, I don't really know how they felt about me.

Her grandparents were the first ones here and then her sister and people filled in. One of Kiara's cousins walked in with a baby in a carseat and Kie ran over to hug her cousin. I haven't met this cousin before but I know Kie mentioned someone had a baby.

Her cousin grabbed the tiny baby and handed the baby to Kie. She looked so natural and comfortable holding the baby. Her grandma came and talked to me and I focused on that conversation.

We all sat down and enjoyed an amazing dinner together. I was helping clean up and I saw Kie on the couch with the baby asleep on her chest. I went and sat by her and she said, "I want one"

I laughed and said, "Not right now"

"Why not? I mean look at how cute she is, imagine how cute our daughter would look. She'd have my curly hair with your blue eyes"

I imagined what our future daughter might look like and I sat down next to Kie and kissed her lips. We laid there and then she sat up and went to place the baby on my chest.

"Kie, I'm not good with kids"

"She's a baby and she's asleep" She said gently placing the baby on my chest

She didn't seem to mind laying on me. Kie took a few pictures and after a few minutes, she started to wake up and I told Kie to take her back. Kie sat up and held her and her cousin brought her a bottle to give to her. Everyone gathered in the living room to play games like the dice game. Kie sat there and didn't play as she was holding the baby and I felt guilty playing and winning things, but everyone insisted that I played. It was actually a lot of fun and after people started leaving, but they were all coming back tomorrow morning to do the secret Santa gift exchange.

Kie gave the baby back to her cousin and then headed upstairs. I helped Anna clean up and then I headed up to bed too.

It was late when my phone kept lighting up and I saw Kie was texting me.

Kie: I love you

Kie: I just wanna sleep in your arms

Kie: Will you please come sleep with me?

Kie: I miss you

JJ: Be there in a second

I knew it was a bad idea to go sleep in her room but how could I say no to her? I quietly got up and snuck across the hall to her room and went and laid down in her bed with her. She crawled into my arms as ai wrapped my arms around her.

"I love you" I said playing with her hair

"I love you too" She said tracing small shapes on my chest

We both fell asleep and I was woken up by the alarm that I set the night before so I could sneak back in my room before Mike and Anna were awake. I quietly closed Kie's door when I saw Anna standing in the hall. Shit...

She didn't say anything and I went back into my room and quickly texted Kie.

JJ: Your mom just saw me leave your room

Kie: And?

JJ: I'm freaking the fuck out!!!!

Kie: Relax, my mom doesn't care

JJ: She didn't look happy

Kie: She's probably tired. Trust me, she's the one who told me to get an IUD so she knows we're having sex... It's not a big deal

JJ: I don't want her to think I was in there fucking you

Kie: Jayge, calm down. I'll talk to her okay?

JJ: Okay

JJ: btw Merry Christmas my beautiful girl

Kie: Merry Christmas babe

We both fell back asleep for another hour and then we got up and headed downstairs and Anna was making pancakes in the shape of Christmas trees. We ate and Anna didn't say anything or act differently. Kie followed her mom upstairs and I'm guessing she was going to talk to her.

They came back down and few minutes later and we cleaned up and went to get ready for Anna's family to come back over.

We did the secret Santa gift exchange and Kie helped me pick a gift out and it was actually kinda fun. We had another meal together and Kie was back holding her cousins baby. I couldn't help but smile seeing her with a baby. She was going to be such a great mom.

I got along really well with her cousin Zeke. He was twenty and drinking a beer and Mike walked by and handed me a bottle. I looked at him a little confused and he said, "It's Christmas, you can enjoy a beer... Just no posting pictures of it or driving"

"Really?" I asked making sure it wasn't a trick

"Yes" He said as I opened the bottle and took a sip

Zeke looked at me and said, "Dude, I've never seen Mike so laid back and relaxed with one of Kiara's boyfriends"

"You met Cody?"

"Yeah, he was an ass... And then there was Mason and by the look on your face you have no idea who Mason is"

"Nope..."

"He was a summer fling before Cody but I'm gonna change the subject now and let you ask Kiara about that later"

We both laughed and went back to talking. We were going outside with the guys to play volleyball on the beach. Everyone joined and of course my girlfriend had that baby in her arms. Her baby fever was ridiculously high right now.

We spent the whole afternoon outside on the beach. It was so nice outside. Anna was holding the baby and I walked over to Kie and she hugged me. She stayed in my arms and said, "Mom, doesn't holding her make you want a grand baby?"

Anna laughed and I said, "No, not right now"

"I'll be a grandma someday when the time is right and now is not the right time to make me a grandma"

"But I want a baby now" Kie smiled

I picked her up and threw her over my shoulder and carried her to the ocean. I was only ankle deep when I put her down and she kissed me.

"I can't wait to have your babies"

She hugged me and my mind had so many thoughts. I never thought I'd have kids and Kie wants kids. I can't not give her kids in the future if that's what she wants but I don't think I want kids. I just don't know how to tell her that because it's kind of a big thing in relationships.
