JJ's POV:

I went to John B's and I sat on the couch and said, "So, I'm going to Florida for spring break with Kie and her parents"

"That's an awful idea"

"Why? Free vacation"

John B laughed and said, "Dude, you gotta hang out with her parents"

"Yes, I know... But I don't think it will be that bad. I see Mike at work all the time"

John B gave me a look and said, "You're so in love with her"

"Whatever" I tried playing it off

"Don't sorry, she actually loves you back"

I laughed because there was no way that Kiara Carrera was actually into me. I changed the subject and told him I needed his help packing for the trip and I also needed to borrow his suitcase.

He helped me pack even though the suitcase contained most of my clothes as I really didn't have much. He looked at me and said, "Being condoms"

"We're not going to need condoms" I said annoyed

"What do you mean? I thought you guys were fucking" John B said confused

Shit. I almost forgot he doesn't know this whole relationship is fake. I looked at him and said, "We're not going to do anything in the same house her parents are in"

"Oh yeah, that sucks..." He said agreeing and I was glad he bought that excuse

I thought about it and wondered if I should grab a few condoms. I don't want Mike to check my suitcase and see condoms but I also don't want something to almost go down and then not have a condom. I was going to think about it for the next few days and figure out what to do.

The next few days, Kie told me all about Florida and what to expect and I told her that I was a little nervous to spend a week with her parents. She promised it would all be okay and told me about when Cody went with them.

Before I knew it, I was getting on the plane and we were on our way to Florida. I've never flown before and Kie let me have the window seat. We took a picture for her to post on her story.

We were about to take off and Kie reached out and grabbed my hand and within a few seconds we were in the air. I felt pretty relaxed and wasn't that nervous anymore. Kie eventually let go of my hand and I watched a movie and then we were landing.

We got off the plane and met up with her parents. They asked how the flight was as they were a few rows in front of us and we didn't talk to them during the flight. I told them I really enjoyed flying. We got our bags and then Kie's aunt picked us up. She was Anna's sister and her name was Melissa.

After we got to their beach house, Melissa came up to me and Kie and she smiled and asked, "So, who is the boy?"

"This is my boyfriend, JJ and JJ, this is my aunt Melissa" Kie said as Melissa shook my hand

Melissa and Anna were talking while we went inside with Mike. The house was gorgeous. I can't believe they own two houses and my dad and I struggle to pay rent for our little shack on the cut. I felt really out of place here and almost embarrassed to be seen with Kie. Embarrassed because there was no way she'd ever love a guy like me, it was all an act and I can't believe she was keeping the act up. If I were her, I wouldn't want to be seen with me, especially not in front of my family.

"Jayge, are you okay?" Kie asked as I totally zoned out

"Yeah, sorry... I was just thinking about the beach and everything" I said and I realized how stupid that sounded

"Let's go change into our swimsuits and check it out" Kie smiled

"One thing, I don't want any funny business from the two of you. Kiara, you'll stay in your room and show JJ the guest room. The two of you are not allowed in the same bed and no closed doors. Am I clear?" Mike said firmly

"Yes, sir" I replied looking right at him

"Yeah" Kie said

Kie brought me upstairs and I carried both our suitcases. She gave me a quick house tour and then she went into her room to change into her swimsuit and I went into the guest room to change. I had my swim trunks on with a shirt that I cut the sleeves off of. Kie came out in a white bikini with an oversized white shirt full of holes as a cover-up. She looked fine as hell.

We walked out the back door and we were pretty much already at the beach. Kie and I walked further away from the house. She pulled her phone out and was taking pictures of us. She was smiling and I made a funny face, then I kissed her cheek, and then her lips and I'm pretty sure she got a picture of it. We broke apart and I said, "For the picture, obviously... You know to make Cody jealous"

"Obviously" She said in a way where she didn't sound like she believed me

She posted them in a collage on her story. We walked down the beach and I asked, "Kie, are you sure it's cool that I'm here? I feel so out of place"

She looked at me and said, "I wouldn't have invited you if I didn't want you here"

"I mean, I'm only here to piss Cody off. Don't you feel embarrassed introducing me to your family as your boyfriend?"

"No, not at all. Why would you think that?"

"Kie, look at me... I'm from the cut and it's obvious I don't belong with a girl like you. You come from a family who loves you, owns a successful business, lives on Figure Eight and has a beach house in Florida"

She cut me off by pressing her lips to mine. It shut me up, but it didn't stop my brain from realizing how screwed I was. I fell in love with a girl who'd never love back. She grabbed my hand and rested her head on my shoulder and said, "Jayge, don't think about things like that. I don't think about it like that"

I dropped it because I didn't want to get into this right now. I wanted to enjoy the trip and not let me thoughts get the best of me. We walked into the water and then we ended up going out into the ocean to cool off.

Some guy came up to Kie and said some stupid pick up line and totally looked her up and down. I was standing right there and she said, "Dude, I'm totally in a relationship"

"Uhhh ohhh... Shit... sorry" He said and I kissed Kie just to make sure he knew she was taken

We broke apart and she said, "Thanks"

"You're welcome"

"I meant for making him leave, not the kiss" She clarified

"I think you were thanking me for the kiss" I teased her

"And why would I thank you for a kiss?" She asked playing the game back with me

"Because I'm that good of a kisser... Come on, baby, you know you can kiss me whenever you want" I said joking but then I realized I slipped and I just called Kie baby

This is humiliating but I honestly don't even think she caught it as she said, "I think I'm the better kisser"

"I'll test that theory" I said grabbing her by her waist and pulling her into me as I crashed my lips into hers

She was laughing as our lips collided and then she kissed me back. We were making out on the beach and my hand was under her cover-up around her torso, just under her left breast. My other hand was on her ass. We suddenly pulled apart when we heard her mom, "JJ, Kiara"

Anna was walking towards us and she said, "You weren't answering your phones. Dinner is ready and Grandma and Grandpa are here"

"We'll be back in a minute" Kie said to her mom as we both awkwardly stood there

Anna totally just caught me with my tongue down her daughter's throat while feeling her up. This is humiliating. Kie laughed and said, "You're lucky it was my mom and not my dad"

"Let's never talk about this again" I said as we walked back toward the house

"Okay, whatever you say... Baby" She smirked

Shit... She totally heard me call her baby and now she said it back just to fuck with me. I don't know how I'm going to look at Anna ever again. I really hope she isn't back there telling everyone what she saw. We walked inside and Kie went to hug her grandparents.

She then turned back to me and said, "Grandma, Grandpa, this is my boyfriend, JJ"

She was smiling when she said it and I shook her Grandpa's hand and her Grandma hugged me. I'm not much of a hugger, but I went with it.

"We're going to go change quickly before dinner" Kie said as heading upstairs

I went into the guest room and shut the door and changed clothes and when I came downstairs, Kie and Anna still weren't there. I sat down at the table her grandparents started asking me a bunch of questions. I wish Kie would hurry up and get down here.
