Kim Taehyung's POV

I am talking with my best friend Hoseok. He has known me since we were in diapers. People think we are dating when they first meet us but no. That would be too weird for both of us. I am often asked why I don't have a boyfriend. My answer every time? "I have no time for nonsense plus dating would bring me new problems that I don't need. I want to focus on graduating first."

Hoseok grins at my response he thinks it's funny that I respond that way. He tells me one day I will swallow my words. I hope not. Up until now I've had no problems.

Today was a normal day until Hoseok came up to me with a sweet smile in place. Uh-oh when Hobi smiles like that he usually has a favor to ask me.

"Taehyungie! Guess what?!"

I sigh and answer "What?"

"Jimin and his girlfriend Yoonji invited me to a party and I want to go."

"Hobi hyung... please don't tell me you want me to come along?"

Hoseok rubs his neck looking away. "Actually I do." Before I can respond he continues "Tae I think it would do you some good to go out. Meet new people. I know you say you don't have time for nonsense but please come with me I don't want to go alone. I want someone to dance with I can't dance by myself... well I could but I don't want to."

I sigh he looks at me and does aiyego trying to convince me. I can never say no to him. "Okay I'll come with you."

Hoseok jumps up and down excitedly. Then he walks away probably to tell Jimin that he will be going. I sigh not looking forward to my weekend anymore. I simply wanted to curl up in bed with blankets, eat ice cream, and watch a k-drama. Now I will have to dress up and go out to party.

Don't get me wrong I love to party but I just don't have the energy with exams coming up. I go through all my classes as usual. I like to be a social butterfly but since it's my last year I have to focus so I can graduate with good grades. I want to get into the collage I want and for that I need to focus. Oh well... one party won't hurt right? After all what could happen?

A/N I wrote this on the bus so sorry if it doesn't seem like much? The next chapter will be the party scene. Jungkook will appear and so will Namjin.
