Faithkit raced after tinyheart, her fur rising. 

 "Tinyheart,wait," she yowled agin.

Tinyheart was running to the border, ran past it and ran to a diffrent place Faithkit had never been to.

 "Loner? Toad?" 

faithkit stopped in her tracks as tinyheart also stopped. "I see your back, Tinypaw, and you have brought a friend," one said.

 "Do you expect us to let you in every time you get away from your clanmates," the other said. 

A new cat padded in with a thin mouse. She dropped it, then looked to the two loners, then to tinyheart and Faithkit.  Three kits followed in out of a small cave, hiding behind their mother.  Then tinyheart spoke.

 "I-I know you didnt expect me to come back, but I left my clan.  The warrior code is unreasonable, defending a clan with your life?  No liking anyone from a diffrent clan?  Its trash, the clans dont need it.  Also, this is Faithkit, she followed me here, I hope she can come along with us,loner".  What a weird name for a cat.  Loner spoke up.

" I'll let you join us.  I'll let Faithkit join us, but lets introduce us to her".  Loners tail flicked.

 "Im loner, and this is toad, my helper, he helps me lead our group." His tail pointed to the she cat.  " thats medow, she has three kits, and her mate is toad.  Her kits are-"

 "Im flame," one piped up.

 "Those is flame, blue, and stripes- blue where's talon"?

" Talon is a cowered, Talon stayed inside".  Faithkit twitched her ears, hearing the sound of leafs crunching. A few more cats came in wkth more food.

 "Thats sealion, spider, and owl".  Owl is my mate, and the shadowclans leader, amberstar's, daughter." Loner purred rubbing his cheek against his mates cheek.  Faithkit noticed she looked a bit uncomfortable and a bit plump.  Loner didnt see it.  Then Faithkit realized why.  Owl was expecting Loner's kits.  She smiled a bit at owl, her eyes soft with a look of congratulations.  Owl blinked at Faithkit, then smiled.  The sky was turning a bright blue in the sunlight.  Her pelt burned and she dashed under a twoleg structure.  It was hot, not like a fire, but it was sun high.  Faithkit lay down, lost in thought thinking about her dream.

 A flashback hit her.

Come on, faithkit.  A voice had urged her so long ago.  She was whimpering on a rock, scratches all over her pelt.  Dovepaw was speaking to her. "Come on Faithkit, the sun is up, why spend your time on a rock basking in the sun" ?

She still remembered that day.  It had only been a,few days after the flood.  A few days before Finpaw.  Finpaw.  Finpaw attacked her.  Scorned her.  Mocked her.  Faithkit felt anger rush through her like a lion.  You had to play to win.  It was common sense.  Owl padded up to her.

"Hello,kit".

"My name is Faithki- I-I mean faith".

" ok faith, it seems your the first one to notice im expecting kits ey"?

 "Yea, I did".

" Your real smart, lil Faith".

 "Erm, thank you".

Owl nodded, then turned away glancing back at her.  Faithkit shivered, owl just felt wrong.  Like she was hiding wrong.  Only Loner made her feel welcome.  

The kits ignored her for the first few days.  Tiny spent her time with Sealion.  Loner made sure she felt welcomed.  Owl talked to her alot, but there was something about her that made Faithkit shiver.  Toad boasted about how good his kits were at hunting.  Particularly talon was who Faithkit liked.  Talon was calm-mostly- and shared something with Faithkit.  They both liked herbs.  Faithkit would sit, her fur sligtly ruffled, in the middle of the barn sometimes.

" Faithkit, what was it like in thunderclan," Talon asked her.

 "Well, Talon, the thunderclan cats can be nice,but theres one in particular i hate".

" Who"?

 "Her name was finpaw, she gave me alot lf these scars i have now".  The words felt nice on her tongue.  It felt nice to tell someone about Finpaw, about her troubles.  About her old life.  

" why did you leave Thunderclan"?

 "I was taken by Windclan" .

 "Why did you come here"?

" I came after tiny, I couldnt leave her out 'ere alone could I"?

 "Well,no".  Faithkit smiled and she was happy.  The cats were starting to notice her now.  They didnt reject her like they had wanted to reject the powerful fireheart.

" want me to tell you a story"?

 "Sure"!

" Ok, once a long long time ago, there was a cat named black.  Now, people hated black because he was named after a mean cat.  Black was very noble, and wasnt evil.  But one day, a cat made him mad, and he leapt for that cat.  The cat had a smug look on hos face, and the leader exiled black.  Black proved his loyalty when he told everyone that the cat, who was named blaze, was evil.  Blaze vowed  she would destroy the clans and thwy would regret the moment they set fooy in the lake.  Blaze lived up to her word and killed black.  Black is said to be defending herself aginst blaze to this day.  And one day, blaze and black will be born agin".  Faithkit finished her eyes flashing.

 "Wow, i want to be just like black,"Talon said energetically.  "Ill have the heart of a lion, the wings of a bird, the speed of a cheetah, the pride of a leopered, and be as stealthy as a panther"!  Faithkit purred, her eyes closing.

" I'm sure you will, Talon, i'm sure you will".  Faithkit smiled.  She wished she could be like Talon, always joyful and happy, her life would truly be perfect then.  There was no dout about it.   she sighed, yawning.  Faithkit curled up to sleep, her eyes closing.  It was nice here, but she missed thudercla , Thunderclan was awesome
