Zeka, Prism and Autumn were ready for battle against the Shadow Pokémon.

Zeka evolved into a Sylveon and used Dazzling Gleam on the group of Shadow Pokémon.

Autumn the Leafeon seemed to be a normal Shiny Leafeon but to Zeka's surprise, she had a special ability too. The color of her leaf changed according to the season. Since it was Summer, her leaf was yellowish orange. She also had a unique special move that no other Leafeon could learn to use called Elemental Blade. Her typing also changed to part Fire and she was able to use Fire type attacks. Elemental Blade was turned into a fire type move.

The move Elemental Blade was used similarly to Leaf Blade but with a different typing. Autumn used Elemental Blade on the Dark One slashing him with a leaf coated in fire.

Drake, The Dark One, felt the burn from the attack.

"That was amazing!! I didn't know you could do that!!" Zeka gasped in surprise from seeing the attack.

"Thanks. I've gotten a lot of practice." Autumn replied with a smile.

Prism grinned as if she knew the entire time but kept it a secret until now.

It was now Prism's turn to attack. Her different colored jewels on her scruff glowed brightly and she changed form. When the light dies down in the place of the Eevee spirit was a fusion of all eight Eeveelutions.

The body of an Umbreon. The feet of a Jolteon. The tail of a Vaporeon. The bows of a Sylveon. The neck fur and top fur of a Flareon. The ears of a Glaceon. The face and gem of an Espeon. And the ear tips of a Leafeon.

"An Omneon!" Sakura stated. "It's what we call a fusion of all eight Eeveelutions."

Zeka looked at the Eeveelution Fusion in surprise and wonder. "Is she able to use any Eeveelution move?"

"She can learn any Eeveelution move but she can also learn some new special moves too." Lydia answered.

"From what I have read about Omneon's they are extremely rare. Prism is the only one I know of. She can learn moves such as, Color Wheel, Prism Beam and Elemental Blast. Her ability is Rainbow DNA, that allows her to change her typing to one of the eight Eeveelution types." Sakura explained.

Prism's gem around her neck began to glow and a rainbow colored beam struck the dark one and pushed him back.

The Dark One growled in anger. "Your power is still the strongest I have ever seen, Prism. Of course, you are the Guardian of the prism itself. Z's power is still strong within the prism his soul is kept in."

"Z? Whose Z?" Zeka asked.

"The very first Eevee that had the power. He shares it with a few chosen Eevees so it could continue to live on. Have you ever heard of the human experiment Project Eeveelution? It has been written in an ancient history book for any one to read from. It is located in Eeveeville. It may be in an elder den." Sakura stated.

"Z was a Shiny Eevee that was experimented on for the ability to transform into any Eeveelution at will. The humans found Evolution stones that would never lose their power after being used, in a place called Surge City Bay. They managed to get the seven stones or shards that they needed. The Fire Stone, Water Stone, Thunder Stone, Leaf Stone, Ice Stone, Sun Shard, and Moon Shard. The scientists studied devolution, or the process of devolving which was what the stones were used for." She continued.

"Each stone's shards were implanted into his spine and they altered his DNA to be able to evolve at will. It worked for a while until something went wrong one day. each Eeveelution tried to take control of Z's body. The Eeveelutions seemed to have developed their own personalities. It was then that the scientists realized what they have done. They made Z develop a multiple personality disorder due to the behavior of the Eeveelutions. This is what marked the beginning of the seven sins. Z had to lose his memory of how to use his power until he was able to control it. He was given to a trainer that soon taught him how to control his ability. By bonding with his trainer, he learned how to evolve into Sylveon as well and he learned to control the sins of the other seven Eeveelutions."

When Sakura finished her story. Zeka nodded in understanding. "So that explains the origin of Evo-Switch... Interesting..."

"It sure is. And when he died... his body was used to create the prism jewel." Sakura added.

"Wow! So that explains everything about the prism too." Zeka replied, astonishingly.

While they were conversing to each other, Autumn and Prism were still fighting the Dark One. Autumn, unlike Prism, was exhausted due to being a living being. It seemed that spirits weren't easily exhausted from battling. "Can I get some help here..." she panted in exhaustion.

"Oh right!" Zeka gasped in realization of what she was actually supposed to be doing. She evolved into a Jolteon and used Thunder on the three young Shadow Eevees.

"We spirits should help them fight... I don't think they can take on the Dark One and his tough Shadow Pokémon army on their own. But what is taking Darklight and Clairvoya so long to return?" Biff questioned.

"You know Darklight. He's slow to come back, due to his Sloth sin..." Nova answered, rudely.

"Don't backlash him for his sin like that. He'll come back, Nova. Just have patience..." Neville replied.

Meanwhile, in Arceus's Realm dimension, Darklight and Clairvoya were talking amongst each other. "Don't listen to what Drake said. You don't need him. You had better parents than him with Mystic and Orfeo." Clairvoya said.

"I know... Darklight sighed. "I just wished my brother never took our father's side and I wonder where Nightlight is now and what ever happened to Orfeo. I know Mystic was killed and I wished I was able to save her but I failed to do so. I may be the youngest hero of the Eeveelution Guardians but am I really a good hero? I feel like my Sloth sin holds me back from being a better hero."

"Don't beat yourself up because of who you are" Clairvoya told him. "Who cares if you have a sin. You were forgiven by Arceus. Now you should learn to forgive yourself from it as well. Everyone has some flaws in their life. No one is perfect. You just need to accept them."

Darklight thought about what Clairvoya told him for a moment. He looked at the ground and slowly nodded. "I guess you're right..." He sighed to himself. "We should probably go and help stop the Dark One though. I won't let my sin hold me back anymore. I don't want anyone else to die while I'm just sitting here doing nothing while everyone else is in the action fighting for the Eevee territories. The other spirits are probably waiting for us. Let's not keep them waiting anymore"

"That's the spirit, Darklight. Let's go back..." Clairvoya responded. They both vanished to go back to the others below.

Both of them reappeared by the other Eeveelution spirits. "We're back!"

"Took you long enough..." Nova sighed in disappointment.

"Sorry about that guys..." Darklight sighed.

"No worries, darling. We're glad you came back to help." Lydia replied with a smile.

"Let's help finish this fight... Just remember to be careful. We may be ghosts but we could still die in a few ways. If we die as ghosts then we are gone forever and we will never come back." Sakura warned.

"Geez! Double death sounds scary... and I thought normal death was bad..." Petunia replied with a shutter of fear.

"Hey Petunia, do you think you can find something to help Faith out? We might need all the help we can get if we want to win this fight against Drake the Dark One." Weston asked.

"Sure... be right back..." she then vanished for a few seconds and returned with a few Sitrus berries, giving two of them to Faith.

She awoke and refreshed for the battle.

"What?! What happened?!" She questioned in confusion.

"You were knocked out. I gave you some berries to help." Petunia told her.

"Oh! Thank you so much for that."

"You are very welcome, Faith. Now, let's defeat these evil monsters together. I know we can do this if we help each other out."

Faith took her Thunder Stone, Fire Stone and Water Stone out and touched them all at once to evolve into her special Orbeon form. She then noticed Prism as an Eeveelution fusion. "Who is that?" She asked.

"I don't think we properly introduced each other. I'm Prism. It's nice to meet you Faith."

"It's nice to meet you too Prism." Faith replied with a smile.

She then turned to see Autumn. "Oh! Hey Autumn. You're here with me too?"

"Yup. I'm here to help you too." Autumn replied.

"And we are also here to help!" Faith turned to see the spirits. With her group of friends by her side, she was sure that they will win this battle.

The Eeveelution spirits fought off the Shadow Pokémon, while Zeka, Prism, Autumn and Faith were dealing with Justice, Destiny, Charity and the Dark One. Neither side didn't seem to want to give up as the battle seemed to go on without end. It was unclear which side was actually winning and which side was losing.

Prism used a move called Color Wheel. Similar to the move Moonblast, a wheel of color appeared and struck the Dark One with a Critical hit.

The Dark One used Dark Pulse on her but she dodged it. Zeka evolved into Vaporeon and used Hydro Pump on Justice who was a Shadow Flareon. Faith evolved into a Sylveon and used Moonblast on Destiny who was a Shadow Espeon. Autumn used the fire type Elemental Blade to attack Charity the Shadow Leafeon. All attacks managed to hit their targets profusely causing them to become weakened more.

"This battle is taking too long! We will soon run out of energy to continue the fight. We must finish this soon..." Faith said in exhaustion.

An idea soon popped into her head after a few seconds. "Let's hit him all at once like he did to me." She suggested.

Her team nodded. "Good idea, Faith. If they can do it then so can we." Zeka replied.

Zeka and Faith transformed into Sylveon and got ready to use a Dazzling Gleam. Autumn readied her Elemental Blade attack. Prism charged an Elemental Blast attack, which was randomly chosen as an Electric type. The spirits each charged their own ghostly attacks. Nova was going to use Flamethrower. Neville would use Hydro Pump. Biff would use Discharge. Sakura and Clairvoya decided on using the move Psybeam. Darklight chose Dark Pulse. Petunia will use Razor Leaf. Weston was prepared to use Ice Beam. The last spirit, Lydia decided on Fairy Wind.

"Are we ready?" Faith and Zeka asked.

"Yes!" The others replied in unison.

"3...2...1... GO!!!"

They all fired their attacks at once at the bad guy side hitting their targets with a barrage of powerful attacks.

The Dark One and his shadow Pokémon army were defeated at last. The Dark One was on the ground in a weakened state, unable to press on further.

Faith could've sworn she could see a faded spirit of a Jolteon inside the large shadowy substance that surrounded him. "Drake..." she sighed to herself slowly approaching him.

"Faith, what are you doing?!" Zeka questioned.

"Don't worry I'll be fine."

"Do not come any closer..." Drake warned her.
"You have won... but don't think that I will just give up! I will be back and I will be unstoppable!!" The Shadow Jolteon spirit then vanished into an orb of shadow and darkness and disappeared from their sight into the dark forest. As for the Shadow Pokémon they all collapsed on the ground, passed out from the attacks.

"What do we do with all the Shadow Pokémon here?" Zeka asked.

"Don't worry. We have something to help them get back to normal." Sakura answered.

"However, it is in a cave at the old Eeveeville location. We will be back with it in a bit." Lydia added as the spirits disappeared for a few seconds.

When they returned Lydia was holding some kind of flute looking object in one of her bows.

"What is that?" Faith asked.

"This is the Time Flute. It is used to summon Celebi. A Celebi is the only Pokémon with the power to purify a Shadow Pokémon and return them to their original state." Sakura explained.

"That's really cool. So by playing that we are able to save all the Pokémon who have been corrupted by darkness?"

"Correct. It may take Celebi some time to get through everyone of them but this is the only way they can be saved." Sakura added.

"Now... Let us get started with bringing Celebi here..." Lydia said.

And that's finally the end of Faith the Eevee Book 2 The Last Hope. Well there's still the Epilogue but that will be done soon too after a bit.

Hope you enjoyed the story, even though it took a long time to finish writing it. But it is better if it takes more time than less time. Stories that are written in a rush isn't as good as stories that take time to finish writing.
