That night, Breeze and Blade were conversing with each other in their den. "What are we going to do, Blade! Clairvoya's dead and Nightlight has left us to who knows where! We have no leader at all and without a leader our village is going to fall apart! Now we are in more danger than we already were without anyone leading us! We also have to find someone who is strong enough to lead the village!" Breeze sounded concerned as she paced around the den.

"Just stay calm Breeze" Blade told her.

"How can we calm down!!!" She snapped at him as she continued pacing.

"There's an easy way to fix this. How about we make Faith our new leader." Blade told her.

Breeze stopped pacing and looked at him. "Faith?! But she's an Eevee! An Eevee can't lead us especially how young she is. She's only five for Arceus's sake."

"But she's improved besides we clearly saw that she can evolve into an Espeon at will. Her power could be very useful to protect the village with" Blade explained."Besides we had an Eevee lead us before, remember our first leader Sino from the elder's teachings. He was an Eevee that was our leader. He could have evolved but he chose not to by wearing an Everstone around his neck showing that being strong doesn't mean that you have to evolve."

"Yes, I remember Sino, the wise Eevee leader, but again she's only 5. She's not qualified to lead us yet." Breeze said.

"You may have a point but we might not have a choice at this point" Blade replied.

"Faith... wake up Faith" she heard a familiar voice in her mind. Her eyes shot open from the sound of it. "Clairvoya?!" She blurted out.

"You think I'm Clairvoya?!" Another familiar voice came to her. Faith looked up to see Serena and Lillie in her den.

"Serena, Lillie I'm sorry I just thought I heard Clairvoya's voice" Faith said.

"It's alright, we miss her too she was always happy to play with us, but we'll never forget about her. She'll always be in our hearts" Lillie said.

"Yeah, she'll always be in our hearts" Faith replied.

"Yes she will, anyways, come on let's play" Serena tells her. She yanks at Faith's ear to try to get her up.

"Alright, alright just stop pulling at my ear that hurts" she moans.

Serena let go of her ear. "Sorry" she apologized.

"It's fine" Faith yawned.

"Where were you the rest of the day yesterday?" Lillie asked.

"Huh? Oh I was no where" Faith lied.

"Okay?" Lillie replied, not buying it. She quickly let it slide as she decides to change the subject. "Well how did you do that whole evolving and de-evolving thing?"

"Well... uh... it's just a special ability I have" Faith answered.

"Where did you get this 'special ability?' She asks.

"Well I don't know. I had it since I was born I guess." Faith replied.

"Then how did you just now do it and not years ago?" Serena asked.

"Well it's-it's because I didn't know how to trigger it then" Faith replied.

"Then how can you now. Is somebody teaching you how to or-" Faith interrupted Serena.

"No more questions, please" Faith tells her, slightly annoyed by them.

"Okay fine" Serena and Lillie both said in unison.

"Well what game do you want to play?" Faith asks.

"How about tag" Serena answers.

"Fine, I'll play one game, deal?" She asks.

"Deal!!" Serena and Lillie answered in unison.

"Tag you're it!!" Serena tapped Faith's shoulder as they begin to run.

Faith uses quick attack to tag Serena. "Hey! Not fair cheater!!" Serena shouts as she quickly gets up and tries to tag Faith the same way.

Faith ran as she could have sworn she saw Biff running with her. "Come on Faith!! Out run that youngster!!" He shouted.

Faith ran faster until she runs into Breeze. "Oh sorry, mom" she said.

"Oh it's alright. Can you take a little break from your little game for a few seconds I need to talk to you in private in the den" Breeze tells her.

"Oh okay" Faith walked with her mom inside her den.

"Blade and I have been talking and we know you have been getting stronger. Are you sure you're up to what's going to happen in the future?" Breeze asks.

"Well I hope so. Clairvoya believes in me and I'm not going to just give up on her. She died for me and I'm planning on doing what she wants me to do for her and the village" Faith answered.

"Well I hope you stay safe doing so" Breeze says. "Maybe you could be just like Clairvoya one day."

"I hope so too" Faith replied. Breeze smiled at Faith before leaving her to resume her game.

Later that night after playing tag with Serena and Lillie, she waited for one of the Eeveelution spirits to arrive for her lesson. As expected, Biff came back to bring her to the old village location.

"You're ready to go back to training?" He asks her.

"Of course I am!" She replied with a smile and wagging her tail.

"Well what are we waiting for, let's go!" Biff tells her as he beckons her to follow him in the forest. "Oh boy!! Well we've got a surprise for you! I bet you're going to be stoked."
