Right befor Joy grandmagic fight.

"I'm nervous Akira I have no idea what to expect." I said and I wasn't lying. I was petrified on what whould happen. I don't know why somthing just feels off.

"You'll do great everyone in the guild will be cheering for you".
That made my stomach churned. Was I getting stage fright?

"You should get going sissy good luck and love you."

"Love you."

I took a deep breath and walked inside the stadium.

As a celebration of not only Akira 13th brithday but the day the northenwoods adopted Akira, the 2 girls and thier mother went to the nearby city of alantide.

"Now now girls dont get too excited I know tove never been to Alantide Akira and Joy we haven't been in almost 2 years but-." Thier mother was going to say befor she was cut off by Joy.

" blah blah blah be careful, blah blah blah don't anger anyone blah blah blah don't do anything stupid"

"JOSEPHINE!"

"What we've been to Alantide a million times. And you say the same thing everytime to me I'm not a child"
Joy said.

"I tell you what young lady if you respect every rule and dont bad month me we'll go to the magic book shop" thier mother responded.

The magic book shop was where Joy learned her marinette magic since her farther wasn't around to teach her. Her mother tried but she was much better at teaching Joy earth magic and not martinet magic.

"Deal."

"Good luck keep that deal you can't go 5 seconds without doing something wrong." Akira jokingly said while nudging joy arm.

The girls giggled and talked as they visited a few stores with thier mother. Joy even got Akira a gift.

"Come on let me see it," Akira begged joy to let her see the gift.

"Like I said 5 times already you cant see it till we get home," joy replied to her sister. She had saved up all her allowance to buy Akira the perfect gift a locket.

Just then some kid ripped the bag out of Joy's hand quickly grabbed another bag from the mother and ran off.

"HEY GET BACK HERE SOMEONE GET THE GUARD." the momther yelled.
Joy knew that was just a kid and that some guard aren't even nice to kids. Not to mention she heard rumors that their is a special prison for kids called juvie. So she bolted after the kid.

"JOSEPHINE DONT YOU DRAE RUN OFF."

"JOY COME BACK" Akira yelled as she and her mother yelled and ran after joy.

"EARTH WALL" joy yelled the spell causing a wall to appear. In front of the kid who looked panicked. They tried to use a vine to climb over but joy grabbed their foot causing both to fall including the girls hood.

Joy looked over at the girl and saw how young she was.

"Your not much younger then" Joy said surprised the girl had a clever tattoo on her face. "What's th-"

The girl backed away clearly scared of joy. "J-just leave me alone."

"Hey I'm not gonna hurt you my names Joy and you stole my sister brithday gift."

The girl just look at the ground and threw Joy the bag.
"Just go" is all she said.

joy then grabbed the bag and got up. "If you ever need a place to stay my momther owns an orphanage called wonder land." Joy then walked towards where she left her mother and sister.

~present day~

Luna and Joy where fighting, joy was winning untill.

Luna threw a rock that broke her mask aka the last thing Joy had of her parents...
All Joy could do was fall to her knees and cry.

"I AM DONE DO YOU HERE ME IM DONE" every emotion joy had bottled up all came out at once.
