Imprisoned

Aria's POV

Sometimes I wonder if I'm dead. And maybe if I'm dead, then I'm trapped in absolute Hell.

Lemme back up. My name is Aria. I guess my last name would be Polluck, but I don't think I'll ever know my real last name. Why? Because when I was a  baby, I was at an orphanage, where my adoptive parents, Gretchen and Arthur Polluck, you know, adopted me. But the downside I'd that they moved. And now I'm stuck in a big, ugly town, with big, ugly people, and I have to see it with my big, ugly parents. Great.

At least we live near a forest. I loved nature and plants and whatnot. I love to explore, see the animals, smell the, I don't know, flowers? I loved the peaceful, soothing noises of the forest, like the chirping of birds, splashing of waterfalls, rustling of leaves as deer bounded across the grass.

But I'm not there today. Instead, I'm stuck in a big, ugly school with stupid classmates. I'm in 12th grade, apparently, and I'm smarter than anyone in my class. I'm am surrounded by morons and idiots.

When I FINALLY get out of school, I trudge into the woods. Peace awaits me. Or so I thought.

Asher's POV

Rustling. But not like deer. Or birds. Or any forest animal. The noise is entering the woods. I hide behind a tree as an exhausted looking girl sits at the base of a thick tree. She has ice blue eyes, wavy blonde hair, and very pale skin. I study her for a moment longer than necessary, and that's my downfall.

Aria's POV

"WHAT THE SHIT?!?!" I shriek. You can't blame me. How would you react if you felt someone watching you, and as you turn, you see a boy staring at you from behind a tree? He had chocolate brown hair, a deep tan, and curious cerulean eyes. He's kinda cute, not gonna lie.

He stumbles back from my outburst. "I-I-I'm sorry miss. I haven't seen you here before, and I wanted to know why you're here," he stutters.

Asher's POV

"I'm not a miss. I don't think I even deserve the title of lady," the girl sighs, "My parents don't care about me. I'm nothing more than a servant to them. A stupid, fucking, dumb servant in their eyes. They sent me to school to try to make me smarter, but I'm already smarter than everyone there." I feel a stab of sympathy for this girl. I felt the same way before...

A/n: BWAHAHAHHA!!! IM SO EVIL!!! YOU WONT FIND WHAT ASHER'S GONNA SAY TILL NEXT CHAPTER!!! Or, maybe, I'll never tell you! We'll see.
