Wendy's POV

A few months after the exam, my days as a first year had ended. The sound of sniffling filled the air as the girls had leaped to each other to say their farewells. Of course, Yuki was one of them as she wrapped her arms around me along with Rin, Ai, and May.

"We'll see each other over the break" I smiled reassuringly.

"Really~" they all cried.

"Of course!" I replied happily

They all leaped onto me in relief rubbing their cheeks onto my clothes. The three group trio left the classroom leaving me with their personal info to contact them at any time, and Yuki gave me one more last hug before departing as well, turning back after a split second to throw me a sad expression before running off like some who had just experienced betrayal and heartbreak.

"See you later!" she yelled as she sprinted off.

"I hope she remembers that we have plans to go to the beach soon." I sighed briefly before turning to Romeo who waited patiently at my desk.

Noticing my stares he turned and smiled with a slight blush, I did the same and jogged towards him leaving the school together. On the way home we talked about the plans we had for the summer.

"I'm going to go to Yuki's villa by the beach in a few week from now, we've been talking about it for a while now and it's the first time I'm having a sleepover at someone's house. " I smiled shyly

"I hope you have fun then" he grinned.

"I-I was kind of hoping you could come too, I mean the summer festival is coming up soon and by that time we'll be at the villa so I thought maybe.." I blushed deeply as I turned my face to the ground embarrassed.

"I-I'll text you if I can go," he smiled slightly surprised.

"I-I have to ask Yuki and the other too I guess" I climbed up the stairs to my house.

"I honestly doubt Yuki will let me come" he shrugged as he followed me to the door.

"Well my sister and her friends are coming too."

"Will there be other guys there too?"

"Yep, but they're not that scary they just look scary."

"Well I'll see you later!" he smiled cheerfully before departing.

I waved behind him until he left.

I walked inside the house and locked the doors behind me. I sighed before walking further towards Rose who had slept off on the couch. I dashed up the stairs and grabbed a blanket to put overtop of her before going back into the kitchen to make dinner. Rose had quickly awoken at the smell of meat and was already at the dinner table waiting for the food to come. I sat down along with our plates and Rose smiled happily.

"I was so hungry, Mom left to go gossip with the neighbours about their children."

"You could have just made food for yourself" I laughed.

"But, when I sat down on the couch I fell asleep instantly."

"Why did I even ask" I thought to myself eating the food.

"Anyway, you're currently on summer break right?"

"Yeah?"

"Have you packed for the trip?"

"No"

"Good, Mom got us Kimono's for the festival."

"Really?!"

"Yep, The neighbours daughter gave it to us because her own daughter is too big for her's."

"We can go shopping soon too for some stuff to pack."

"Dad hasn't sent the money for this month yet though."

"Pfft! who needs Dad, We have Mira! she's the only one in the whole group who has a part time job."

"Did you ask to borrow the money?"

"Hmm? Why should I?"

"Nevermind" I sighed.

I placed my plate in the sink carefully washing it and left to my room. I picked up my phone which had been non stop ringing from Yuki's messages saying "I miss you" and "lets hang out tomorrow" I smiled at the attention she was showering me with and then moved to the other messages from Ai and the others. After moments I shut my phone and climbed onto my bed. I stared at the wall for a moment before checking my phone again to see if there was any messages from Romeo. I smiled sadly before closing it.

"It would be nice if he had given me a more of a goodbye at the door, but things don't always go the way you want I guess" I closed my eyes for a moment but re-opened them at the feeling of my phone vibrating. I quickly checked it and blushed deeply at the text.

Romeo: Sweet dreams.

"I can't believe that I blushed this harder from hearing him say this!" I cried into my pillow.
