Sorry for not updating in a while, I had just started school again and I was immediately overwhelmed with work. I'm very sorry.

Wendy's POV

I slumped over, over weighed by the kids on my back pulling and touching my ears.

Sighing, I take the children and the parents towards the school and continued to tour them around the school, the whispered compliments from the mothers motivated me more than it should have. Not to mention the random sightings of Kai-kun didn't help.

"Ne ne, Usagi-chan!" one of the kids yanked my ears.

"can we go there?!" one of the other kids yelled pointing to the haunted house booth.

"u-um I-I don't think i can-" I muttered terrified.

"what a nice lady" one of the mothers smiled.

"I think I should really recommend my daughter to go here if there's nice people like her here!" the other mother smiled.

I gasped frightened beyond belief.

"sure.." I walked nervously towards the booth.

The kids held onto my ears, swinging around as I walked through the haunted house.

"GYAAAH!" someone popped out from the corner.

I yelled and collapsed onto the floor breathlessly.

"Onee-chan are you ok?" one of the little boys bent over.

"we'll meet you at the end ok?" the group of children ran off.

"w-wait! don't leave me!" I called out shivering.

I crawled upwards using the equipment to steady my legs once again.

I took the haunted house step by step and saw the end in the distance and forgot all my worries of being scared randomly by one of the members of the haunted house.

Smiling in relief I dashed towards the ending but froze immediately when a vampire dressed guy had dropped down from the roof. My body remained frozen for moments until he called out my name.

"Wendy? what are you doing here?" Romeo asked

I quickly realized it was Romeo and fell onto my knees weakly.

"are you ok?" he asked bending down

"how'd you know it was me?" I asked still shivering

"your blue hair is poking out, you must be tired I've been helping out this class but it shouldn't matter if I take a break right?" he smiled gently

I blushed forgetting what just happened.

"o-ok" I smiled.

I removed the costume head and breathed in the fresh air before following Romeo up into the roof area where he awaited guests to pass by.

"you look cute" Romeo grinned.

"eh?" I looked at him surprised.

" I like your bunny costume"

"oh um t-thank you" I bite my tongue by mistake.

Romeo laughed, covering his mouth to stop himself from making noise.

I smiled nervously.

"Romeo! where are you!" one of the members called.

he jumped out from the space we were in towards the person.

" I'll be right back" he shouted from below.

" You don't have to help out anymore, one of our Senpai's said he would help out" the person spoke.

"oh, I see" he smiled.

"Romeo's such a nice person helping other classes, if Mira found out he would probably be dead by now." I murmured to myself.

Suddenly I remembered my touring job.

"Romeo i have to go!" I threw on my costume head and jumped out and sprinted outside.

"W-wait!" he shouted after me.

"watch out for Mira!" I shouted behind me.

I sprinted outside.

"as I thought they've already left" I sighed

I walked outside towards the tour booth and saw a woman patiently waiting drinking tea as she sat.

I ran towards her,

"I'm sorry for the wait I can take you around the school no-"

"no need. I only have one or two questions" she stared at her tea

"okay," I smiled as I sat beside her

"your costume smells like an old man, your free to take it off" she smiled slightly

"thank you" I pulled it off, breathing in the fresh air once again.

"so my first question" she turned serious.

"yes?" I straightened up.

"will my child be able to smile without being forced here?" she stared at her tea once again with sad eyes.

"I can guarantee, my life was horrible before I got here and I can say truthfully that everyday feels like a dream to me even now." I smiled to myself.

"I like your response, thank you you have already answered my second question."

"I see then-"

"but because of your answer I can only hope you will fulfill this request of mine before I leave."

"what is it?" I smiled gently.

"will you become friends with my child, I don't think I can bare seeing them alone any more."

"of course" I smiled once again.

"this lady seems so nice, I wouldn't think she was a mother she looks so young" I thought to myself.

"Mom!" I heard a familiar voice.

ah, this must be her child. I turned my head towards the direction of the voice.

"ah Kai, I just made a new friend for you" she smiled.

"Kai?" I shivered, shocked.

"oh, I was looking for you" he grinned

"lets go home, I just got a call from your dad. He wants you to meet his new wife" she smiled walking towards the parking lot.

"okay!" he shouted towards his mother.

I stared at him mouth wide open, shocked.

"Bye bye Wendy! see you next year!" he shouted running to his mother playfully.

I stared at him as he ran away, mouth still wide open.

"What did I just promise?!" I thought to myself.
