Natsu was bored.

He was sitting in the buffet section of the ballroom, eating like a pig.

His friend Lisanna saw him, and sat by him.

"Use your manners Natsu!" she said with a laugh.

"Sorry," he said, not sorry at all.

"Why aren't you dancing?" she asked him.

"There's no one I want to dance with. Plus, I'm terrible at dancing," He pointed out.

"So, what? You think a beautiful girl that you'll fall in love with just is gonna walk through the door? That's not gonna happen Nats-" Lisanna's jaw dropped.

"What is it?" he asked her.

"Oh, God. I jinxed it," she muttered.

"Jinxed wha-" He turned around to see a stunning woman. Her hair was in a fancy up do, and she was wearing a beautiful golden dress.

Lisanna snapped Natsu's head back around and wiped his face.

"Now go ask her!" she whispered to him.

"What?! No!"

"Look! People are trying to steal her from you!!" Lisanna pointed to a swarm of men around the girl.

"She'll dance with one of them!"

Too late. Lisanna grabbed his hand and dragged him to where the mysterious girl was. She pushed through the crowd until she finally got to her. She bowed and cleared her throat.

"This is my friend, Natsu, and he would love to take you dancing."

"No I don-" Lisanna stepped on his toes with her high heels. Natsu cursed under his breath.

"What's with those heels?!" he whispered to her.

"They're stilettos!"

"Same thing!"

The girl in gold cleared her throat. "I would love to dance with you, Prince Natsu."

Lisanna and Natsu had forgotten that she was there.

Natsu then took her hand, and began to dance.

The girl giggled. "Do you know how to dance?" she asked him.

"Kind of?" He scratched the back of his neck.

"Here, I'll teach you," she said.

Natsu glanced at Lisanna. She winked and gave him a thumbs up. Just then a man held his hand out to her and said something. Lisanna flushed red, and took his hand. Natsu snickered. "Serves her right," he muttered.

"What was that?" The girl said.

"Nothing."

Surprisingly, Natsu got the hang of dancing pretty quick.

"Good job! You're a fast learner Prince Natsu!" she said.

"Just call me Natsu. What your name?" he asked her. She opened her mouth to say something, but then she glanced at the clock, and bolted out the door.

"Wait!" he called to her. "Come back!"

"Gosh, Natsu," a voice said next to him. "Are you really that bad at dancing?" Lisanna snickered.

"Shut up," Natsu said. 

Lisanna placed a hand on her chest. "How dare you Natsu! I thought we were friends!" She said, pretending to be dramatic.

"So anyway," Lisanna changed the subject. "How're you gonna find her again?"

"I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I'm gonna host another ball."

"It's sooo romantic!" Lisanna swooned. "Since there's still time, you wanna prank those men over there?" she pointed to a group of men hitting on a group of girls. "They're harassing those poor girls, and it'll be fun!"

"Sure, why not, but if we get in trouble, I'm blaming it on you."

"Whatever. Let's go!"

Sorry for the late chapter. I've been busy lately, and didn't have much time to update.

I wanted to make Lisanna and Natsu's relationship as best friends. At the end, they kind of acted how me and my friends would act at a party!
