Mirajane stamps a fairy tail emblem on her hand and after that was done she is the official member of the guild which made Lucy happy as she goes over to where Natsu, Happy and Y/n was at to tell them.

Lucy: (smile) Hey look! Mirajane place the fairy tail emblem on my hand!

Y/n: (smile) Congratulations Lucy. I hope you don't mind the fights that may happen.

Lucy: (smile) It be fine. Its worth it though now I'm apart of the best guild in the world. So is there where we take jobs?

Y/n: Of course. This is the Request board. This is how we find jobs and earn rewards after a job is done.

Lucy: There is sure a lot to pick.

Nab: You can say that again.

Happy: Make sure you pick a good reward Natsu.

Natsu: There's one and all we have to do is to get rid of some thrives.

Happy: Sounds good to me.

Y/n: Try not to go overboard. Last time you go on a job on your own you destroy nearly half of town.

Natsu: I'll try.

???: When is my dad going to be back?

They look over to see a young boy confronting Makarov about his father.

Lucy: Whose that boy?

Y/n: That's Macao's son Romeo. He comes by here to see everyone and his dad.

Makarov: Not this again Romeo, how many times I told you have faith on your father.

Romeo: But sir he told me he'll be back in 3 days but it has been a week now.

Makarov: If I remember correctly he took a job to Mt Hakobe.

Romeo: That's not far so why hasn't anyone going out and finding him?!

Makarov: Listen boy your father is a wizard give your father time to return! Now go home, have some Mike and cookies and wait!

Seeing Romeo getting upset Y/n step forward.

Y/n: Perhaps I'll go out and find him. All we know he could have gotten hurt.

Makarov: You sure Y/n?

Y/n: Sir I know about that place and it is extremely dangerous, especially someone who is alone. If Macao is injured then he might never return. Please sir, permission to go out and find him.

Makarov stare at Y/n for a bit and then with a sigh he allow it. Y/n nodes and look down at Romeo and node at him with a small smile and then he walk out as Lucy is amazed.

Lucy: (surprised) He's really kind.

Mirajane: (smile) I know. He cares so much about us and be willing to go out and find a fellow guild member who hasn't return back for sometime. It's the reason why everyone shows respect towards him.

Lucy: Huh.

Soon Natsu catches up to Y/n and ask him.

Natsu: Let me come with you?

Y/n: (turn to Natsu) You sure Natsu. The weather over there is pretty hard.

Natsu: I don't care! Macao is apart of us and if you haven't return then we lost two other members. I'm coming!

Happy: Same here!

Y/n is surprised how Natsu and Happy want to come but he accepted their company to Mt. Hakobe.

(Later)

They were in the cart heading to Mt. Hakobe and inside we see Natsu laying on the floor sick with Happy sitting next to Y/n while Lucy across from them.

Y/n: So Lucy, why did you want to come with us?

Lucy: Well I figure you two might need a extra hand so I figure I'll tag along. After all you save me from that fake Salamander guy so I return the favour by helping yous.

Y/n: (smile) Well stay close to us and everything will be okay.

Lucy: (smile) No problem.

Lucy looks down at the sick Natsu and then she said.

Lucy: You know I never see Natsu get that serious.

Happy: That's because he doesn't want Romeo to feel the same lost as he has.

Lucy: What do you mean?

Happy: You see when Natsu was young, he was taking care by a dragon name Ingeel. The two were close however one day Igneel disappeared. That was 7 years ago.

Lucy: So that's why you guys travelled to Hargeon.

Happy: (smile) Aye.

Y/n: Natsu maybe aggressive in times but he's like this because he cares for everyone in the guild. He needed to be strong so he can protect everyone he cares for.

Lucy: I see. Say Y/n?

Y/n: Yeah?

Lucy: What do you know about Mt. Hakobe?

Y/n: Well that place is homed to large ape like creatures known as Vulcans. They are large and strong creatures and in large packs is extremely dangerous.

Lucy: (scared) Okay I may have made a mistake.

Y/n: Don't worry, I'll make sure nothing will lay a hand on you. We just need to find Macao and leave before any Vulcan might show up.

It made Lucy blush to know that he'll keep her safe which made her smile. Soon they arrive to the place with the rider yelling them this is as far as he can go as they leave the back of his cart.

They travel up the mountain and searching for Macao but no signs of anyone for miles.

Lucy: Isn't this not suppose to be summer?! Why is it so freezing here.

Y/n: No matter it is Summer or Autumn, this doesn't change the weather in this place.

Natsu: You should have brought a coat.

Lucy: But your not!

They keep walking until Y/n stops them and looks around.

Y/n: I believe someone is watching us.

This made Lucy nervous while Natsu crackle his knuckles as Y/n scan around them. He doesn't see anything around them so he shut his eyes and try to listen. He stood there like a statue with the only thing he can hear is the strong winds. But then he heard something coming towards them pretty fast.

It gets louder and louder and soon Y/n quickly pulled out his sword while he quickly open his eyes and blocks a incoming strike from behind of Lucy which surprised her.

He stared back at a Vulcan as he enter a blade lock only for a Vulcan to push his claws foward and swnt Y/n flying back. He soon land on his feet and ready his blade as Natsu try to launch his attack but the Vulcan punches him and sent him off the cliff.

Lucy: Natsu!

Y/n: Happy!

Happy: Aye!

Happy flies down while Y/n turns back to Vulcan as the Vulcan begins to beat on his chest.

Vulcan: Stay away from my woman,

Lucy: (thought) This Vulcan is a pervert!

Y/n: She does not belong to you creature. You will tell us where Macao is right now.

Vulcan just launches towards him and lands on top of him. Vulcan looks down only to see him gone as he is seen behind him as he swing his sword at him, landing a hit at him.

Vulcan turn and try to slam his fist but Y/n dodges his attack and run up a wall and leap over and kicked him on the left side of his cheek. He then leaps over and lands next to Lucy.

Lucy: Impressive.

Y/n: Thank you.

Lucy: Mind I'll join you?

Y/n: Be my guest.

Lucy pulls out one of her Celestial keys and summons a large cow with a large axe as he let's out a mighty moo as he appears next to Y/n.

Y/n: (surprised) Amazing!

Lucy: This is Taurus, he's one of my stronger Celestial spirits I ever have.

Taurus: (smirk) Aaaww your too sweet, how's about you give me a big smooch.

Y/n:.........uh?

Lucy: (sigh) Oh and he to is a pervert.

Y/n: Um right. Let's focus on this beast.

Lucy: Right. Taurus show this ape what he gets!

Taurus: I love it when you said it like that! Okay large stupid ape, get ready because here I co-

Suddenly Natsu came out of nowhere and punches Taurus in the face as Taurus falls onto thr ground unconscious while Y/n and Lucy were stunned.

Natsu: Hey, how come there was two monsters?

Lucy: He's a friend you idiot! He's one of my spirits!

Natsu: Who the ape?

Lucy: No the cow!

Y/n: Well I am glad your okay Natsu. (Turns to Happy) Good job Happy.

Natsu: (smile) Yeah thanks.

Happy: (smile) No problem.

Lucy: So your not okay with any rides but your fine with Happy?

Natsu: What kind of stupid question is that? Happy isn't a vehicle, he's my friend.

Y/n: Well he's not wrong there. Happy doesn't count as a vehicle.

Lucy: Your right that was uncool for me to say, sorry.

This made the Vulcan made that they are ignoring him so he launches and tries to crush Natsu but Natus catches his fist.

Natsu: Listen here you gaint ape. I see everyone in Fairy Tail as my family amd friends that includes Macao. I won't give up until I find him!

He punches the Vulcan in the face which cost him to stumble backwards. He try to launch towards Natsu but suddenly his mind was attacked and he stumble backwards as Y/n came up to Natsu ans stared back at the Vulcan as the Vulcan grab his mind and then begins slamming his head many times until he falls uncomfortable and slammed onto the floor.

He lay there while the four walk up to him.

Natsu: (smirk) That was cool man, what was that spell?

Y/n: Oh that was mind manipulation magic. Pretty good if you wish to confuse your enemies.

Happy: (smile) Well at least the Vulcan is done.

Lucy: Well it's not like he's not gonna answer any questions about the where Macao is.

Suddenly the Vulcan begins to glow and there was a burst of smoke. When the smoke clears up they are shocked to see Macao laying on the floor revealing that Macao was the Vulcan.

Natsu: (shocked) Macao!

Lucy: (shocked) You get to tell me he was that pervert ape all along?!

Y/n: It make sense now. The Vulcan must have possessed his body.

Lucy: What do you mean?

Y/n: Most Vulcan have a magical ability to jump into a people's body and possession them. Not only that but they share a personality to the one who they possessed.

Soon Macao started to wake up amd slowly gets up as Y/n kneel down in front of him.

Y/n: You okay Macao?

Macao: Yeah I'm fine.

Y/n: Can you tell us what happened?

Macao: I came here on a job to take on 20 Vulcan but only to take down 19 before being taking over by the last one. I was too pathetic to return back to the guild and face Romeo.

Y/n: There is no need to feel pathetic. Sometimes we're not always perfect and that is okay. As long you are alive and not critical injured in anyway, you can return home to your son.

He reach out his hand to Macao which he takes it and he helps him up. Lucy can't help but smile to see his act of kindness and wisdom to others which made her like him even more.

(Sometime later)

They return back to Magnolia and deliver Macao to Romeo who is seen waiting at the front of his home. After seeing his father alive he came over and hugged him with tears of joy in his eyes.

Macao hugs him back while Y/n sees this and wish he had a father but he doesn't know what his father looks like or who he is.

Romeo: Hey!

He looks down at Romeo as he smiled and tells him.

Romeo: Thanks for bringing my dad back.

Y/n: (small smile) It's no problem.

He then make his leave while Lucy noticed something is wrong and wonders what is wrong.

Soon we see Y/n on the roof of the guild looking at the sunset with his face being covered by his mask to hide the tears as he is reminded of his past once again and hoe he lost his parents and being trained to be a weapon. He make sure that he will not lose a singal life as a member of Fairy Tail and protect Fairy Tail and other innocent people for the rest of his life.
