As Shocksquatch looked at Gajeel with a look of rage on his face. He cannot help but remember some bad memories.

Shocksquatch: HEY! Why do you hurt Levy and her friends?!

Gajeel: Oh, you mean that trio of wizards? I thought I should give you fairies a present. I'm guessing you're the new guy who undid the makeover I did for your guild hall, right?

Shocksquatch: Yeah, I'm the guy! So you hurt Levy as some kind of twisted gift?! 

Suddenly, Nab, a tan-skinned man wearing a black vest and a necklace of skulls, jumped into view behind Gajeel.

Nab: You attacked Levy! AGGHH!

Before Nab could punch him though, Gajeel transformed his right arm into a large, iron pillar and swiftly slammed it into Nab's torso. Gajeel's iron-club arm kept stretching out until it smashed across the floor, forming a trench and knocking back his own guildmate in the process.

Shocksquatch: Whoa! Never seen something like that before! Not even Kevin could do something like that!

Gray: What the--? He just knocked out his own guild mates with that attack.

Ur: It's clear that they don't have the same bonds among guild mates as you guys do.

Shocksquatch: Lowlife! That does it! (rushes at Gajeel) Take this!

Shocksquatch electrify his fist and punches Gajeel right in the face while shocking him as well. The blow sent the iron mage flying back and crashing through the bar area.

Phantom Lord #1: Whoa, that monster sent him flying!

Phantom Lord #2: No one's ever done that before.

With a small groan, Gajeel steadily picked himself out from the wreckage of the ruined bar countertop, glaring at the sasquatch-like creature who had punched him.

Gajeel: (glares at him) That actually hurt! You're gonna be a fur coat when I get done with you!

Shocksquatch: (brings up an electrified fist) You can try!

Gajeel: (jumps up) Iron Dragon Club!

The onyx haired mage's arm shifted into a large, steel colored pillar and extended toward Shocksquatch. But he jumped and ran on the pillar towards Gajeel, and once again punched him in the face, sending him into the floor with a shocking crash. Then Shocksquatch unleashed a beam of electricity at Gajeel from his palm.

Natsu: Oh yeah, that's the way Y/N!

Macao: Yeah, I'd hate to be that other guy. 

Elfman: He's a real man!

After that, Shocksquatch with both of his fists electrified and slammed them into Gajeel, hitting him once more while shocking him.

Shocksquatch: Like that, you're just an oversized rusted junkyard!

As the dust cleared, Gajeel stood back up. He appeared to be unscathed.

Gajeel: Nice try, but I'm still standing.

Shocksquatch: Not for long! (slaps the Omnitrix symbol)

With a green flash, Y/N turned into another alien. He was an eight-foot-tall, dark blue humanoid robotic, beetle-like creature. It had dark bluish-purplish armor, a long fin-shaped horn on the top of his head connected to a shorter horn at the back, and a large silver mouth that spread over part of his chest. It also possessed a belt and wristbands as well as green oval-shaped eyes.

Eatle: Eatle!

The Fairy Tail and Phantom Lord wizards were taken back from this unseen transformation. A few Phantoms began to mutter in awe and fear.

Phantom Lord #3: Wow! What kind of wizard is this guy?

Phantom Lord #4: He can change in-between Take-Overs? That's crazy!

The Scarlet Sisters both stared at Y/N quizzically, wondering what this form was capable of.

Gray: Whoa, what can that thing do?

Ur: Looks like a shark?

Gajeel: So, you changed into something uglier. Big deal! Doesn't mean I'm not gonna beat you senseless!

With that said, Gajeel rushed forward and leaped in the air, changing his right arm into a pillar once again and shooting it at Eatle. The beetle-like alien was quick to sidestep the attack, letting it strike the ground instead. He then grabbed Gajeel's iron-club, opened his large mouth, and took a big bite out of it!

The wizards of Fairy Tail, Ur, Shiki, Elsie and Phantom Lord were all shocked and dumbfounded by this. Did Y/N seriously take a bite out of Gajeel's arm?

Phantom Lord Mage #5: Whoa! He just bit off a piece of Gajeel!

Phantom Lord Mage #6: No way!

Gajeel: (in pain) AWW! (He turned his arm back to normal; thankfully, there wasn't any big chunk of his arm missing) Hey!

The iron mage paused as Eatle began to chew away at the hunk of iron he bit off of Gajeel's club-arm and then swallowed it.

Gajeel: The hell?! I'm the only one who eats iron around here! That's my move!

Eatle: Your move? Sorry, but I've done something similar since I was 10! Now for another party trick. (The fin on top of his head illuminated green) Try my move!

Gajeel was taken by surprise as a green energy beam blasted out of Eatle's fin and slammed into his chest. The Iron Dragon Slayer went careening back until he smashed straight through the wall, tumbling somewhere outside.

Eatle: That was for Levy!

Just then, the building began to violently shake.

Wakaba: Everything's shaking!

Macao: I guess they're going at it.

Eatle: (looks up) Does not sound good. 

Cana: This is what happens when Master Makarov's angry.

Loke: It's called The Giant's Wrath.

Nab: Nobody will be able to stop him now.

Braedey: Whoa! The gramps of yours got some serious strength!

A few Phantom Lord wizards began to whimper in fear.

Phantom Lord #7: He's going to make the guild hall collapse!

Elfman: When the master gets angry, the master's even manlier. 

Erza, who had re-quipped back into her Heart Kreuz armor, held up her magic sword and slashed it across the air.

Erza: Prepare to fight! We cannot lose as long as Master Makarov is with us!

Elsie: (point her Ether Spear at some Phantom Lord mages) Sounds fun to me!

The Guild Hall's very structure was crumbling in the wake of Master Makarov's rageful magic aura. The stone walls and floor crumbled from its sheer power.

The wooden door leading to Master Jose's office might as well have been made of paper as it is decimated into splinters upon contact and the stone wall around it reduced to rubble. 

There, a tall, slim man with a long and sharp face, vaguely pointed ears, prominent eyelashes and dark-colored lips sits. He has long, straight, dark red hair reaching down to his shoulders and a thin mustache. His style of attire is like a combination of a sorcerer and a jester, consisting of a flamboyant coat with a high collar that sported a jagged mantle and jagged lower edges, featuring two prominent wings similar to a bat's, with a matching witch-like hat bearing Phantom Lord's symbol, complete with an extremely long, bent top hanging down on his left; a plain shirt which sported his Wizard Saint's medallion around the neck, with two light ribbons falling down from it, loose striped culottes paired with long socks, and a pair of pointed shoes each bearing two furry balls, one on the front and one on the back of the foot. On his left hand, many rings adorn his finger. 

This is Phantom Lord's Guild Master, Jose Porla.

Master Jose sits on a throne without a care in the world, smirking as his head rests in his hand and one leg crossed over the other.

With every step of the Fairy Tail guild master's feet, the floor beneath him breaks out in cracks that travel to crawl up the walls and shatter the windows.

Makarov: (angry) JOSE!!!

Jose: (smirk) Look what the cat dragged in.

Makarov: Why are you attacking Fairy Tail? Tell me!

Jose: I haven't seen you in quite a while, Makarov. Six years ago at a guild Masters conference. I remember that day. I was a complete mess. I can't hold my liquor as well as the rest of you.

Makarov slams his now magic-enlarged fist down on him in response.

Makarov: I didn't come here for small talk. I want answers, Jose.

Recalling his hand, he finds Jose unharmed. The Phantom Lord guild master's form begins to glitch and fizz out as he chuckles darkly.

Makarov: A projection? You coward. I should have known you'd flee with your tail between your legs.

Jose: It's not cowardice. I'm simply trying to avoid a fight between two of the Wizard Saints. I prefer a sensible victory without all the commotion.

Makarov: Why are you hiding? Come and face me like a man! 

Just then another image flickered in front of Jose. Makarov's eyes widened when he saw Lucy tied up at Jose's feet. 

Makarov: Lucy?! But why?!

Jose: Why you ask? (cocks a brow) You mean she's a member of your guild, and you don't know? I'm surprised that Miss Lucy Heartfilia never told you the truth. (raises his hand to summon a dark-colored magic circle)

Makarov: NO, DON'T!!!

Makarov reached out to stop Jose, but he never noticed a new presence appear behind him. Feeling magic gathering behind him, Makarov quickly spun around. Makarov's eyes widened when he saw a The man has tan skin and possesses a rectangular, elongated face with a flat nose, prominent cheekbones, which has his rounded chin jut downwards in contrast to the other sharp features of his face. A thin, vertical dark line is present on the chin, crossing its whole length up to his lower lip. His eyes are covered by a white blindfold. body is covered by a large, loose green coat sporting white edges, which is closed around his neck, sporting a wide and high collar, but left open on the front below it, revealing a pale red, similarly loose and ruffled pale red shirt, with its high collar, split in three horizontal straps circling his neck, being held closed by an equal amount of buttons, one for each strap. Appearing from below such a shirt is a similar robe, seemingly yellow in color, which almost reaches down to his feet, revealing an extremely loose pair of pants with prominent hems and a pair of simple, dark shoes. His attire sports a pair of distinctive elements: circling his neck is a large, orange-colored necklace composed of several crosses linked together by small beads, which on the front, right below his neck, bears a small skull, with its eyes obscured by a blindfold not unlike that usually covering his own eyes; passing over his shoulders and hanging on the front is instead a wide stole, which is purple and white in color, being covered in intricate motifs. His outfit is completed by a top hat sitting on his head, matching his coat in color. 

Makarov: (thoughts, surprised) Where'd he come from? I couldn't even sense his presence.

Blindfold Man: So...so....so... (tears started to flow from his covered eyes) It's so sad! So sad!!

All of a sudden, he is emitting a blinding glow. Makarov yells in pain, as he was hit with a powerful wave of magical energy. Fairy Tail's master crashed through a nearby wall, and began to fall towards the floor below.

And if that isn't bad enough, he has to land smack dab in the middle of the fighting for all his guild children to see.

Elfman: What the-

Shiki: What was that?

Phantom Lord #8: Something fell from the rafters!

All fighting on both sides ceases at the disruption, drawing all attention to the center of the Phantom Lord guildhall.

Blindfold Man: It's heartbreaking. Why am I suddenly feeling melancholy? It must be because the world has just lost a great wizard.

As the smoke clears, the crippled, sickly green form of the Master of Fairy Tail is left in plain view for all.

Makarov: (thoughts, weakly) What happened to me? I feel weak. My magic...It's gone. 

Makarov: (thoughts, weakly) What happened to me? I feel weak. My magic...It's gone. 

Natsu: It's Gramps!

Gray: Is he okay?

Erza: Master!

Blindfold Man: Such sorrow.

(with Jose)

Jose: Makarov is powerless now. Thanks to Aria of the Heavens, a member of Phantom's Element Four. He has the ability to make other wizards' powers disappear into thin air.

Jose grins darkly, flanked by his remaining three high-ranking wizards and Lucy's unconscious form floating before him.

Jose: We've won this round, Fairy Tail.

(back to guild hall of Phantom Lord)

Back at the Phantom Lord guild hall all of the Fairy Tail mages stood too shocked to move. Makarov continued to struggle to breath, as he wreathed on the floor.

Y/N, Shiki, Braedey, Elsie, Gray, Natsu, Erza, and Cana immediately came to Makarov's side. Erza picked him up in a cradling position.

Makarov: (weakly) M-m-my m-magic power...it's... 

Erza: Master, calm down.

Elsie: What happened to him, Ezzie?!

Gray: I don't know. But I don't sense any magic energy coming from him at all.

Y/N: That's bad, right?

Elfman: Gray, are you saying he's just an ordinary old man now?

Happy: (tears in his eyes) No, that can't be!

Natsu: Come on, Gramps! You can pull through this.

Cana: Master! Please be okay!

Shiki: Gramps! Hang in there!

While the Fairy Tail mages were focused on Makarov, Gajeel stumbled back into the building through the gaping hole in the wall. He winced from the burn mark left on his chest via Eatle's beam. 

As the rest of the guild was distracted, he leaped up into the rafters. He stuck his spiked heels into the wooden beam so he could stand upside down with his arms crossed.

Gajeel: Hmph, guess the fun's over and just when things were starting to get good. 

Black Steel looked around for Eatle and didn't find him anywhere. Instead, huddled around Fairy Tail's fallen master, he spotted a brunet teen wearing a green jacket. 

Gajeel: (thoughts) Is that him? Doesn't look like much. Still though, he packs a serious punch. Makes me wonder what else he's capable of. Maybe he'll give me a real fight sometime soon. (sees Makarov condition, speaks) HAHAHAHA!!! Serves the fool right! I guess you are flies! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Y/N grips his fist as his laughter brought back a painful memory

(flashback)

Y/N saw a girl with a sword in her chest, as a figure looked on as fire covered him.

???: HAHAHAHAHA!!! Serves the fool right! You humans are so much like flies! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

(flashback ended)

Gray: I don't understand. Gramps is so powerful, how did they beat him?

Braedey: Better the person is still up there! (eyes the hole in the ceiling in which the Fairy Tail Master crashed through)

Phantom Lord #9: Their Master's been defeated!

Phantom Lord #10: For real?

Phantom Lord #11: What? He's out?

Phantom Lord #12: That's right.

Phantom Lord #13: You guys, we can beat 'em.

Phantom Lord #14: They're not half as strong without their Master.

Phantom Lord #15: And we've got Gajeel and the Element Four on our side. 

But suddenly a green flash appeared and everyone looked to see Y/N has changed into Armodrillo. He brought up his arms and changed his hands into jackhammers and after than furiously slammed them into the ground and started to shake the earth.

Phantom Lord 16#: What the hell?!

Phantom Lord #17: The ground is shaking!

Erza: Y/N?

Armodrillo started to increase the vibrations and soon the ground started to crack open as well did the building. Causing the building to slowly break apart and fall to the ground.

Cana: Oh shit!

Ur: He's gonna break the building down!

Gajeel: What the hell?! It's way more powerful than that old man!

Braedey: Everyone, get out before it collapses on us!

Elsie: Y/N?! (look at his face) That look!

The look on Armodrillo was one of rage, as he once again increased the speed of his jackhammering.

Gray: Is he trying to kill them?!

Elfman: I know Phantom are the bad guys, this is taking it too far!

Elsie: Y/N! STOP THIS!!!

But Y/N wasn't listening as he kept remembering what happened on that day.

Erza: He can't hear us! We have to stop him!

Gajeel: (dodge a piece of the roof and a crack) Alright! I'm the only one who wrecks Guilds around here! (leaps at Armodrillo) Iron Dragon Club!

Gajeel turned his hand into an iron club and tried to attack Armodrillo, but he turned one his hands back to normal and punched it upwards, before punching Gajeel in the stomach and threw a wall.

Natsu: Oh he's angry!

Gray: (move away from a new formed crack) Okay, we gotta get out of here!

Erza: We must retreat! Everyone, back to the guild at once! 

Cana: But what about Y/N?!

Elsie: Y/N, STOP IT NOW!!! THAT'S AN ORDER!!!

But still he didn't listen and continued to do what he was doing. Elsie clenched her hand in anger as she walked over to Armodrillo before she delivered a slap across his face, snapping him back to reality.

Elsie: ENOUGH!!!

Armodrillo: (surprised) Elsie...? What are you doing?

Elsie: What am I doing?! What were you doing?! You nearly brought this place down!

Armodrillo: I... I did?

He looked around to see the damage he did. The place was shattered around all, cracks in the grounds, pieces of the wall and roof around the floor. His eyes widened in shock as he turned back to normal.

Y/N: (shocked) Oh god... I... I really did it...

Elsie: Unfortunately.... Yes. I saw a look of rage on your face.

Y/N: I'm sorry... It's just, seeing Makarov so weak brought a bad memory in my head.

Elsie: It's alright, I know the feeling all too well.

Meanwhile, along the rafters of the Phantom guild Hall, Gajeel got up from the wall and watched as Fairy Tail fled out of the building. While still hanging upside down, he sneered as Fairy Tail began to fall back.

Gajeel: There they go. I knew it wouldn't be long before those gutless cowards gave up and started running for their lives.

Aria: (seen next to Gajeel) They're retreating with sorrow in their hearts.

Gajeel: Yeah. (rub his stomach) Still that guy really went berserk on the place.

Aria: Indeed. He was a force to be reckoned with.

Gajeel flipped back up to stand on the girder next to Aria.

Gajeel: Aria, I can see you're creepier than ever. I gotta commend you for taking down that Fairy Tail geezer.

Aria: I just followed Master Jose's orders.

Then, a waterfall-sized amount of tears began to pour out from beneath his blindfold.

Aria: (sobs) But...thank you! 

Gajeel: (annoyed) Why are you always crying? Geez, cut it out! (a malevolent grin then grew on his lips) So, what happened to that Lucy girl?

Y/N would notice Aria's crying, was able to read his lips.

Y/N: Lucy?

Aria: She's been captured. The poor wretch is being held in a gloomy cell at headquarters.

Gajeel: So much for giving her a warm welcome, huh? 

Y/N: (shocked) What?! Gajeel! What have you done to Lucy?!

The Iron Dragon Slayer looked down at Y/N and smirked.

Gajeel: We'll finish this someday, Green Boy!

Aria extended his right arm behind Gajeel, and then both wizards vanished into thin air.

Y/N: Those rotten bastards!

Elsie: Deal with that after we get out! Shiki!

Shiki: I'm here!

Elsie: Uses Satan Gravity to create a wall!

Shiki: Create a wall? Got it!

Shiki's body began to glow as he used his Ether Gear, slowly he pulled the debris towards them and soon dropped them in front of them creating a cruel wall, but still blocking the Phantom Lord wizards.

Y/N: Now what?

Elsie: Now we do what Ezzie said and retreat while you go get Lucy back!

Y/N: Right, except I don't know where they're taking her.

Elsie: You use one of the Phantom Fools, why don't you?

Y/N: Right....... Elsie?

Elsie: Yes? 

Y/N: Tell everyone I'm sorry for what happened. I just lost myself, you know?

Elsie: (release her Star Drain form and turn her back to him) Yeah, I know. After all, I've done something I regret too.

Y/N: You did?

Elsie: (sad look) Yeah..... The aftermath still follows me to this day.

Y/N: If you want once this is over, you can talk to me about it.

Elsie: As long as Erza is in the room as well. She also needs to hear what I did.

Elsie exited the building as Y/N saw one of the Phantom Lord wizards before he grabbed them by the clothing.

Phantom Lord: Oh no! It's Fairy Tail's Take-Over wizard!

Y/N: Yeah! It's me! So if you want me to turn back into Armodrillo, you tell me where Lucy is right now!

Phantom Lord: Luvy? Who's Luvy?!

Y/N: Her name is Lucy! Not Luvy! Now where is she?

Phantom Lord: I-I don't know!

Y/N: Okay, how about a little talk (reaches for the Omnitrix) with one of my forms?

Phantom Lord: No! Wait!

Y/N: You don't want to talk to one of them, then tell me where Lucy is! Right NOW!

Phantom Lord: Okay! OKAY! I'll talk! I'll talk! Listen, our headquarters is up ahead far behind the building we're in! If I had to guess, I'd say they probably got her locked up there, okay?!

Y/N: Thanks for your cooperation. (punches him straight in the face knocking him out) Lucy, please be alright.

(With Lucy)

Situated at the top of the rocky hill was the headquarters of the Phantom Lord guild. Lying in a melancholy, stonewalled prison cell was Lucy, her hands bound behind her back. Lucy's brown eyes finally began to flutter open.

As soon as she regained full consciousness, she instantly sat up with wide eyes and blinked a few times. The Celestial mage was shocked and bewildered as she tried to figure out where she was.

Lucy: What the? How did I get here?

Suddenly, Jose appeared outside the cell, looking in through a small iron-barred window.

Jose: So you're finally awake. I was getting worried about you, Lucy.

Lucy: Who are you?

Jose opened the metal door and walked in and he looked at Lucy with narrowed dark eyes and a malign smile.

Jose: I am Master Jose Porla of the Phantom Lord guild.

Lucy: You're with Phantom?!

The blonde mage then recalled what had happened earlier. She remembered getting trapped in a sphere of water, courtesy of Juvia the rain woman, a member of the Element 4, and passing out inside of it.

Jose: I would like to apologize for this dingy cell, being tied up must be degrading. But I'm afraid I had no choice, my dear. That is how you treat a prisoner after all.

Lucy: You're the jerks who attacked my friend Levy and her team! You better let me go. My friends are gonna come looking for me.

Jose: Depending on your willingness to cooperate, I'm fully prepared to treat you as Phantom's distinguished guest instead of a lowly prisoner.

Lucy: What do you mean by that?

All of a sudden, when she noticed a pink centipede crawling on her leg, she shrieked in a girlish manner.

Lucy: Awww! YUCK! A bug crawled on me!

Jose: (smiled smugly) See? You don't wanna stay here, do you? I have a fully decorated suite ready for you if you promise to behave.

Lucy: Why does your guild keep attacking us?

Jose: Who is 'us'? Oh! I'm sorry, are you talking about Fairy Tail? (smiled sinisterly, showing off his pearly white teeth) 

It was a means to an end, and that's all.

Lucy: What?

Jose: You see, we were working towards our main objective of acquiring a certain someone. They happened to be a member of Fairy Tail, so if we have to destroy the Guild to get a hold of them, so be it.

Lucy: Who are you talking about?

Jose: Well my, my you're such a naïve young lady, not at all what I would expect from a debutante.

Lucy lightly gasped while her eyes widened considerably.

Jose: I'm talking about you of course. Lady Lucy, the daughter of the wealthy Heartfilia family.

The Celestial wizard regained her composure and looked back at the Phantom Lord guild master, but not with the same fire in her eyes as before.

Lucy: But...how did you find out about that?

Jose: You know, I'm surprised you never told your fellow guild members the truth. And I don't understand why the daughter of a wealthy tycoon would stoop to such dangerous work as wizard-ing for such a low-class guild. Do you?

Lucy: I've...been kidnapped?

Jose: No, my dear. I promise it's not like that. We're not looking for ransom money, we're just doing our job. We were hired by your father to bring you home to him.

In response, Lucy gasped in shock as her face paled a bit.

Lucy: (lowers her head) No... I don't understand. Why would he want me back?

Jose: Why do you seem so confused? Any father would go looking for the daughter who ran away from home.

The blonde mage's eyes were closed as she clenched her teeth together, trying to keep herself from crying.

Lucy: No...not him. Honestly, I'm shocked he even noticed I was gone.

She then snapped her head back up to Jose, her eyes burning with fury.

Lucy: I'm not ever going back to that house! I don't want anything to do with him!

Jose: Oh dear, I should've known you would be problematic. (all while his creepy smile never wavered)

Lucy: Well then, you might as well let me go.

Jose: I'm sorry but I can't do that.

Lucy: Please, I need to go to the bathroom. (A sweat drop falling from her brows)

Jose: (mutter) Give me a break. You don't think I would fall for the oldest trick in the book, do you?

To make it seem real, Lucy began to squirm around.

Lucy: No, please. I'm dying here.

Jose: (grinned) Fine then, (brought forth a bucket out of thin air and laid it in front of her) Go ahead.

Lucy: A bucket?!

Jose: (chuckled in amusement) I'm ready for any trick you may throw my way.

Lucy sighed, and then stood up and wiggled behind the bucket.

Lucy: Guess it'll have to do..

Jose: You're gonna do it!?

Dumbfounded. His left eye began to twitch as he ground his teeth together in disgust.

Jose: Well...I have never met such a vulgar young lady! (turned away from her) I'll turn away because I'm a gentleman.

Lucy smirked in victory. She then kicked Jose right between the legs with as much force as she could unleash. 

As a result, Jose cried out in pain and collapsed to the floor, his legs clenched together as he writhed in agony.

Lucy: You know, there's a reason old tricks are still around because they work!

Lucy then got up, glanced back and winked.

Lucy: Bye! Take care, 'kay?

Lucy bolted for the nearest exit, which happened to be a large opening that led outside. However, she quickly stopped when she saw the opening was actually a window that appeared to be over ten stories off the ground. She let out a collective gasp of fear, the cool wind blowing against her body.

Jose grunted as he steadily stood back up, though he was still clutching his groin area.

Jose: Oops! I forgot to mention...this cell is several stories high.

With a pained effort, Jose slowly walked toward her.

Jose: I must admit, you got a number on me, young lady.

Lucy glanced down at the ground far below. She shut her eyes as painful memories of her father returned to her.

Jose: But you're not gonna get away with it. (uncanny smile reappearing on his black lips) You will be punished. I'll show you just how terrifying Phantom Lord can be.

Lucy's face turned into rock-hard determination. With a deep inhale, Lucy did the unthinkable. She let herself fall backward and fall over the edge. Jose, as a result, gasped from absolute shock.

As the blonde mage plummeted to her doom, she thought something to herself.
