The Omni-Matrix, AKA Omnitrix: 

(Ignore the Interface)

The Omnitrix was created by Azmuth, a Galvan from the planet Galvan Prime, as a tool of peace in an act of repentance following the destruction caused by his previous creation, Ascalon, a weapon of terrible power. The Device was made to allow the user to walk in the shoes of other alien races, and thus bring peace, unity, and harmony to the universe.

To the rest of the universe, the Omnitrix had a two-fold purpose. One was to promote inter-species understanding by allowing other beings to experience different ways of life. The other was to function as a repository for the DNA of millions of different species. The samples were scanned, and when necessary, repaired. This collection of DNA was then preserved in the event that any of the species catalogued should ever be rendered extinct, allowing the Omnitrix to restore them to life. However, a good number of beings in the Galaxy saw the Omnitrix only as a powerful weapon, and either disapproved of its creation, or sought to take it for themselves.

The Omnitrix mainly allows for the user to alter their DNA at will and transform into a numerous variety of alien species that are each with their own unique powers and abilities (along with their weaknesses) and in a selection of alien DNA that is in groups of 10. There are over 10 million Aliens (and counting) in the Omnitrix, but only 10 of these DNA samples can be available at any given time as only 10 can be loaded into the loading bay, unless the setting is changed to allow more than 10 to be accessed.

Alien DNA is "injected" into the user, meaning they retain the wielder's personality, memories, and consciousness. Because of this, most of the aliens are not full-blown aliens, and rather hybrids with a small portion of the user's DNA. However, there are exceptions, such as the Ectonurite(Ghostfreak) and Conductoid(Feedback) DNA, but there are failsafes to prevent their personalities from taking over.

The Omnitrix is always receiving software updates from Galvan Prime. The DNA stored in the Omnitrix isn't limited to aliens alone. Almost any sentient being with DNA can be catalogued in the Omnitrix.

The Omnitrix has a holographic interface, where a holographic circle is shown, with the top half having alien faces, which is activated and scrolls through the aliens by the user touching the faceplate, or in other ways, scrolling up and down or scrolling in a circle, akin to a touch screen. When an Alien is selected on the Holo Ring, a Dark Green Hologram of the Selected Alien will be displayed in the centre of the Ring, along with a holographic screen that displays info on said Alien, which will then be chosen after the User presses its Icon on the Holo Ring again. The faceplate will then slide open automatically after the User chooses his/her alien. After that, the Omnitrix's core will come out. When pressed, it will trigger the transformation.

The Omnitrix is highly resistant to extreme temperatures and extreme environments, including space, and is highly damage-resistant and highly force-resistant. Once placed on the wearer, the Omnitrix cannot be removed by normal physical means.

The Omnitrix has a built-in energy feedback blast to defend against anyone trying to force it off of its owner. The Omnitrix can show a database image of all aliens unlocked. The Omnitrix can repair Damaged/Mutated DNA (The Hulk doesn't count as someone with Damaged/Mutated DNA due to the Gamma Gene) and restore terraformed planets. 

The Omnitrix can genetically manipulate DNA or reprogram a species' DNA (like fuse DNA from different species of aliens).

The Omnitrix can change the aliens' eye colour to match the user's eye colour, a feature that can be turned off.

The Omnitrix has a Recharge Mode which serves to keep the Omnitrix from damaging the user due to having stayed transformed for too long. It's deactivated automatically, once the Omnitrix is recharged.

The Omnitrix has a Life-Form Lock Function that allows the user to stay transformed for an extended period of time without a time-out. It is dangerous to use often.

The Omnitrix has a DNA scanner that will scan uncatalogued DNA and record it. It scans DNA by being near the alien it detects. However, if the Omnitrix is far away from the detected sample, the Omnitrix's other functions will be disabled until the alien is scanned. After scanning the DNA, the alien will be unlocked and available for use.

The Omnitrix can redirect scans from inorganic aliens if the power is boosted. The Omnitrix grants the user full understanding of the aliens' powers upon transforming into them.

The Omnitrix has a Radiation Mode which will be activated when radiation is detected. Upon activation, the Omnitrix will beep and flash red. Radiation Mode can be turned off by turning the Omnitrix symbol to the quarter past position as an alien, or when radiation isn't detected anymore.

The Omnitrix has a Quick-Change Feature that automatically transforms the user back to normal when they are done using their transformation, causing it to not time out and allow the user to transform again far quicker. Manually touching the Omnitrix Symbol while transformed can also be used to transform into different alien forms while already Transformed.

The Omnitrix has a Randomizer Function that turns the user into a different number of aliens at random moments, being randomly selective of the transformations.

The Omnitrix can add extra features to alien forms to make them safer/more stable.

The DNA in the Omnitrix is stored within the Omnitrix itself in a computerised form.

The Omnitrix can Grant its user, as well as an alien form, the ability to speak another language fluently.

The Omnitrix can change the user's Gender. 

After Ultimate Alien, he and Azmuth had made some upgrades to it. 

It comes with Evolutionary Function like the Ultimatrix. 

The time-limit has increased from 15 minutes to 45 minutes, with the exception of certain transformations; such as, Atomix, Clockwork, and Ultimate Forms. 

Proper safeguards were added to prevent another incident with the sentient Ultimate Forms. 

Includes an another feature that downloads a transformation's base abilities into Y/N's mind the first time he uses them. Naturally, he still needs to practice using his new form's abilities in order to properly master them. 

Extensions:

The Omnitrix has a 2-way communication system that can also record messages, similar to voicemail. 

The Omnitrix has the functionalities of a regular digital watch. 

The Omnitrix has an AI (Artificial Intelligence).

The Omnitrix has a GPS Function along with a Hologram Map.

The Omnitrix can track alien signals.

The Omnitrix adapts the user's clothing to the alien they transform into.

The Omnitrix has a built-in Universal Translator.

The Omnitrix has a distress signal function and a homing device.

The Omnitrix has a security lock system so that it can only be used by the user, as well as an alternate identification program if changes by outside forces occur to the user.

The Omnitrix has a failsafe that protects the user from negative effects, such as being possessed by an Ectonurite, exposure to the dangerous effects of certain Materials, Chemicals, or Elements, or being transformed by Substances or Devices that Damage, Alter, or Mutate DNA. 

The Omnitrix has a failsafe that kicks in if the user's life is in jeopardy. This feature turns them into the needed alien to survive.

The Omnitrix has failsafes installed by Azmuth that prevent Galvanic Mechamorphs from tampering with the device. 

The Omnitrix has a sort of Reboot Mode to repair it when tampered with. 

The Omnitrix has the option of making its symbols disappear. 

The Omnitrix can create an alien species. 

Voice Control:

The Omnitrix can be controlled by voice command through the Omnitrix user access voice recognition mode: 

Command Code 1010 Y/N Tennyson Disengage Life-Form Lock: Disengages the Life-Form lock Function. 

Decouple Omnitrix Command Code: 000 - Release Coupling – 0: Removes the Omnitrix. 

Omnitrix Self Destruct in (time): Command code: 000 - Destruct – 0: Activates Self-Destruct Mode.

Abort Self Destruct Code 10: Deactivates Self-Destruct Mode. 

Omnitrix Reset Code 10: Activates Reset Mode. 

Omnitrix Abort Reset Code 10: Deactivates Reset Mode. 

Command Function Override Code 10: Overrides function. 

Access Master Control: Unlocks the Master Control, but only works to Azmuth's voice. 

Color Coding: 

The Omnitrix Core can display Ten Different Colours, each meaning something different: 

Green: Active 

Red: Recharging/Radiation Alert(Blinking) 

Black: Deactivated/Inactive

White: DNA Repair/Planetary Restoration 

Grey: In Need of Repair/Maintenance 

Yellow: Scan/Capture Mode 

Blue: Recalibrating/Resetting/Rebooting 

Purple: Controlled or Risk of Temporal Threat 

Pink: Under Spell Effect 

Orange: Self Destruct Mode 

Malfunctions: 

If the Omnitrix does give the wrong transformation, it is because of the user slamming on the Omnitrix's core and (inadvertently) the scroll pad.

Other reasons for getting the wrong transformation include not perfecting either the preload or proper pressure application and misreading the display. 

Overall, incorrect transformations are caused by the user's general sloppiness. 

Slamming the core also affects the time limit of a transformation, as the user could stay transformed for hours. 

When switching between aliens, the user could be manipulating the controls. Transforming into another alien without changing back does not always work and is bad for the Omnitrix. 

The Omnitrix is not hackproof. 

The Omnitrix does not have a failsafe against magic.  

Armor/Hero outfit: The Omni-Armor 

[Add a utility belt with the Omni-X symbol(A "10" overlapping an "X", inside a circle) on the buckle, change the left gauntlet such that the Omnitrix is exposed. Replace the emblems on the right shoulder pad to Omni-X's Symbol, and add an Omnitrix symbol to the chest. Make the overall colour scheme of the suit black and green with glowing green circuit patterns.] 

A costume made Armor created with the help of Tony Stark. The Omni-Armor can withstand extreme temperatures and extreme environments, including space, and is highly damage-resistant and highly force-resistant. It also increases Y/N's physical capabilities to the peak of human physical ability.

Suit's abilities and equipment: flight, repulsors, lasers, shoulder and back missiles, nano shield, energy sword, battering ram, repulsor cannon, EMP, and iron cannon. 

The suit serves as another option in case he doesn't need his Omnitrix or if the Omnitrix is at recharge mode during a battle. 

Hoverboard: A Gift from Tetrax. Its colour scheme can be changed to match that of a Galvanic Mechamorph(Upgrade).

Strengths: 

Highly skilled freestyle fighter.

Leadership skills. 

Extraordinarily sharp memory.

Extremely clever and crafty.

Able to adapt to almost any scenario regardless of the odds.

Able to turn his weaknesses into strengths.

Each alien Y/N transforms into comes with their own set of powers and strengths, which means that he has a wide variety of abilities, to the point where it is more of a question of what powers, abilities, and skills does Y/N NOT have, rather than what he DOES have.

Weaknesses: 

Y/N is only as strong as a normal person can be when not Transformed and/or without his suit.

Each alien Y/N transforms into comes with their own set of Weaknesses.

Y/N is somewhat prone to irrational impulses and recklessness.

Y/N is still unfamiliar with all of the Omnitrix's Functions......for now.

Hitting the Omnitrix dial too hard may cause Y/N to get the wrong transformation.

At times, the natural biological behavior of certain aliens can override Y/N's behavior, such as Big Chill's reproductive phase or Swampfire's blossoming process.

Any illness Y/N is experiencing in his human form will affect his alien forms.

Backstory: When Y/N was a kid, he and his brother Ben had discovered their own Omnitrixs when they were in pods that crashed landed in the woods at their summer camp together. They each jumped onto the wearers wrists as Y/N and Ben tried to get them off but couldn't. 

Then, after a short test, Y/N and Ben discovered that they could transform into 10 different aliens. It freaked them out a bit at first, but they quickly got over it. A little while after that, Y/N and Ben decided to use their own Omnitrixs to help people. Using their Aliens as their 'secret identities', Y/N and Ben took down criminals and protected his hometown of Bellwood as small-time heroes.

As they gotten older, they along their cousin, Gwen and Kevin (former enemy, now friend) face alien threats that could potentially rule or destroy the world. 

One day, Vilgax attacked the Tennyson brothers in an attempt to take the Omnitrixs, however, a female Plumber Agent who was very close to Y/N died in an attempt to save him as he also gained a jagged, cauterized scar on the right side of his chest.

Following her death, Y/N felt heavily responsible and criticized himself for failing to protect her. He has foregone the cocky, childish attitude he and Ben had adopted since stopping the Highbreed Invasion and grown into a more mature and sensible person.

After the events of Ultimate Alien, he was approached by Nick Fury, director of SHIELD who offered him a second chance which he accepts. He was trained by Fury and Black Widow, and not before along, he became a member of the Avengers as its youngest member before Falcon.

When the Avengers broke up for unknown reasons, he offer travels with the Guardians of the Galaxy across space, or stays on Earth and helps Team Ben to stop crime around Bellwood. But what happens, when Y/N gets transported into another universe? 

Well guys, this is the remake of my Ben 10 x Fairy Tail book with Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Edens Zero.
