I hope you guys will like this chapter since I cried a little bit inside when I wrote this, I was in a sad mood that day so I decided to write this to add a little more sadness in the story xD

FLASHBACK

"Ah! Gomene guys, but I have something I have to do before I get back." Lucy said, waving her hands in front of her while apologizing.
They just came back from a mission when the celestial Mage decided to finally speak up.
"Aw, can't we come with you, Lucy?" Happy whined as he landed on her shoulder.
"Sorry, but what I'm going to do is not so interesting. You guys will probably just be bored anyways." Lucy laughed awkwardly.
"You sure? I've been in a lot of boring scenarios before, you know." Erza explained and tried to get the celestial spirit to give in but it didn't convince the Mage to letting them go with her.
"I'm sure, Erza. You guys head back, I will come after you." Lucy replied with a smile and turned around, away from the direction they were heading, and walked away.
"what's with her?" Gray asked, his hands placed in his pockets.
"Dunno, but I would love to find out." Natsu said and began to walk the same way the celestial Mage disappeared.
"O-oi! Natsu!" Gray screamed and ran after him.
"Stupid! She wanted us to leave her alone!" Erza scolded as she took firm steps towards him and grabbed him by the collar.
Natsu sighed in annoyance and turned his head towards them.
"Didn't you see it?" He asked.
"See what, fire brain?"
Natsu clicked his tongue in annoyance.
"The sadness in her eyes. She didn't show it but I saw it. She is sad for something, that's why I'm going to follow her. She is obviously going to do something that is making her sad." Natsu said and it left everyone speechless.
"His right." Wendy exclaimed. "She did look sad."
"Why in world would she do something that is making her sad?" Happy asked.
"That's what I was going to find out !" Natsu exclaimed and threw his arms up and down.
"Let's go!" Erza said and released him. "whatever she is doing must be important yet something that is making her sad. If our comrade is sad, then we have to comfort her."
"Aye." The others agreed and ran the same way their dear celestial Mage disappeared.

Lucy looked Down with tears In eyes. She was standing in the cemetery, right in front of her mother's grave. It was her mother's death anniversary today, and like any anniversary she stood there alone with a sad look and tears in her eyes.
"Hello mom, it's me, Lucy." Lucy spoke with a broken voice, and a sad smile on her lips.
"I just came back from a mission, so I'm sorry that I came a little later than usual." Lucy said and laughed with sadness in her voice. " I miss you mom, I miss you so much." Lucy said as he laugh died out and was replaced with a sob.
Lucy, unknown of the people watching behind the trees, fell to her knees.
"I picked some flowers for you." She said and when her tears rained down her eyes, she placed the flowers on her mother's grave. "I hope you like them. Mom, please tell my father that I love him. I miss him too. I wish that he would be standing here with me, but that's impossible since his dead and all." Lucy said, and with every each word she said, hurt washed over her.
Natsu stared at the celestial Mage with a blank and serious facial expression.
Wendy was silently sobbing while Erza's face was a blank as Natsu's. Gray stared in silence and Happy sobbed while Charle hugged him, looking sad herself.
They all knew what losing someone felt like and Lucy hadn't lost one, but two of her closest family. Her mother and her father.
Lucy placed her hands over her eyes and her shoulder's sank. Lucy's whole body started to shake and they could hear her cry.
"I miss you so much, mama and papa." Lucy sobbed.
Natsu clenched his fist and walked out from the back of the tree and started to make his way towards the Mage, his eyes covered by his bangs.
The others followed his lead and they stopped behind her.
"Luce."
Lucy gasped and turned her head towards them, her red and puffy eyes landing on them.
"M-minna?" She choked and her eyes widen when Natsu placed his hand on her head.
"Don't worry, Luce. We are here for you." He said and looked down at her with soft eyes and a big grin on his face.
Lucy quietly gasped and the tears increased.
"N-Natsu..." She choked, her lips trembling.
"Cry it out. We will protect you. We will protect you from all the sadness." He said and caressed her head.
Lucy started to cry even more and instead of holding it in, she screamed, she screamed and screamed in sadness. Wendy sobbed and fell to her knees and hugged Lucy from the side. Erza did the same thing but from behind. Gray had a small smile on his face as he held Happy, that was crying. Charle stood with tears in her eyes and a smile on her lips.
Natsu fell to his knees and embraced her, placing one hand on her back and one hand remained on her head.
Lucy clutched his shirt and continued to cry and scream.
"We will be by your side, Luce."

Lucy stared out the window in Tenebris castle, as soulless as a corpse but she still, despite her being under Tenebris's control, had tears in her eyes.

"Please, save me.....minna."
